Paul M. Cofoni (CACI International Inc) – responsibilities include executing CACI's strategy to align its core competencies, innovative tools and best value solutions to help the U.S. government solve its most important problems in protecting our nation and winning the global war on terrorism. His vision for CACI's future is for the company to play an ever expanding role as a national asset, serving as its customers' preferred integrator and IT provider for their critical missions.
Under Mr. Cofoni's guidance, CACI has broadened its penetration of the federal marketplace, with special emphasis on further integrating CACI capabilities into homeland security, the Intelligence Community and communications activities of the federal government. Mr. Cofoni has played a key leadership role in developing CACI's ability to compete for large scale contracts at the highest levels of government service. He has overseen the growth of CACI solutions to support critical infrastructure, help clients collect and analyze information that is vital to the protection of our nation and our forces, and enable the secure communication of that information to key decision makers. His responsibilities also include managing CACI's corporate development and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) program in direct partnership with CACI's Executive Chairman Dr. J.P. (Jack) London.
Most recently, Mr. Cofoni served as CACI's President of U.S. Operations, where he had primary responsibility for all of the company's domestic, federal and state, and local markets. Under his guidance CACI's U.S.-based operations provided a wide range of innovative technical and valuable support services to the U.S. government.
Mr. Cofoni has more than 30 years of senior-level executive experience in business development, M&A, strategic planning and extensive federal market operations. His professional experience includes large scale integrator contracts in the broad federal market sector; the defense, intelligence and communications markets; and major commercial outsourcing and systems markets.
Prior to joining CACI, Mr. Cofoni was President, Federal Sector, of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). One of the largest systems integrators for federal government agencies, CSC's Federal Sector contracts included numerous aerospace, defense and intelligence systems applications and services. Federal Sector revenues under Mr. Cofoni exceeded $5B in 2005. Before this, Mr. Cofoni enjoyed a 17-year career with General Dynamics in a number of assignments from 1974 to 1991, when his business unit was acquired by CSC. At General Dynamics, he served as VP of Information Technology services for both east and west coast business units.
Mr. Cofoni is Chairman of the Board of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International. AFCEA serves the military, government, industry and academia as an ethical forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, information technology, intelligence and global security.
Mr. Cofoni also served as an officer in the U.S. Army from 1970 to 1974. He received a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Rhode Island in 1970 and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School program for senior executives in the fall of 1989. He is a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and the Professional Services Council.

