As Chairman and CEO of C. H. Fenstermaker & Associates, Inc., Bill Fenstermaker works with the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Team to provide strategic leadership for the company. Mr. Fenstermaker is instrumental in establishing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies to ensure the company's success. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, and previously as President of the firm, Bill Fenstermaker has provided strong leadership which has taken the company from a small regional firm to a multi-disciplinary organization providing services to government and industry throughout the country. His vision for the company has resulted in tremendous growth for the Fenstermaker firm and substantial revenue increases for the past several years. Bill Fenstermaker is a vital member of his community and is active in numerous professional organizations throughout the country. He applies his leadership skills to guide the organizations he is involved with in positive and insightful ways.
Mr. Lavergne is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Fenstermaker. He manages all financial functions from accounting to banking relations. As a member of the Executive Management Team, Mr. Lavergne's financial saavy is instrumental in executive decision-making. Since his start with the firm in 1998, Mr. Lavernge has implemented an Enterprise Accounting System to maximize the firm's operational effectiveness. He was responsible for obtaining ISO 9000 Registration for Fenstermaker's Lafayette, New Orleans and Houston operations, effectively communicating and implementing ISO 9000 requirements to all levels of business operations. Mr. Lavergne is an expert in accounting and financial management for Engineering firms. He presents an informative lecture to share his insight entitled "Best Financial Practices for Engineering Firms - Current Trends" to numerous Engineering groups and conferences across the country. He is a member of numerous organizations including the Louisiana Capital - Certified Development Company and the Louisiana and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
As Vice President of Information Technology for the firm, Mr. Day works directly with the President and CEO to implement strategic initiatives and to maintain the company's position as a leader in information technology. He coordinates a staff of software engineers and system analysts and designs and implements project management systems for Fenstermaker and its clients. Mr. Day has an extensive background in Product Development and Software Engineering. He is a published software author with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of software product development and management. Mr. Day is in charge of managing the firm's extensive communications networks. He is responsible for the development and oversees the integration of management tools designed specifically for Fenstermaker employees. In addition, Mr. Day develops and manages secure project management systems which provide clients access to important project information.
Mr. DeHart is the newly appointed Vice President of the Environmental Division. Joining Fenstermaker in 1990, he has served as Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist coordinating and conducting federal, state and local permitting activities for oil/gas exploration and production. He is an expert in his field and is actively involved with the processes and regulations of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources - Coastal Management Division, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and other federal and state resource agencies. As Vice President of the Environmental Division, he manages the development, implementation and evaluation of company wide programs and services related to Environmental Consulting.
Brad Hamilton is the Vice President of the firm's Government Sector and is responsible for the execution and management of all government contracts. Mr. Hamilton manages the development, implementation and evaluation of company-wide programs and services for the firm's Government Sector. He is the primary consultant for all of the company's government related strategic plans, implementing change, training and collaborative problem solving. In orchestrating the implementation and management of Government Contracts, Mr. Hamilton works with key personnel from multiple divisions to ensure the efficiency of the project from start to finish. He is the direct liaison between government agencies and Fenstermaker to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. His years of experience in organizing and conducting public hearings on behalf of his clients and his vast knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations give Mr. Hamilton a unique and effective blend of communication skills and a solid command of procedural guidelines. Mr. Hamilton has served the company for over 30 years in various capacities including Vice President of the firm's Environmental Division for over 10 years.
Mr. Fenstermaker is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 24 years of surveying experience. As Vice President of the Surveying & Mapping Division, Mr. Fenstermaker manages the development, implementation and evaluation of company wide programs. He is the primary consultant for all of the company's survey business and relationships, implementing change, training and collaborative problem solving. Mr. Fenstermaker specializes in project planning, quality assurance/quality control, data acquisition, and data management and is responsible for the work quality of the Survey Division's office and field staff. Mr. Fenstermaker facilitates new processes, tools, communications, training, technical designs and methodologies to ensure that client projects are executed with the most sophisticated methodologies available. The survey teams he manages are some of the best trained and well equipped in the industry. Under his leadership the Survey & Mapping Division has flourished and has become one of the most respected survey and mapping groups in the country.
Mr. Reaux has over 20 years of design and project management experience. He has been with Fenstermaker for over 15 years and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the states of Louisiana, Florida, Texas, Mississippi, and Arkansas. He is also a Registered Environmental Engineer in the State of Louisiana. Under his strong leadership Fenstermaker's Engineering Division has grown in size and scope. Mr. Reaux directs and coordinates all activities of our Engineering Division. He establishes the overall objectives and initiatives the engineering department and confers with executive management, production, and marketing staff to determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, and customer demand for new and existing services and products. Mr. Reaux analyzes current technology trends, human resource needs, and market demands to strategically plan projects and develop innovative solutions for our clients.
Gerald Duszynski is the Director of Coastal Activities for Fenstermaker. Mr. Duszynski has twenty-nine years of service with the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR). During his tenure with the DNR, Mr. Duszynski served as Assistant Secretary for the Office of Coastal Restoration and Management. In that capacity, he managed all aspects of the state's coastal restoration planning, scientific monitoring, design, and construction projects. Mr. Duszynski ensures the delivery of comprehensive services to clients for all coastal projects, studies, and environmental assessments. He serves as a liaison to federal, state, and local governmental agencies, and private firms and facilitates the management and delivery of project requirements.
Gerry Satterlee serves as Director of Operations for the company's New Orleans office. He is responsible for managing Engineering, Surveying & Mapping, and Environmental projects for the region and oversees operations, maintains quality control on projects, and assists in marketing efforts and client relations. Mr. Satterlee brings an extensive experience base in the study, planning, design, and management of civil works projects in the Louisiana area. Mr. Satterlee worked for 34 years in various design and management positions with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the New Orleans District, culminating as the Chief of Engineering Division upon retirement. As Chief of the Engineering Division, Mr. Satterlee ensured the day-to-day and long range planning for efficient operations and directed the Engineering Division's program through a staff of 300+ employees.
