Calfrac Well Services Ltd.

As the President, United States Operating Division John Grisdale leads the US operations for Calfrac Well Services Corp. These responsibilities include daily operations for the United States and Mexico, sales and marketing and the development of the Company's business into new global operating regions. John received a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and also earned his Engineering Technologist certification. John joined the Company in January 2002 and has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Dwight Bobier is Sr. Vice President, Technical Services for Calfrac Well Services Ltd. Dwight leads the technical and engineering functions that support customer requirements and field operations and is also involved in new product development from their inception to service delivery. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of several professional organizations including SPE, CIM, CSUG and Stim-Lab. Dwight has been with the Company since its formation in 1999 and has over 30 years of experience in the pressure pumping service sector.

Mr. Medvedic has served as our Sr. Vice President, Corporate Development since November 2008. Prior to that time he served as our Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Tom has over 13 years of experience in the oilfield service sector, and previously served for 10 years as the Treasurer of Ensign Resource Service Group Inc., an international oilfield service contractor listed on the TSX. Mr. Medvedic is a Chartered Accountant and is currently a director of Midnight Oil Exploration Limited, an independent oil and gas development company.

Mr. Paslawski joined Calfrac in 2007 as General Counsel with company-wide responsibility to administer legal affairs, continuous disclosure compliance obligations and corporate governance matters. Prior to joining Calfrac, he practiced corporate and securities law with Bennett Jones LLP of Calgary with a focus on corporate finance and securities law. Mr. Paslawski was named a Vice President and added the role of Corporate Secretary in 2008, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

Ron Mathison is President and CEO of Matco Investments, a private company specializing in the restructuring of financially troubled companies as well as providing capital and management expertise to such companies in both private and public settings. Until October 2000 , Mr. Mathison was a director of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment firm specializing in the oil and gas industry and prior to 1999 was also a principal of Peters & Co corporate finance department. Prior thereto, Mr. Mathison and two other individuals formed the nucleus of Peters & Co Capital, a private merchant banking entity that is widely associated with numerous successful restructurings of oil and gas and oil & gas service companies. Mr. Mathison holds the designations of Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Chartered Financial Analyst and also received his B.Comm. (Honours) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Mathison is the sole shareholder of Matco Investments, which controls Matco Capital, CMQ's largest shareholder. Mr. Mathison is Chairman and a founder of Calfrac Well Services Ltd. TSX-CFW.

Bruce has been with Calfrac since 2002, occupying roles of increasing responsibility. He was instrumental in establishing our operations in Colorado and Arkansas. He has significant experience in large high rate slick water fracture treatments. Since 2004 he has held the position of Vice President, Operations, Calfrac Corp. Bruce has more than 30 years experience of oilfield services, which includes senior positions with Halliburton, Western Company and Cooper Cameron, where he managed Canadian operations for 4 years prior to joining Calfrac. In addition to studies in the Rice University MBA program, Bruce has completed executive development education in financial management, employment law and Six Sigma.

Ms. Cillis was appointed as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the company in November 2008. Previously, Ms. Cillis was the Chief Financial Officer of Canadian Energy Services L.P. since January 2006. Ms. Cillis has over 20 years of financial experience in the oilfield services industry in various capacities, including her tenure with two large multi-national corporations, and has a broad range of financial leadership and technical experience. Ms. Cillis holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, and has been a Chartered Accountant since 1986 and is a member of Financial Executives International.

Matt obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary and also attended the University's School of Management. In 1983, Matt earned his Chartered Accountant designation. Prior to joining the Company, Matt worked in public practice before joining the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he was the Corporate Controller of an international oil and gas service company for a period of ten years.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Calgary in 1989 and received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1993. Michael recently joined our Company in August 2006 and previously served in various senior accounting roles within EnCana Corporation and Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Mr. Aguilar has been the President, Eastern Hemisphere, of CGG Veritas, a global geophysical company, since April 2008. Prior thereto, he held the position of Executive Vice President for Canada Land Processing, Canada Land Library and Western Hemisphere Land Acquisition. Upon joining Veritas in 2004, Mr. Aguilar's leadership role encompassed responsibility for Canadian and Latin American operations and business sectors. Formerly with Schlumberger Limited, Mr. Aguilar has over twenty-six years of worldwide experience in various technology, business and oilfield sectors. During 2008, Mr. Aguilar completed the Director Education Program developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management in conjunction with the Haskayne School of Business.

Mr. Fletcher is an independent businessman involved in the oil and natural gas industry in western Canada. He has considerable business experience in the junior sector of the oil and natural gas industry and is currently President of Sierra Energy Inc., a private oil and natural gas company that he founded in 1997. From June 1998 to May 1999, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Canadian Conquest Exploration Inc. and prior to 1997 he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Aztec Resources Ltd. Mr. Fletcher is also a director of the general partner of Diamond Energy Services LP, a private oilfield service limited partnership, a director of Peyto Energy Administration Corp., the administrator of Peyto Energy Trust, a public oil and natural gas income trust, and a director of Total Energy Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Total Energy Services Trust, a public oilfield service trust. During 2008, Mr. Fletcher completed the Director Education Program developed by the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Management in conjunction with the Haskayne School of Business.