As head of CACI's UK organization, Mr. Bradford manages lines of business that include marketing information systems, demographic data analysis, census data research and automated systems for targeted market analysis. In this position he plays a key role in sustaining CACI's international reputation as a provider of high value solutions focused on important client missions.
Under Mr. Bradford's guidance CACI has bridged the gap between technology and marketing. CACI's combination of data, software products, systems development skills and marketing expertise offers an extremely powerful client resource. His group's achievements include providing high tech support for Ireland's census, as well as supporting multiple organizations directly involved in providing healthcare, utilities and public services to the British people.
Mr. Bradford sees his group's role as providing organizations with a truly practical and functional way of using changes in their marketplace to their best advantage. By identifying and anticipating consumer demand, investment decisions can be made that avoid mistakes and maximize return.
Mr. Fairl has primary responsibility for all of CACI's domestic, federal and state and local markets. Mr. Fairl's leadership focuses the company's support for the critical missions of the U.S. government to provide homeland security, win the war on terrorism and modernize government services. His ability to effectively manage CACI's delivery of its core capabilities in systems integration, managed network services, intelligence solutions and engineering and logistics provides the foundation for CACI's government service.
Mr. Fairl previously served as CACI's COO of U.S. Operations, directly overseeing the company's main business groups. Before that, he led CACI's Integrated Engineering Business Group, which provided engineering and logistics support to clients throughout the DoD. His accomplishments include leading and helping to develop CACI solutions that support DoD logistics and supply chains, helping to provide American troops with sufficient and up-to-date supplies and materials to ensure they are prepared, ready and protected at all times. Mr. Fairl has also helped expand CACI's capabilities to support U.S. Navy command and control systems that enable the American fleet to carry out its missions safely and successfully.
Mr. Fairl has more than 35 years of experience and success in the development, management and growth of technology-based engineering organizations in support of DoD, the Intelligence Community and commercial clients. He joined CACI (as a member of the former QuesTech) in 1987 as Program Manager for Independent Verification and Validation of the U.S. Navy's Advanced Combat Direction System. In June 1988 he was named Operations Manager for the company's San Diego, CA office. He was promoted to VP in 1993, Senior VP in 1996 and Executive VP in 2001.
Before joining CACI Mr. Fairl held key positions at Ball Systems Engineering and Comptek Research, Inc. At Ball, he was Department Manager for Software and System Test and Evaluation. He also served as program manager for the development of flight test management systems for advanced U.S. Air Force flight test programs at Edwards Air Force Base and for development of test range information management systems at Naval Air Warfare Center-Weapons Division at China Lake, CA. While at Comptek, Bill established and managed the company's San Diego operations, providing engineering support for U.S. Navy command and control systems.
Mr. Fairl's principal area of technical expertise is in the area of surveillance data fusion. He is a 1971 graduate of the University of Detroit with Master and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE), the Navy League and serves on the Board of Directors for the USO of Metropolitan Washington (USO-Metro).
Ms. Dunie reports directly to Bill Fairl, CACI's President for U.S. Operations. She brings over 20 years of senior level technology experience, including nearly five years with the Department of Defense (DoD), plus key positions with technology companies in the commercial sector. Ms. Dunie's responsibilities include developing and advancing the company's technology infrastructure, as well as leveraging her expertise to expand capabilities and services that have broad market application with a wide array of the company's clients.
At DoD Ms. Dunie worked within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, USD(I) as Director, Plans and Analysis. As principal advisor to the USD(I) she was responsible for providing executive leadership, guidance and reviews of DoD activities and programs as they related to U.S. national interests, defense policies, operational requirements and state-of-the-art technologies.
Prior to her work with the federal government Ms. Dunie was responsible for e-business solutions within the national intelligence market at Oracle Corporation, guided the strategic direction of Raytheon E-Systems' Advanced Technology Program and was in charge of new and follow-on business development in advanced information processing technologies at Martin Marietta (GE Aerospace).
In November 2006 Ms. Dunie was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Meritorious Civilian Service. Specific mention in the citation states:
"Ms. Dunie was a driving force in transforming the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community policies, guidance and standards. These efforts led to improvements in intelligence information sharing at the National level and Combatant Commander level in support of the Global War on Terrorism."
Bob Boehm brings more than 25 years of global, senior-level Human Resources experience to CACI having strategically lead HR organizations both in the public and private sectors. His experience spans across the government services industry, energy, telecommunications and technology. Mr. Boehm is responsible for all Human Resources activities including strategy, change management, workforce architecture, recruiting and retention and employee development.
Prior to joining CACI Mr. Boehm was VP of Human Capital with STG, Inc., a government services provider based in Reston, VA. In this position Mr. Boehm developed the support infrastructure, including HR, security, real estate and IT that helped propel this firm into a highly competitive, prosperous government services provider. His accomplishments include developing a strategic staffing approach resulting in the recruitment of more than 800 new employees (80% with clearances) and helping lead the company become CMMI level 3.
Earlier in his career Mr. Boehm held executive HR positions with General Electric/GE Capital, BaaN Company, Government Technology Services Inc. and Unisys. In addition, he successfully managed his own HR consulting firm specializing in high growth and transitioning technology companies where he helped develop early stage startups including AppNet and Tele-TV.
He is a board member of Wall Street Strategies, a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and a charter member of the Northern Virginia HR Advisory Board.

