Adolphus B. Baker was elected our President and Chief Operating Officer in January 1997. He was serving as our Vice President and Director of Marketing when elected President. Previously, he had served as Assistant to the President since 1987 and has been employed by us since 1986. He has been a director since 1991. Mr. Baker is the past Chairman of the American Egg Board, he is past Chairman of Mississippi Poultry Association, and is a past chairman of Egg Clearinghouse, Inc. Mr. Baker is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the United Egg Producers. Mr. Baker is a director of Trustmark National Bank of Jackson, Mississippi. Mr. Baker is Mr. Adams' son-in-law.

LINDA PERHAM is a former MP and former Mayor of Redbridge. Before turning to politics she was a librarian at the Women's Library, having previously worked at the London Metropolitan University under Rita Pankhurst. Linda is a Justice of the Peace and an active force on many committees. She chairs East Living which offers supported housing for vulnerable people, and she is a Consumer Director of TrustMark, promoting standards in home maintenance. Linda has been a very active force in gaining wider recognition of Sylvia Pankhurst within the Borough of Redbridge.

I am a native of Hattiesburg and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi. Since I grew up in Hattiesburg, the community is very important to me. I continue to serve the community in various capacities such as a board member for American Diabetes Foundation and Southeast MS Rural Health Initiative. During my 17 years in Mortgage Banking, I've found that one of the most rewarding experience is knowing that I have helped individuals fulfill the American Dream of home ownership.
