Marc Smith joined C&S in 2006 as Co-President. From 2000-2006, Marc was the President and CEO of Stop & Shop and added responsibility for Giant of Landover in 2004. Together, the 2 chains have over $16 billion in revenue and operate 560 plus stores. Before becoming President of Stop & Shop, Marc held positions in buying, sales, marketing and operations at Stop & Shop. Prior to joining Stop & Shop in 1988, Marc's experiences included assignments at First National and Price Chopper Supermarkets. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.
Ron Wright is Chief Operating Officer and Co-President of C&S. He joined C&S as a grocery buyer in 1983 after 10 years in various grocery procurement management positions with Star Markets. In 1987 Ron was promoted to Vice President of Grocery Procurement and then to Senior Vice President of Grocery and Frozen Procurement in 1990. In 1995, he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and became a member of the C&S Advisory Board. Ron was promoted to President of C&S in 1998 and assumed responsibility for all wholesale operations within the company. Ron has been active in several food industry professional groups and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Food Distribution Institute (FDI). He is a former Chairman of New England Wholesale Food Distributors Association. In 2000 Ron was named "Connecticut Food Stores Man of the Year". He also served as the 2000 General Co-chairman for the Deborah Hospital Foundation. Ron holds a BS degree in economics from Lowell Technological Institute (now University of Massachusetts-Lowell).

Chris Kreidler is Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer. Chris is responsible for the company's corporate strategy, M&A activities, capital structure, treasury operations, financial controls and reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax planning and compliance, internal auditing and real estate strategy. Chris previously enjoyed a very successful 11 years at YUM! Brands, Inc., the $9.3 billion parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, A&W All-American Food Restaurants and Long John Silver's. At YUM! Brands, Chris held roles of increasing responsibility in the finance arena, serving for his two final years as Senior Vice-President, Corporate Strategy and Treasurer. In that role, he was responsible for all relationships with the company's full portfolio of banking partners and lenders, global corporate strategy, capital strategy and planning, risk management, domestic and international M&A, and the finance function for the Long John Silver's/A&W Division. Prior to Yum, Chris was a partner in the small investment banking firm led by T. Boone Pickens. Chris is a graduate of Rice University, where he earned a BA in managerial studies and economics as well as an MBA in management information systems, accounting and marketing.

Bruce Johnson joined C&S in 2007 as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. He is responsible for the identification, selection and development of all employees, Total Rewards programs and systems, labor relations, corporate social responsibility and organizational development. Bruce is also responsible for workers' compensation, safety, risk management and environmental health. Prior to joining C&S, as Senior Vice President of HR at Timberland, Bruce led a global team of approximately 200 employees. He enjoyed tremendous success designing and developing HR initiatives that established Timberland as an employer of choice. Prior to his position at Timberland, he served in HR leadership roles at DuPont, America West Airlines, Ryder System and IBM. Bruce holds a B.A. in History from Middlebury College.

Nat Silverman is Executive Vice President of Distribution and Supply Chain Management, overseeing planning and acquisition of facilities and warehouse technology for both C&S and its affiliates. Put simply, he is responsible for ensuring that these organizations are at the forefront of distribution technology and logistics. He joined C&S in 1994 as Director of Warehouse Operations. Since then he has been promoted several times as he increasingly assumed additional responsibilities in the distribution operations at C&S. In 1998, Nat was appointed to C&S' Board. Before joining C&S, he was President of the Retail Division of Hilltop Steakhouse, a retail chain headquartered in Saugus, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Nat spent 28 years at Star Markets, working in a variety of management and executive positions. Nat holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Food Association.

Joseph M. Nangle is a Director of the Bank. Mr. Nangle is the Director of Warehousing for C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc. C&S is a national wholesale company generating over $19 billion dollars in annual revenue. Mr. Nangle is responsible for 10 warehousing facilities in New England from Brattleboro, Vermont to East Windsor, Connecticut. He has direct oversight responsibility for 2,000 employees with a weekly payroll of $1.2 million dollars. Mr. Nangle lives in Westfield, Massachusetts and is actively involved with the Westfield Rotary Club and a member of the board of directors of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce. Todd Krasnow is an accomplished entrepreneur, consumer sales & marketing executive and early stage venture investor. He was co-founder and Chairman of Zoots, now the largest chain of dry cleaners in the U.S. Todd was a member of the original management team at Staples and served as Staples' EVP of Sales and Marketing.Staples reached over $7 billion in sales by the time he left to co-found Zoots. Todd won a gold "Clio" award for the best retail advertising in the United States.