Mr. Fuerst manages and oversees the growth of all of CACI's U.S. business groups. Mr. Fuerst's support for CACI business groups has enabled the company to sustain its high quality support for the most critical missions of the U.S. government in protecting our homeland, defeating terrorism and improving government services. The business groups he manages provide systems integration, managed network services, intelligence solutions and engineering and logistics to the Department of Defense and all the armed forces, federal civilian agencies and state and local governments.
Prior to this, Mr. Fuerst was Executive VP of CACI's Enterprise Technologies and Services Business Group. In this position he oversaw CACI's managed network services line of business providing customers with the full spectrum of enterprise information management and infrastructure support for clientele that included the Defense Information Systems Agency, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce and Department of State. His group also delivered a wide range of engineering and logistics solutions for the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Fuerst is an information technology executive with a diverse 26-year career in the delivery and management of technology systems and services across the federal government. Over the span of his career, he has excelled at strategic planning and preparation of tactical plans and budgets to meet business objectives.
As a leader of numerous business units, Mr. Fuerst possesses in-depth experience encompassing marketing and sales, contract execution and financial performance, staff recruitment and development, IT management consulting, merger and acquisition due diligence, and integration. His knowledge of IT environments includes information assurance and data security; data correlation/fusion and command-and-control applications; complex systems development; systems process and software methodologies; enterprise management and IT outsourcing best practices; and program and project management.
Prior to joining CACI Mr. Fuerst was Senior VP of Operations for the Titan Corporation's Enterprise Services and Solutions sector, a $260M organization for which he directed all business activities across three operating divisions. His experience also includes serving as COO of Corbett Technologies, an information assurance firm, and Senior VP with STG, Inc., an IT, engineering and scientific services company.
Mr. Fuerst began his career at BTG, Inc., a $250M information systems and technical services firm, where he was recruited as the company's eighth employee and as a senior executive was pivotal in establishing the company as an IT leader. Mr. Fuerst possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in administration and graduated with honors from Radford University.

In addition to fulfilling the customary duties of a Chief Financial Officer, Tom Mutryn heads CACI's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) program. He has played a key role in sustaining the company's financial stability as a trusted asset to the U.S. federal government, as well as growing CACI's capabilities to support America's vital national missions.
Mr. Mutryn's brings significant capabilities in evaluating new opportunities, performing due diligence with acquisition candidates and assessing how completed acquisitions meet our strategic goals. He also manages CACI's capital structure, including cash management, bank relationships, interest rate strategies, and equity and debt offerings.
Mr. Mutryn previously worked for GTSI Corp., where he directed finance and accounting activities as Senior VP and CFO. Prior to GTSI, he worked for US Airways as Senior VP of Finance and CFO. In that role he led the carrier's treasury, purchasing, investor relations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit, tax and aircraft sales functions. He also worked for United Airlines and American Airlines in various senior finance positions earlier in his career.

Mr. Calland supports CACI's continually expanding business within well funded markets in the Intelligence Community and the growing market for information sharing at the nexus of intelligence, defense and law enforcement capabilities that is so critical to our nation's defense.
Mr. Calland most recently served as Deputy Director for Strategic Operational Planning at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC). Prior to that he was Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and served as Commander of Special Operations Central within the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).
A highly decorated veteran, Mr. Calland brings battlefield leadership and command experience at all levels. His 33-year Navy career included service as a platoon commander with the Navy's Sea, Air and Land (SEAL) special operations forces through command of the Navy Special Warfare Development Group from 1997 to 1999.
In 2000 Mr. Calland assumed command of CENTCOM's Special Operations Command. Following the September 11 terrorist attacks he transitioned his headquarters into a forward deployed Joint Forces Special Operations Component Command, directing more than 3000 U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Forces in Operation Enduring Freedom. In this role Mr. Calland was the first U.S. military flag officer in Afghanistan.
After serving as Commander of the Naval Special Warfare Command from 2002 until 2004 Mr. Calland was assigned as the CIA's Associate Director of Central Intelligence for Military Support and was subsequently appointed the CIA's Deputy Director (the Agency's second highest position) in 2005. In 2006 Mr. Calland was assigned to NCTC, the federal government's primary organization for integrating and analyzing intelligence on terrorism and conducting strategic operational planning across multiple agencies and organizations. At the CIA and at NCTC Mr. Calland worked on the most difficult national security issues at the highest levels in our government.

