For the past seven years, Barbara Keenoy has been the District Technology Resource Teacher for El Rancho Unified School District in Pico Rivera, California. During the summer months she has worked as a Professional Expert for Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) working at Teach the Teachers in Ojai and the summer Intensive Technology Institute in Long Beach.
