John P. Calamos, Sr., is chairman, chief executive officer and chief investment officer of the firm he founded in 1977, which he took public as Calamos Asset Management in 2004. A pioneer in investment strategies and techniques to help manage risk, Mr. Calamos has created a reputation for using investment techniques to control risk, preserve capital and build wealth for clients over the long term. From its origins as an institutional convertible bond manager, Calamos Investments has grown into a diversified asset management firm with major institutional and individual clients in the U.S. and around the world. Mr. Calamos received his undergraduate degree in Economics and M.B.A. in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Joining the United States Air Force after graduation, he served as a combat pilot during the Vietnam War and ultimately earned the rank of Major. It was during his time in the Air Force that Mr. Calamos became intrigued by the risk management aspects of convertible bonds. By applying option price theory to the valuation of convertibles he was able to demonstrate the benefit of convertibles as part of an of investment strategy and began to attract institutional investors who remain clients today. Mr. Calamos won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® award for the financial services sector, Lake Michigan Area program for 2006. He is a member of the Investment Analysts Society of Chicago. A frequent speaker at investment seminars and conferences, he has taught graduate level courses on finance and investments and is often quoted as an authority on risk-managed investment strategies in Barron's, Fortune, Forbes, Pensions & Investments, Financial World, Nation's Business, The Wall Street Journal and on CNBC and Bloomberg Forum. Mr. Calamos has written two books: Investing in Convertible Securities: Your Complete Guide to the Risks and Rewards, and Convertible Securities: the Latest Instruments, Portfolio Strategies, and Valuation Analysis—read an excerpt now. The author of a chapter on convertibles for the Pension Investment Handbook by Ibbotson Associates, he has also written articles for publications such as Personal Financial Planning, Pension World, Pensions & Investments, Journal of Investing and Financial Executive. Mr. Calamos' latest press interviews include appearances on Kudlow & Company, Bloomberg's Market Week, Open Exchange with Suzy Asaad, CNNfn's Halftime Report, and Nightly Business Report.

Cristina Wasiak, 56, is our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Wasiak joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for all financial and budgeting areas of the company. Ms. Wasiak had been a partner of Tatum, LLC since 2004. During her tenure at Tatum, Ms. Wasiak assisted in the reconstruction efforts at HealthSouth Corporation and was the Chief Financial Officer of LaserGrade. Ms. Wasiak holds an MBA from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.

Nimish Bhatt oversees the operations, accounting and administration of our investment products. Before joining our predecessor company in 2004, he spent more than 15 years in accounting and tax administration in the financial services industry. From 1996 to 2003, Bhatt worked for BISYS Investment Services, where he last served as senior vice president of alternative investment products, tax and quality assurance. Bhatt has a bachelor's degree in advanced accounting and auditing and a law degree in taxation from India's Gujarat University. He also has an MBA from Ohio State University. Bhatt is a member of the Investment Company Institute's Accounting/Treasurer Committee and the board of National Investment Company Service Association.

Mr. Baka oversees our wealth management group, which provides investment services to high net worth individuals, family offices and private foundations. Previously, Mr. Baka was our senior vice president and national sales manager-institutional sales, with responsibility for the institutional services and private wealth management areas. Before joining our predecessor company in 2003, Mr. Baka was vice president for Fidelity Investments in Chicago for nine years. He received his bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Arizona State University.

Jim Hamman is responsible for all legal, compliance and internal audit matters for the company. Before joining our predecessor company in 1998, Hamman was vice president and associate counsel for Scudder Kemper Investments, Inc. in Chicago from 1996 to 1998. In this role, he was responsible for legal and compliance matters related to the registration and administration of Kemper mutual funds. From 1993 to 1996, he was an associate with Vedder, Price, Kaufman and Kammholz, P.C., providing legal advice on general corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on investment services law. Hamman has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.

Philip E. Moriarty, II, 39, is our Executive Vice President, Head of Distribution and Business Development, and is President of Calamos Financial Services LLC. Mr. Moriarty oversees all our distribution activities as well as our marketing, business and product development. Before assuming his current role in 2007, Mr. Moriarty was our Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager Intermediary Channels, where he was responsible for managing our intermediary channel sales force and expanding our client relationships. Immediately prior to joining our company in 2005, Mr. Moriarty was a managing director overseeing UBS Midwest institutional distribution team from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Moriarty received his bachelor s degree from Yale University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Patrick Imeson co-founded Calim Private Equity and has served as Managing Director since the firm's inception. Imeson brings to Calim a diverse career in finance and company operations. As a Senior Vice President of Calamos Asset Management, he lead initiatives in sales and marketing of alternative investments and international relationships. He has also held senior executive and entrepreneurial responsibilities in sectors ranging from engineering, regional airlines, insurance, food & beverage, to mining. Imeson was educated at New Mexico Military Institute and the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD.

Since 1994, Arthur Knight has served as a business consultant and independent director for a number of private and public industrial, financial and service companies. Currently, he serves on the board of directors of STS Consultants, Ltd. and High-Tech Plastics, Inc. Before 1994, Knight was president, chief executive officer and a director of Morgan Products, Ltd., a New York Stock Exchange-listed company. Previously, he held a number of executive positions with Houdaille Industries, Inc, also a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, and its successors. His final position at Houdaille was president, chief executive officer and director of John Crane Houdaille, Inc. Knight is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He received a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, Hanover, N.H., and an MBA from the University of New York at Buffalo.

Mr. Felsten is responsible for oversight of the human resources department. Prior to joining Calamos in 2007, Mr. Felsten was managing director of human resources at the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia for almost three years. He has also held several senior human resources management positions at UBS Global Asset Management and its predecessor company, Brinson Partners, Inc. Mr. Felsten received his bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management from Western Illinois University and his master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago.

Pat Dudasik is responsible for general corporate oversight as well as management of the accounting, finance, operations, information technology and facilities functions. He joined our predecessor company in 2001. Previously, Dudasik worked for 18 years at Zurich Kemper Investments, Inc., where he last served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to that, he worked at KPMG LLP for three years. Dudasik has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University and is a CPA.
