As the President, United States Operating Division John Grisdale leads the US operations for Calfrac Well Services Corp. Mr. Paslawski joined Calfrac in 2007 as General Counsel with company-wide responsibility to administer legal affairs, continuous disclosure compliance obligations and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Calfrac, he practiced corporate and securities law with Bennett Jones LLP of Calgary with a focus on corporate finance and securities law. Ron Mathison is President and CEO of Matco Investments, a private company specializing in the restructuring of financially troubled companies as well as providing capital and management expertise to such companies in both private and public settings. Until October 2000 , Mr. Mathison was a director of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment firm specializing in the oil and gas industry and prior to 1999 was also a principal of Peters & Co corporate finance department. Prior thereto, Mr. Mathison and two other individuals formed the nucleus of Peters & Co Capital, a private merchant banking entity that is widely associated with numerous successful restructurings of oil and gas and oil & gas service companies. Bruce has been with Calfrac since 2002, occupying roles of increasing responsibility. He was instrumental in establishing our operations in Colorado and Arkansas. He has significant experience in large high rate slick water fracture treatments. Since 2004 he has held the position of Vice President, Operations, Calfrac Corp. Bruce has more than 30 years experience of oilfield services, which includes senior positions with Halliburton, Western Company and Cooper Cameron, where he managed Canadian operations for 4 years prior to joining Calfrac. In addition to studies in the Rice University MBA program, Bruce has completed executive development education in financial management, employment law and Six Sigma.