Mr. Luddeke plays a key role in CACI's strategic growth plan to expand its business development in the company's core market areas of national security, intelligence, homeland security and the enhancement of the way the federal government does business. He brings 27 years of experience in federal information technology in support of CACI's strategic growth plans, including ten years with Computer Science Corporation (CSC).
With CSC, Mr. Luddeke most recently served as VP and General Manager for the National Security and Foreign Affairs business unit within the company's federal sector. His clients included the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development and other federal civilian agencies. Prior to this he served in a number of executive positions where his accomplishments included building and executing progressive business growth strategies across various corporate organizations, and developing and managing government-wide contracts that generated hundreds of millions of dollar per year in revenue, for which he received significant company recognition.
Prior to joining CSC Mr. Luddeke was a senior program development manager for Unisys, where he focused more on defense agencies. He began his career as a senior engineer with McDonnell Aircraft in 1980.
Dan Porter oversees CACI's managed network services line of business and a clientele that includes the Defense Information Systems Agency and all the armed services, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Commerce and Department of State.
Since joining CACI in 2004 as part of our American Management Systems acquisition, Dan has demonstrated exemplary leadership as Executive VP of one of ETS's largest operations, the Maritime Program Support Operating Group. Under his guidance, CACI grew our business delivering a broad range of high quality support services to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard. His accomplishments included expanding our important business with the Military Sealift Command and the headquarters of the Department of the Navy. As Operating Group Manager, Dan exceeded all key performance measures and led his team to achieve strong financial performance and significant account growth.
Before entering the federal IT contracting industry Dan enjoyed an outstanding career as a U.S. government civil servant, culminating in his appointment as CIO to the U.S. Navy. In this position, Dan's strategic thought leadership was instrumental in developing Navy IT strategy and policies. Dan also was the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including the Secretary of Defense Medal for Meritorious Civilian Service and the Department of the Navy Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and he was conferred the Senior Executive Service rank of Distinguished Executive by the President.

Gil Guarino is responsible for all aspects of his group's business, from acquisition through project delivery. His clients include all the military services, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, national intelligence agencies, federal civilian agencies, health care agencies and members of the aerospace and defense industry.
Mr. Guarino has established a record of success over a 36-year business career in senior- and executive-level management in both government and industry. His responsibilities have spanned positions in program and business management, as well as strategic marketing/business development for major weapons systems, enterprise information technology solutions and consulting/professional services.
He retired from the Air Force as a colonel after 20 years in the weapon systems acquisition business. There he served in a variety of program management positions for the F-15 and F-16 tactical fighters and several space system programs. His last assignment was Air Force Systems Command's Deputy Chief of Staff for Information Systems.
Upon retirement in 1986, Mr. Guarino joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a program manager rose to become director of Digital's Federal Proposal and Pricing Group. He held subsequent positions as Federal Account Manager for Digital's Federal Healthcare Business and National Director for Public Sector Marketing and Sales. In 1993 he joined SSDS, Inc., a nationwide privately owned systems integrator, as Senior VP for Client Development. Over the course of five years he worked as general manager for the commercial market and the northeast region.
In 1999 Mr. Guarino joined American Management Systems, Inc. (AMS) and was VP of Strategic Development for the Defense and Industrial Business Unit responsible for establishing and executing AMS business and growth strategy for defense and related industry markets. In this role he was responsible for thought leadership, vision and strategy to align AMS offerings with the needs of its clients in the areas of acquisition, financial management and logistics.
He also served as general manager for AMS's Army and Air Force business as well as Deputy for AMS's Defense and Intelligence Group. With the asset purchase of the Defense and Intelligence Group by CACI, Mr. Guarino was promoted to Executive VP and now heads CACI's Transformation Solutions Group, reporting to the President.
Mr. Guarino has a proven track record in achieving bottom line results while developing new organizations/teams in periods of broader organizational transformation. He is a hands-on leader and team member as he builds high energy and total results oriented organization/teams.

