Garza joined Cabot Oil & Gas in August 1995 as Director, Human Resources. He was named to his current position as Vice President, Human Resources in May 1998. Before joining Cabot, Garza served as Human Resources Director at Texfield, Inc. and in various management positions of increasing responsibility with Marathon Manufacturing Company. Garza holds a bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, Texas.

Before joining Cabot in April 2003, Watson served as vice president Canadian operations for Petrocorp Inc. He began his career as a geologist and held various operating positions of increasing responsibility for Wainoco Oil & Gas Limited, Westgrowth Petroleums Ltd., Hamilton Brothers Canadian Gas Company Ltd., BHP Petroleum (Canada) Inc. and Amoco Canada. He also served as an independent consultant to U.S. companies. Watson received a B.S. in Geology from the University of British Columbia. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and Alberta Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists.
