Paul O. Koether is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kent Financial Services, Inc. (“Kent” and a registered representative with T.R. Winston and Company L.L.C. Mr. Koether is also a director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kent International Holdings, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company formerly known as Cortech, Inc. that is seeking to redeploy its assets. Former directorships include Citrus County Land Bureau, Inc. (Chairman), Craig Corporation (listed NYSE - Chairman), First Western Financial, Kentucky Property Trust, and American Physicians Service, Inc., Pure World, Inc., Sun Equities Corporation. Previous experience included partnerships in three New York Stock Exchange Member Firms. Prior employment also included two years as personal investment advisor to William S. Paley, Founder of the Columbia Broadcasting Corporation. Other earlier experience was with Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Investment Counselors, New York, New York; Assistant to the President of T. Rowe Price & Associates, Investment Counselors, Baltimore, Maryland; and membership on the faculty of Princeton University. Mr. Koether holds a A.B in Economics from Lafayette College and a M.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

William (Bill) Mahomes, Jr. is an attorney primarily concentrating in public finance, commercial transactional law and mediation. He holds a B.B.A from Texas A&M University in 1969 and a J.D. degree from the University of Texas . Bill was a member of the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve. He is presently a shareholder/partner in the Simmons Mahomes, P.C. law firm. He previously served as Senior Counsel to the Federal National Mortgage Association ( Washington D.C. ), Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Pro Line Corporation, an international partner at a Chicago based law firm and a senior shareholder at a major Dallas based law firm. Bill is a member of the Texas Bar Association, National Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, J.L. Turner Legal Association, and is a Texas Bar Fellow. Bill is Treasurer of the African American Leadership Council PAC (AALC PAC) and presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Youth Commission, the Texas affiliate board of Health Care Services Corporation, Association of Former Students ( Texas A&M University ) and the Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship. Bill previously served as a board member of the Texas Turnpike Authority, Dallas-Ft.Worth International Airport Authority and the Board of Regents of East Texas State University (presently Texas A&M University at Commerce and numerous other entities. Recently, Bill was named a Texas Business Leader Honoree by the Texas A&M University Memorial Student Center .

M. Michael Witte. Since August 1980, he has been President of M.M. Witte & Associates, Inc., a private corporation which is engaged in oil & gas consulting and investment management. In November 1995, Mr. Witte was elected Co-chairman of The American Drilling Company, LLC. On August 1, 1996, Mr. Witte was elected Chief Executive Officer and Director of South Coast Oil Corporation, a Los Angeles based oil company founded in 1921.
