C.H.I. Overhead Doors

Effective February 26, 2008, Mr. Sherman was elected President of the company. He has served as Chief Executive Officer and a director since 2001, when he joined the company. From 2001 until October 2006, he also served as President of the company. Prior to joining the company, he spent 28 years at Triangle Pacific/Armstrong Flooring, the last nine of which he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Sherman has over 40 years of experience in the building products industry. A native of Kerhonkson, New York, and a veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Sherman is a graduate of the New York State College of Forestry at Syracuse University. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Georgia State University.

Ramsey A. Frank, Director, age 46. Mr. Frank became a director in 2001 and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Frank is a Senior Managing Director of JLL Partners, Inc., which he joined in 1999. From January 1993 to July 1999, Mr. Frank was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc., where he headed the restructuring group and was a senior member of the leveraged finance group. Mr. Frank serves as a director of several companies, including Motor Coach Industries International, Inc., C.H.I. Overhead Doors, Inc., Education Affiliates, Inc., PGT, Inc., and Medical Card System, Inc.
