Alfred Fenaughty, 77, InfiNet Wireless Chairman of the Board since January 2003. He has vast industry experience with corporations such as Remington Rand and Control Data Corporation, leading major R&D initiatives in both companies. Mr. Fenaughty was a co-founder and CEO for International Information Inc., US leader in high-precision scanning technology. He was instrumental in the success of CompTek International, a leading system integrator and telecommunication equipment distributor in Russia. He was also a co-founder of Yandex Technologies, Russia's leading Internet search engine and resource.

Previously, Bill was a program director in printer market research with CI InfoCorp, Santa Clara, CA. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Michigan and an engineering degree from the University of Kentucky; and has held marketing management positions with manufacturers of printers, PCs, and peripherals, including Texas Instruments and ITT/Qume. Mr. Pullen is a member of the printer industry analyst team at Venture Marketing Strategies, a consulting and market research firm focused on the marketplace for desktop printing and digital document management. Ed's electronic printer industry experience includes market analysis, forecasting, and sales, with leading industry research firms, including ZD Market Intelligence (now Harte Hanks Marketing Intelligence), CI InfoCorp, BIS, CAP, Dataquest, and Quantum Science Corporation. Ed's end user IT/MIS experience includes management of application development at Memorex Corporation and Standard & Poor's Corporation. His vendor experience includes management of product development at Control Data Corporation and Sysorex Corporation. Ed holds an engineering degree from UCLA, an MS in engineering and an MBA in operations research from the University Of California at Berkeley.

Jacob Herbst joined Imperative as Executive Chairman in Aug 2005, he was Founder CEO and President of FilesX from early 2000 up to early 2005. With over 30 years of experience in the fields of communications and storage systems, he has grown companies to over $100MM in sales, established and managed teams of up to 500 people, and taken companies through the IPO process. Prior to founding FilesX, Mr. Herbst was cofounder, CEO and chairman of SANcastle, a leader in connecting Fibre Channel SANs over IP networks. Previously, he managed the turnaround of NetWiz, an award-winning gigabit Ethernet switching company and cofounded IIS, a leader in IBM plug-compatible SNA communications, growing the company and taking it public on the NASDAQ. Mr. Herbst is a hardware design electrical engineer and spent his early R&D career at Elbit, a subsidiary of Control Data in Israel.

TPI was founded by Nickolai Vasilieff. Since 1987 TPI has worked with over 300 software titles and provided marketing consulting and management services to companies including Intuit, Control Data Corporation, Virtual Management, Corp. (for Autodesk, Inc.), Advanced Rendering Technology, Cyco Software, PI Integrated Systems, Inc., DCA Engineering (became Softdesk, Inc. - now part of Autodesk, Inc.), LandCADD (now Eagle Point), and Softsource, Inc. Nick also established and operated the first direct technical software sales company in the UK (Software Direct, Ltd.) and has continued to develop and maintain contact with a world wide network of distributors, resellers, media contacts, and associates in the technical software field. Nick has a degree in electrictronic engineering, business management, advanced studies in psychology and has started and managed 11 companies. He brings over 30 years of entrepreneurial business, marketing, and management skills to his position as President of Third Party International, Inc. Nick also acts as manager of the Consulting Division.

Pieter Hamman, Vice President of Major Account Sales, joined Q Comm in February 2006. Mr. Hamman was previously CEO and principal of Sun Communications (a company acquired by Q Comm International in the same month), a position he held since 2001. From 1997 to 2001 Mr. Hamman provided management consultancy to several US software companies establishing international operations in Asia Pacific, and from 1994 to 1996 held the position of Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing with CSK Software, Inc., a Japanese software company providing information integration and distribution solutions. Other experience with CSK and Control Data Corporation over 15 years includes holding senior regional management positions in North America and Asia. Mr. Hamman earned a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Steve Snyder joins Xiotech with 20 years of computer industry experience, including positions at Ancor Communications, Cray Research Inc., and Control Data Corporation. In addition to his successful tenure as CFO at Ancor, Steve's experience includes functioning as CFO for Cray Research, a $700 million subsidiary of SGI. Steve brings extensive experience in operations, raising capital, industry partnering, and international financial management. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and is a CPA.
