He formerly served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Kelmarc Corporation, a financial and management advisory company. He has over thirty years experience in a variety of finance and management positions, including employment for fifteen years in the commercial banking industry in Utah and California. Mr. Bell received a Bachelor s degree from Brigham Young University in 1972.