Mr. Jacoby is responsible for the National Solutions Group (NSG) of CACI International Inc. This group leads the company in developing CACI solutions for the members of the national Intelligence Community and for increasing intelligence sharing across the national and homeland security communities. The group has made CACI an industry leader in knowledge management; document conversion (imaging, electronic and optical character recognition) and document exploitation; records and case management; intelligence analysis, system and application development; intelligence dissemination and network management; systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support; multimedia productions; and lifecycle system integration.
Mr. Jacoby joined CACI in January 2006 as NSG's Executive VP for Strategic Intelligence. In this position he was responsible for shaping new business opportunities for CACI in the intelligence and homeland security arenas. These responsibilities included helping to develop strategic plans and lending his expertise in developing end-to-end and community-wide solutions.
The former Navy Vice Admiral has many years of military and intelligence leadership experience. Mr. Jacoby culminated his active duty career as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency with key responsibilities supporting national authorities, combatant commanders and the warfighter, and he played a leading role in the global war on terrorism. His extensive military career included 20 consecutive years as a senior intelligence officer at numerous duty stations. He led the effort to create a functional command for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and brought the new command to initial operational capability.
Mr. Jacoby's leadership in defense intelligence transformation and his key role in national intelligence reform were recognized by the award of three Defense Distinguished Service Medals, the Navy Distinguished Service Medal and the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal. He has also received numerous U.S. and foreign awards.
Mr. Jacoby has remained active in Intelligence Community and associated efforts as a member of various boards, study groups, committees and as a mentor for young intelligence professionals. In addition, he regularly participates as a speaker and panelist at conferences and symposia concerning intelligence and national security issues.
Mr. Schneider's responsibilities include developing, directing and maintaining competitive strategy, capture and proposal operations, internal reviews, processes and polices. In addition, he oversees the company’s strategic planning process, providing a comprehensive analysis of the market and helping to position the company for continued growth.
With federal information technology and intelligence services business expertise, Mr. Schneider adds strength to CACI's strategic growth plans, which include continuing our dynamic merger and acquisition activities, enhancing our core technology offerings and stepping up our business development activities. Mr. Schneider previously served as SVP of CACI's Capture Management and Proposal Management. These teams were enormously successful under his direction, winning several billion dollars in new business.
While serving as VP he retooled CACI's competitive proposal operation, building the processes, procedures and policy essential for managing and winning large competitive bids. Additionally, Mr. Schneider designed, developed and implemented CACI's Excellence+ program. As a result of his efforts CACI conducts hundreds of project assessments annually, each providing independent assessment of client satisfaction and vital feedback to project managers.
Prior to this Mr. Schneider was a successful department and project manager delivering top line growth and bottom line results. He came to CACI in 1979 when he provided logistics support services for U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs. A multiple achievement award winner, Mr. Schneider has repeatedly proven his leadership and versatility, consistently delivering winning projects within budget and on time.
Mr. Weiss reports directly to Mr. Paul Cofoni, CACI's President and CEO. He is responsible for the management and strategic planning of all corporate contracts, subcontracts and procurement functions.
Mr. Weiss brings 25 years of senior level contracting and operations management experience. This includes working closely with the line organizations, trouble shooting complex problems and building strategic relationships. As a member of CACI's senior management team, Mr. Weiss is also very active in the M&A process.
Prior to joining CACI Mr. Weiss was employed by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for 18 years. While at SAIC, Mr. Weiss was Senior VP, Associate Director of Corporate Contracts and reported to the COO. He was highly valued for the expertise he contributed to creative management and relationship building involving highly visible programs with the U.S. Air Force and Army, the Intelligence Community and many other international and commercial clients. Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Weiss held business development, project management and contracts administration positions at Whittaker Microwave and DBA Systems.
Additionally, Mr. Weiss spent 20 years on active duty and in the Air Force Reserves. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Florida and a MS degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.

