Andrew M. Saul has served as one of our directors since 1986. Mr. Saul also served as our Chairman of the Board from February 1993 to October 2000. Mr. Saul is a partner in Saul Partners, an investment partnership, a position he has held since 1986.

Patric D. Prince is an art historian and theorist specializing in the history of computer art. In addition to teaching at the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York, California State University, Los Angeles, and West Coast University, Los Angeles she has curated new media art exhibitions since the early 1980s. Prince has authored an archive CD-ROM compilation of images documenting past SIGGRAPH art exhibitions from 1981 - 1990. Patric Prince was a co-director and founder of CyberSpace Gallery in West Hollywood. She organized the SIGGRAPH Traveling Art Show from 1989-1996. Prince lectures internationally and has written numerous articles on the history of art and technology. She has archived an extensive collection of early materials relating to art and technology and is currently an outside consultant for CACHe, Critical and Archival Histories of the Electrionic Arts.

Mr. Gage has served as one of our Directors since September 2004. Since 2002, Mr. Gage has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Gage Associates, LLC, a firm which provides financial planning and related services to individuals and businesses. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Gage served as Chief Executive Officer and as the director of ICDL-US, LLC, a company providing computer literacy training skills for desktop software applications. He is a certified public accountant, as well as a certified financial planner.

Mort Schrader is a principal and founding partner of PBS Realty Advisors, LLC (PBS Realty), a commercial real estate boutique specializing in senior-level strategic services. With 15 years of commercial real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the retail industry, Schrader leverages his background to provide strategic business and real estate insight throughout his clients' real estate decision-making process. Mort Schrader specializes in commercial office and retail tenant representation, lease negotiations and real estate equity syndication. He has completed over 300 commercial office and retail transactions, which include assignments for Bear Stearns, Bloomberg L.P., Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, Liz Claiborne and Abercrombie & Fitch. Prior to establishing PBS Realty Advisors in 2001, Schrader was an Executive Managing Director at Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc., where he was responsible for key corporate and institutional client accounts. Additionally, he was professionally associated with the Koeppel Tener Riguardi and SL Green realty organizations. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. In his prior career, Mort Schrader served for 25 years as president of a large publicly traded apparel-manufacturing company. He is a director of Cache, a publicly held women's apparel retail chain.
