C&A Industries Inc.

Larry Courtnage is the founder, Chief Executive Officer, and owner of C&A Industries, Inc. His primary responsibilities are setting the strategic direction of the company and oversight of the Aureus Medical, Aureus Executive, AurStaff, and AurHomes divisions. Mr. Courtnage holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He is a founding member and past President of NeAPS and the American Staffing Association and holds certificates as a Certified Personnel Consultant and Certified International Personnel Consultant. Mr. Courtnage is also the founder of The Kim Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to mental heath advocacy and awareness, and Career OutReach, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering those seeking employment or trying to improve their current economic situation. He is actively involved in the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, Sertoma International, and is a Past Potentate of the Tangier Shrine Center.

Scot Thompson is Chief Operating Officer of C&A Industries, Inc. His responsibilities include oversight and day-to-day management of all company operations. Prior to joining C&A, Mr. Thompson was employed for twelve years at Valmont Industries, Inc. During his tenure, he held various positions in corporate finance, sales, marketing, and general management. His most recent position was that of Regional Director, for which he was responsible for managing a business segment for Valmont Irrigation. Mr. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. Mr. Thompson currently serves as a Director of The American Heart Association, is a member of the University of Nebraska-Omaha (UNO) Finance and Banking Executive Committee and the Community Advisory Board for American National Bank, and Chairs the Finance Committee at St. Andrews United Methodist Church. He is also very active in his church and the community.

Robert Herbolsheimer is Vice President of Special Projects for C&A Industries, having joined the company in 1990. He is responsible for the oversight of special projects related to the company's strategic vision as well as local, state, and federal licensing requirements.
