C. H. Robinson Worldwide Inc.

Bryan Foe has been president, T-Chek since May 2005. Previous positions with the company include, executive vice president, T-Chek, manager of Valley Forge and Grand Rapids, MI branches. Bryan has been with Robinson since 1990 and attended Detroit College of Business.

Thomas K. Mahlke has been vice president and chief information officer of C.H. Robinson since August 2007. Prior to this position, Tom served as Robinson's corporate controller for nearly eight years. Tom joined Robinson in November 1997 as accounting manager from Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was employed as a supervisory senior accountant. Tom holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota.

Mark A. Walker was named senior vice president in December 2007, after serving as a vice president since December 1999. Additional positions with Robinson include chief information officer from December 1999 to October 2001, president of T-Chek Systems, Inc., and president of Payment & Logistics Services LLC. Mark joined the company in 1980. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

Christopher J. O'Brien has been a vice president since May 2003. Additional positions with Robinson include manager of the Raleigh, North Carolina branch, general manager and later president of the company's European division. Christopher joined the company in 1993. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College in Michigan. Chris also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

Daniel W. Ryan was named vice president in January 2008, having served as the branch manager of C.H. Robinson’s Green Bay office since 2002. Previous positions with the company include sales and account management at the Milwaukee branch. Dan has been with C.H. Robinson since 1994, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

James V. Larsen has been a vice president since July 1999. Prior to that, he was an executive of Preferred Translocation Systems, which he founded in 1986 and which was acquired by Robinson in July 1998. He served as vice president of sales and later as president of Preferred Translocation Systems.

Laura Gillund joined C.H. Robinson in August 2002. Before coming to Robinson, she was the senior vice president of human resources at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. for seven years. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota.

Molly M. DuBois has been a vice president of C.H. Robinson since July 2005. Prior to her current role, Molly was director of branch operations. Molly began her career with C.H. Robinson in 1992 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Winona State University.

Timothy P. Manning has been a vice president since December 1999. Previous positions with C.H. Robinson include transportation manager in the St. Louis branch office, and in October 1998, Tim was named director of operations. Tim joined the company in 1989. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota.

ReBecca Koenig Roloff, 50, is a chief executive officer at YWCA of Minneapolis. Prior to the YWCA, Roloff served as a senior vice president at American Express Financial Advisors. Prior to joining American Express Financial Advisors, Roloff worked for The Pillsbury Company in a variety of supply chain management, marketing, and business management positions, including serving as vice president and business manager of Green Giant Fresh Vegetables. She started her career at Cargill, Inc. Roloff holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has served on several community boards including as current Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Blake School in Hopkins, Minnesota, and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the College of St. Catherine.

Pjotr is currently a Project Manager for the European based operations of C.H. Robinson Worldwide. Pjotr has extensive experience in global logistics and technology. He typically serves in roles where his global and business experiences allow him to bridge gaps between different organizations or departments. He also happens to be a fanatic when it comes to structure and organization and has proven time and time again to be someone that delivers effective repeatable processes that help companies advance. Pjotr's primary duties will be project management and the management of various committees.

Troy A. Renner has been treasurer of C.H. Robinson since June 1998, and tax director since 1995. He was also named assistant secretary in 2003. Prior to that, he was employed as a tax manager by Arthur Andersen LLP. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota.

Brian P. Short, 57 years old, has been a director of the company since 2002. He is Chief Executive Officer of Leamington Co., a holding company with interests in transportation, community banking, agricultural production and real estate. Leamington operates Admiral Merchants Motor Freight, Inc., St. Paul Flight Center, Inc., First Farmers & Merchants Banks, Municipal Parking, Inc. and Benson Parking Services, Inc. Brian also serves as a legal mediator and previously served as a United States Magistrate. His community service has included service on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities, St. Joseph s Home for Children, Saint Thomas Academy, University of St. Thomas School of Law and William Mitchell College of Law. Brian has an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and is also a graduate of its law school.

GERALD A. SCHWALBACH has been a Director of TCF Financial since 1999. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Spensa Development Group, LLC, and related companies, all of which are engaged in the real estate business. Prior to June 2003, he was Chairman of the Board of Two S Properties, Inc., Superior Storage I, LLC, and related companies. Since 1997, he has been a director of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a logistics and transportation company. He was a director of BORN Information Systems, Inc., a computer consulting firm, from 1998 to 2004.

Mr. Keiser is President and Chief Operating Officer Worldwide for PepsiAmericas. Previously, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the former PepsiAmericas and of Delta Beverage Group. Prior to joining Delta Beverage, Mr. Keiser worked for 14 years with the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group where he held a variety of positions in sales and operations.

Robert Ezrilov, 59 years old, has been a director of the Company since 1995. Currently, Mr. Ezrilov is an independent consultant. From July 1997 to April 2001, he was President of Metacom, Inc., a company that sells prerecorded music on interactive displays. From April 1995 to July 1997, Mr. Ezrilov was self-employed as a business consultant. Prior to that, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP, which he joined in 1966 subsequent to his obtaining a BSB degree at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Ezrilov also serves on the Board of Directors of Zomax, Inc. (a turnkey provider of CDs and cassettes), Christopher & Banks, Inc. (an apparel retailer), and as an advisory board member to Holiday Companies (a group of related companies engaged in retailing and wholesaling grocery, general merchandise and petroleum products) and L&M Radiator (a replaceable core radiator manufacturer).