Mr. Fields recently joined CACI International after spending more than 6 years at XO Communications as a recruiter and Staffing Manager. His business group at CACI is the Enterprise Technologies and Services group which is the largest business unit in this highly recognized government contracting organization. Mr. Fields has participated in numerous organizations and functions within the HR community. He holds a BA degree from Hawthorne College, a small New England institution. Mr. Motes, born in southern West Virginia, has lived nearly all of his life in the Washington, DC area. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from The Catholic University of America, where he studied organ with William Watkins. He began his career in church music at Christ Church Parish, Kensington, Maryland, spending eleven years as Director of Music. It was during this time that Mr. Motes began his relationship with St. Paul's, assisting J. Marcus Ritchie at Evensong and Benediction, and later substituting for Jeffrey Smith. More recently he served for seven years as Organist and Choirmaster at St. Andrew's Church, Arlington, Virginia, where he directed all aspects of the music program, including monthly Choral Evensong. Currently, Mr. Motes sings tenor in the Parish Choir and assists Mr. McCormick and Mr. Bohl. When not pursuing his musical interests, he is a Principal at IMC, Inc., a Reston, Virginia-based Information Technology consulting firm.

Charles P. Revoile (Outside Director) – a legal and business consultant and an independent investor. He was elected a director in 1993 following the conclusion of his seven-year tenure as CACI's Senior VP, General Counsel and Secretary in 1992. From 1971 to 1985 Mr. Revoile was VP and General Counsel of Stanwick Corporation.
Dan R. Bannister (Outside Director) – possesses unique leadership experience in the federal information technology arena. With DynCorp, he held executive positions with increasing responsibility before serving as President and CEO from 1985 to 1997 and Chairman from 1997 to 2003, becoming Chairman Emeritus by 2003. During his tenure the company experienced some of its most challenging and successful years, including its transformation in 1988 from a publicly traded corporation to one of the largest private, employee-owned businesses in the nation. Mr. Bannister led an aggressive diversification and expansion program that included more than 40 acquisitions, changing the company's core business to technology services and increasing revenue to $2.4B and the employee base to 24,000 employees in 2003.
Mr. Bannister currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Social & Scientific Systems, Inc., a company dedicated to applying technology to improve public health in the U.S. and more than 90 other countries. He previously served as chairman of the Northern Virginia Technology Council Foundation and the Technology Council. Mr. Bannister is currently a trustee of the U.S. Air Force Academy Falcon Foundation. He has received numerous awards for his business and civic accomplishments, including the John W. Dixon Award from the Association of the U.S. Army, the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Lifetime Achievement Award, the Earle C. Williams Award for Leadership in Technology and the KPMG Peat Marwick High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year.
Dr. Warren R. Phillips (Outside Director) – currently the financial manager for the Albanian-Macedonian-Bulgarian Oil Pipeline Corporation, a $1.5B (CAPEX) crude oil pipeline developer for Caspian oil flows to the west; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Labock Technologies, Inc., a research, development and manufacturing company that produces conventional and unconventional bullet resistant glass, modular vehicle armor and specialized armored vehicles for military, law enforcement and civilian use.
From 1993 to 2001 Dr. Phillips was Executive Vice Chairman and CFO of Maryland Moscow, Inc., a 501(c)(3) educational and training venture that was involved in over $50M in financial training to the newly evolving countries of the former Soviet Union. Dr. Phillips provided advice in developing financial systems (bank, stock exchange, pension, insurance and government) in most of those countries.
Between 1974 and 2003 Dr. Phillips was Professor of Government and Politics at the University of Maryland. During that time he served in a number of administrative positions including VP for Academics at UMBC and Assistant VP for Administration for the University System where he managed system-wide information technology, budgeting and internal audit.

