Ron Mathison is President and CEO of Matco Investments, a private company specializing in the restructuring of financially troubled companies as well as providing capital and management expertise to such companies in both private and public settings. Until October 2000 , Mr. Mathison was a director of Peters & Co. Limited, an investment firm specializing in the oil and gas industry and prior to 1999 was also a principal of Peters & Co corporate finance department.
