Tom Hubbs joined Bytemobile in October 2001, following a career in financial management spanning the prior 35 years. At Bytemobile, Hubbs directs the finance, legal, sales operations, professional services, customer support, corporate communications, information technology, human resources, and administrative functions. Hubbs led Bytemobile's Series B and Series C rounds of private equity financing, raising a total of approximately $42 million, and the acquisitions of Broadcloud, Daedalus and ProQuent Systems.

Linda McCormack has more than 25 years of management experience in operations, professional services and customer support in the wireless communications, Internet security and enterprise software industries. McCormack joined Bytemobile in 2003 as director of Operations for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and supported the growth of the company's direct sales and channel partnerships through the delivery of consulting services for wireless network optimization. Previously, she was senior director of Professional Services for the EMEA operations of Entrust, a leading global provider of network security solutions. At Entrust, McCormack directed a team of over 50 consulting professionals that supported large-scale PKI and identity management applications for banking, government and financial services. Prior to Entrust, she held a similar position at Continuus Software, a provider of configuration management solutions, where she led a team of 28 consultants that delivered complex workflow services. McCormack also managed customer services and support at Walker Financial Solutions. She spent the early years of her career as a systems analyst, programmer and computer operations specialist at McGraw-Hill and other enterprises.

Nobuhiko Tsuji has nearly 20 years of sales management experience in the telecommunications and software segments in Japan. Before joining Bytemobile in 2007, he established Harmonic International, the Japan subsidiary of Harmonic, Inc., and served as regional sales director for optical laser transmission systems deployed in broadcasting networks. Prior to Harmonic, he was sales manager at Tellabs Japan, responsible for direct and channel sales operations, business strategy and product marketing for cable and wireless products. Previously, he served as account executive at 3Com Japan, sales manager at Cyber Sign and account executive for indirect sales at Baan Japan. Prior to Baan, Tsuji helped to form the Switching Department within the Network Systems operations of AT&T Japan (now Lucent Technology Japan). He began his career in sales at Mazda Motor Corporation. He holds a B.A. degree in Business and a B.S. degree in Economics from Sophia University in Tokyo.

Don Dixon has been a co-founder and Managing Director of Trident Capital since 1993. From 1988 to 1993, Don was Co-President of Partech International, a private equity fund manager associated with Banque Paribas. From 1983 to 1988, he was a Managing Director of Alex. Brown & Sons. Earlier in his career, Don was a Vice President of Morgan Stanley & Co., and a Senior Account Officer at Citibank, N.A. Don serves as a Director of Epicor Software Corporation (EPIC), Evolving Systems, Inc. (EVOL), PGI, Inc., Merchant e-Solutions, Inc., and Qualys Inc. Earlier, he served as a Director of Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS), Anasazi Inc., BankAmerica Merchant Services, Inc. (BPI), BlueStar Solutions, Inc., CSG Systems International, Inc (CSGS)., InfoUSA, Inc., Pegasus Systems, Inc. (PEGS), Sygate Technologies, Inc. and Unison Software, Inc. (UNSN). Don earned his B.S.E. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Don is also an Executive Committee member of the SEAS Strategic Planning Committee at Princeton University School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Mr. Veyssiere is general partner for Innovacom, the venture capital subsidiary of France Telecom. Prior to joining Innovacom in 2000, Mr. Veyssiere worked with TeleSoft Partners, a San Mateo based venture capital fund, as a consultant in charge of business development for Europe. From 1992 to 1999, Veyssiere was Director then Vice President of Business Development & Operations with France Telecom North America in New York, heading several key projects including the implementation of the company's Internet backbone in the U.S., the investment of France Telecom in Sprint PCS and the business planning and implementation in the U.S. of the first gateway allowing seamless roaming between GSM-900 and DCS-1900. Mr. Veyssiere holds an MS in Physics from Paris Science University, Magna Cum Laude, an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications in Paris, and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
