Prior to Pressman, Mr. Koscinski was the Senior Vice President Finance for Pure World, Inc. and Kent Financial Services, Inc. where he was responsible for the full range of financial operations activities including; consolidated financial reporting, cost accounting, payroll, tax management, budgeting, purchasing, human resources and facilities management. Mr. Koscinski received his BA and MBA from Rutgers University and is a doctoral candidate at Drew University. Mr. Koscinski is based in Butler's Montvale, NJ office.

George Georgiou as Senior Vice President, George has overall responsibility for all areas of Butler Telecom, which includes Butler Fleet Services and Butler Design Services. He is responsible for all operations and fiscal performance as well as the future growth / development of Butler Telecom. He joined Butler in August 2005 as Vice President of Sales and was promoted in to his current role as Senior Vice President of the division in November 2006. George has a 23-year track record of leading professional and customer centric sales organizations. He has served in the telecommunications industry his entire career, and has held senior sales and sales management positions with Sprint, Harris Corporation, 2Wire and Intelis. He holds a National Diploma in Business Administration from Hammersmith and West London College. He has also completed a General Management and Executive Development program at the Wharton School of Business. George currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Make A Wish Foundation of Georgia and Alabama.

Jim Beckley joined Butler in December of 1990 as the Northwest Regional Vice President. During his tenure at Butler, Jim has held a series of positions increasing in responsibility. Jim became the Division Vice President for Butler's technical services business when the Project Engineering and Contract Technical Services divisions were combined in January of 1999, and became Senior Vice President in March of 2004. He is a member of the Dean's Executive Council at the College of Technology at Purdue University in Indiana. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Butler Technical Services India Private Limited, since its inception in 2000. Jim began his career in the staffing industry in 1976 and has held a variety of branch and regional management positions prior to joining Butler. Jim received a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Chico.

Praveen Reddy began his career with Butler in 1994 and set-up Butler's International operation Hyderabad, India in 2001. He holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and is fluent in U.S. and Indian business practices. He has been a Butler employee for 10 years having opened and managed 4 design centers for Butler in Illinois and Indiana, before assuming his current responsibilities in Hyderabad, India.

William E. Rudlof, Vice President Operations 1968 Fairleigh Dickinson University, MBA, Accounting. 1963 Fairleigh Dickinson University, Bachelor of Science, Business Management. Vice President of Manufacturing since 1988. Joined as Cost Accounting Manager in 1974. Previously: Division Director, Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager and Plant Manager, Wood Ridge Chemical, Ventron Corporation. Cost Accounting Manager, Buitoni Foods. Field Accounting Manager, Butler International.

Andy Morabe is the Director of Business Development for the Project Engineering Division. In his role, he is responsible for business development in six Butler offices (Aurora, Decatur, Peoria, Lafayette, St. Louis, and Griffin.) Andy also directs the recruiting for staffing in-house operations as well as staff augmentation for onsite client support. Andy has over 22 years of experience in staffing, technical training and business development. Andy joined Butler in July, 2003. After serving six years in the US Navy, Andy shifted to consulting and staffing industry in 1989 and has held a variety of branch and regional management positions prior to joining Butler. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from National University in San Diego, CA.

Frederick H. Kopko, age 51, has been our Secretary from April 1997 to February 2001 and has been a Director since December 1995. Mr. Kopko is a partner of the law firm of McBreen & Kopko, Chicago, Illinois, and has been a partner of that firm since January 1990. Mr. Kopko practices in the area of corporate law. He has been a Director of Butler International, Inc. since 1985 and a Director of Mercury Air Group, Inc. since 1992. Mr. Kopko received a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Connecticut, a J.D. degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.

Walter O. LeCroy, Jr., who founded the Company in 1964 as LeCroy Research Systems, has served as Honorary Chairman of the Board since February 1999. Mr. LeCroy previously served as the Chairman of the Board from the Company’s inception and as CEO until 1985. He was instrumental in the initial development of the Company’s core WaveShape Analysis technology and oversaw the establishment of an instrument design and production facility in Geneva, Switzerland in 1972, as well as sales and service operations throughout the United States, Europe, Japan, and numerous other countries. Mr. LeCroy developed technology to capture, measure, and analyze sophisticated electronic signals in a stringent scientific environment and in 1985 began transferring this technology to a popular line of general-purpose instruments. Mr. LeCroy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics from Columbia University.
