C.J. Banks

Andrew K. Moller has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2005. From March 1999 through December 2005 Mr. Moller served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From March 1998 through February 1999, Mr. Moller was Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Moller was Controller from January 1995 through February 1998. From September 1992 through December 1994, Mr. Moller was Assistant Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moller held managerial accounting positions with Ladbroke Racing Canterbury, Inc., a subsidiary of Ladbroke Group, and with B Dalton Bookstores. Mr. Moller also has previous experience with Arthur Andersen LLP.

Kim A. Decker has served as Senior Vice President, Store Operations since December 2005. From August 2002 to December 2005, Ms. Decker served as Vice President and Director of Stores, C.J. Banks Division. From March 1998 through July 2002, Ms. Decker was the Senior Regional Manager for Christopher & Banks. Ms. Decker held the position of Field Director of Store Operations with the Company from October 1996 until February 1998. From March 1993 to September 1996, Ms. Decker was a Regional Manager and from February 1987 to February 1993 Ms. Decker was a District Manager for the Company. From May 1980 to January 1987, Ms. Decker held various store level positions with the Company.

Steve Danker has served as Senior Vice President of Information Systems & Strategy since October 2006. From 2005 through 2006, Mr. Danker worked as an Independent Consultant in interim Chief Information Officer engagements. From 1998 through 2004 he held Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer positions with Value Vision Media, Inc. /Shop NBC, Waldo s Dolar Mart de Mexico, and Musicland Group, Inc. Mr. Danker was employed by Boston Chicken, Inc. from 1992 to 1998, were he held several positions including Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Store Systems Operations and Manager of Information Systems.

Daniel Fredeen has served as Vice President General Manager, Direct since April 2007 and is responsible for the company s multi-channel business opportunities, focusing on direct and e-Commerce business. Mr. Fredeen has an extensive background in Marketing, Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Operations in direct and multi-channel retailing companies. Prior to joining Christopher & Banks, Mr. Fredeen held several positions including Group Planning Manager for Target.com, a division of Target Corporation. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Fredeen held various Marketing, Merchandising and Planning positions including Vice President - e-Commerce, Vice President - Marketing, Vice President - Product Group, Divisional Director - Catalog and Product Planning, Director - Existing Customer Marketing, Director - Catalog & Product Planning and Planning Manager at DAMARK International, Inc., a direct marketer of consumer goods through catalogs and e-commerce. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Fredeen held various marketing and planning positions with Cable Value Network Companies.

Dorothy Lierman joined Acorn as Vice President, General Merchandise Manager in February 2003. She is responsible for the Acorn brand. Prior to joining Acorn, Ms. Lierman was the Director of Design and Merchandising for GIII Apparel. From 1997 to 2001 Ms. Lierman held various positions at D2 New Business Development/Hues of Blue. From 1999 until 2002, Ms. Lierman was President of Courageous Learning, a leadership development company. From January 1984 until June of 1996, Ms. Lierman held several positions at Petrie Stores including District Manager and Divisional Vice President of Bottoms for the Large Size division.

Judy DeFrancesco has served as Vice President and Director of Stores, Christopher & Banks Division, since March 2005. From August 2001 through February 2005, Ms. DeFrancesco was a Regional Manager for Christopher & Banks. Ms. DeFrancesco held the position of District Manager with the Company from July 1999 until July 2001. Prior to 1999 Ms. DeFrancesco held various positions in 3 different divisions of May Department Stores Corporation.

Karen Kinney-McMullan has served as Vice President of Design since March 2001. Ms. Kinney-McMullan was Director of Design for the Company from December 1997 through February 2001. From August 1995 through November 1997, Ms. Kinney-McMullan held a design position with Right Value, a private label design company, working primarily with Christopher & Banks. Prior to 1995, Ms. Kinney-McMullan held various design positions with other private label companies.

Kim M. Westerham has served as Vice President of Merchandise Planning and Distribution since March 1999. Ms. Westerham was Director of Merchandise Planning and Distribution from September 1993 through February 1999. From March 1984 through August 1993, Ms. Westerham was a Buyer with the Company.

Michael J. Lyftogt has served as Vice President Finance/Controller since March 2006. From March 1998 through February 2005, Mr. Lyftogt served as Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lyftogt was Controller for M.F. Bank & Company, Inc. Mr. Lyftogt also has previous experience in public accounting.

Thomas A. Guetter has served as Vice President of Information Technology since March 2002. From April 1996 through February 2002, Mr. Guetter was Director of Management Information Systems. Mr. Guetter was Director of Systems and Programming from September 1993 through March 1996. From November 1987 through August 1993, Mr. Guetter was Manager of Programming. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Guetter held various Information Technology positions including Manager of Systems and Programming with Donaldson's Department Stores.
