Craig Collin est le Directeur Financier d'IronPort Systems. Craig beneficie de plus de 20 ans d'experience dans le developpement corporate, la finance et les technologies de l'information. Auparavant, Craig a ete Directeur Financier a CoSine Communications. Il a egalement occupe les fonctions de Vice-president et Directeur Financier au sein de Optical Coating Laboratory Inc., rachetee par JDS Uniphase en fevrier 2000. Chez JDS Uniphase, il a ete Vice-president de la Finance Corporate et du Planning Strategique. Craig a en outre passe 18 ans a Nestle Beverage Co. en tant que Vice President Senior et Directeur des Systemes d'Information. Il possede un bachelor en " Business Administration " et un master " Quantitative Methods, Public and Business Administration " de l'Universite d'Oregon.

Julian has 18 years of experience in the optical components field, most recently in product management roles at SDL and JDS Uniphase. While at SDL, he managed diverse lines of high volume diode laser products into the medical, printing, materials processing, data storage, and telecommunications markets. Following the merger of SDL with JDS Uniphase, he managed the product launch of 14xx pump lasers for Raman amplification systems. In earlier days, he conducted and managed research and development of high power diode lasers. Dr. Osinski obtained his Ph.D. from USC in the field of semiconductor lasers in 1992, and was a founding member of Bellcore, currently Telcordia Technologies.

Bruce D. Day became a member of the Company's board of directors in July 1999, upon the closing of the JDS FITEL/Uniphase merger, and served as a member of the JDS FITEL Board of Directors since 1996. Since 1991, Day has been Vice President of Corporate Development of Rogers Communications Inc., and is principally involved in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and taxation for Rogers Communications Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Rick Belluzzo, chairman and chief executive officer of Quantum, joined the company in September 2002 and is responsible for its overall business strategy and direction. Since Belluzzo came to Quantum, the company has taken a number of steps to enhance its leadership in backup, recovery and archive, strengthen its underlying foundation and provide long-term value to customers and shareholders. These steps include making three acquisitions, launching a wide range of innovative new products, creating greater operational efficiencies, improving Quantum's balance sheet, and reducing costs. Before joining Quantum, Belluzzo was president and chief operating officer of Microsoft Corp. During his tenure at Microsoft, he also served as group vice president of the Personal Services and Devices Group and group vice president for the Consumer Group. Prior to Microsoft, Belluzzo was chief executive officer of Silicon Graphics Inc. Before his tenure at SGI, Belluzzo was executive vice president of the computer organization at Hewlett-Packard Co. In total, he was at HP for 23 years and held numerous positions in finance and marketing during that time. Belluzzo also serves on the board of PMC-Sierra and JDS Uniphase as well as the board of trustees for Golden Gate University.

Richard T. Liebhaber has served as a Director since June 1997. Mr. Liebhaber was a Consulting Managing Director at Veronis, Suhler & Associates, Inc., a provider of financial advisory services to the communications industry, from June 1995 to August 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Liebhaber served as Executive Vice President of MCI Communications Corporation, a telecommunications provider, from December 1985 to May 1995. Mr. Liebhaber also serves on the board of directors of ILOG S.A., a software company, JDS Uniphase Corporation, a provider of optical communications products, and Cogent Communications, Inc., an internet service provider.