Admiral Gregory G. Johnson, USN (Ret.) (Outside Director) – former Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa, and Commander in Chief, Allied (NATO) Forces Southern Europe. Retired from the U.S. Navy in 2004, Admiral Johnson founded Snow Ridge Associates, a provider of strategic advice and counsel. During his 36-year naval career Admiral Johnson rose through the ranks to four star Admiral, most recently responsible for naval operations throughout the 91 nations and adjacent seas of the European and African Area of Responsibility, including support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and developed substantive policy level relationships with many of those 91 nations. NATO duties included operational level command of the peace support operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo, as well as NATO missions in Macedonia, Albania and other southeastern European nations.
Admiral Johnson oversaw the successful implementation of NATO's Operation Active Endeavor, assumed command of the NATO Response Force at the Istanbul Summit in June 2004 and was responsible for the establishment of NATO's training support mission in Iraq. He was also assigned to several senior policy positions in Washington, most notably serving as the executive assistant to the Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff (1992 to 1993) and military assistant to the Secretary of Defense (1999 to 2000). Admiral Johnson also serves on the board of directors of Integrian, Inc.

James L. Pavitt (Outside Director) – as the CIA's Deputy Director for Operations, Mr. Pavitt managed the agency's globally deployed personnel and nearly half of its multibillion-dollar budget. He also served as the head of America's Clandestine Service, leading the CIA's operational response to the attacks of September 11, 2001. As Chief of the CIA's Counterproliferation Division, he managed and directed intelligence operations against global proliferation networks. From 1990 to 1993 Mr. Pavitt served as Senior Intelligence Advisor on the National Security Council team for President George H.W. Bush. He is a recipient of the CIA's Distinguished Intelligence Medal for his superior work in these capacities.
Since 2004 Mr. Pavitt has served as a Principal of the Scowcroft Group in Washington, DC, which provides clients with assistance and advice for dealing in the international arena. In this role he provides strategic advice and risk assessments to clients in the fields of homeland security, counterterrorism, financial services, defense and information technology. Mr. Pavitt also serves on the board of directors of the Patriot Defense Group, LLC and Advanced Blast Protection, Inc. as well as the advisory board of Olton Solutions, Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Richard L. Leatherwood (Outside Director) – currently a director of Dominion Resources, Inc., an integrated gas and electric company, and Chairman Emeritus of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum, a nonprofit corporation. From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Leatherwood was President and CEO of CSX Equipment Group. In 1985 Mr. Leatherwood was Vice Chairman of Chessie System Railroads and Seaboard. From 1983 to 1985 Mr. Leatherwood was President and CEO of Texas Gas Resources Group.

General William Scott Wallace, USA (Ret.) (Outside Director) – is a visionary senior executive, leader and organizational manager with a 39-year record of military excellence and achievement. As Commander of the Army's Training and Doctrine Command from 2005 to 2008, he led more than 50,000 soldiers and civilian employees at 33 army schools. He was the architect of the Army's reorganization in the continuation of military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and developed the organizational, technical and warfighting requirements for the Future Combat Systems and other Army modernization efforts.

He served as Commander of the Joint Warfighting Center from 1999 to 2001, Commanding General of the 4th Infantry Division – the Army's first "digitized" division that incorporated new C4ISR technologies – from 1997 to 1999 and Commanding General of the National Training Center from 1995 to 1997. General Wallace is a 1969 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.
