Mr. Dickinson joined CMD in April 2001 with over 37 years of experience in the computer and semiconductor industries. Immediately before joining CMD he was Vice President and General Manager of the Optical Storage Division of Cirrus Logic, Inc., as well as serving in several other senior executive roles including President of the Cirrus Logic subsidiary in Japan. Prior to Cirrus Logic, he held senior management positions at Western Digital Corporation following its acquisition of Verticom, Inc., where he served as President and CEO, Zilog, and Burroughs. Mr. Dickinson has been a member of the Transmeta Corporation Board of Directors since May 2005. Mr. Dickinson has an AB from UC Berkeley and an MS from the University of Washington, both in physics. He was also a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Berry joined CMD in March 2006 as CFO with over 25 years of financial experience in technology industries. Immediately before joining CMD, Mr. Berry served as consulting CFO for several technology companies. Prior to that Mr. Berry was CFO for SteelEye Technology, ConnectInc.com and Award Software International, where he led its IPO. Mr. Berry has a BS and MBA from New York University, both in finance.

Mr. Hauck joined CMD in February 2008 from Catalyst Semiconductor where he was vice president of worldwide sales, a position that he also held at Leadis Technology, Amphion Semiconductor, BOPS and Neomagic. His early sales management experience was at Cirrus Logic over a nine year period during which the company’s sales grew from less than $100 million to more than $1 billion. Mr. Hauck received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Ohio Institute of Technology.

Mr. Lutz joined CMD in July 2005. Prior to CMD Mr. Lutz served as vice president, integrated circuit engineering for Cirrus Logic Inc. where he was responsible for all mixed signal product developments of the company, including audio DSP and ARM based SoC processors. He has lead large teams of engineers in developing many successful semiconductor products for applications ranging from consumer, to PC to industrial products. During his more than 20 years of industry experience he also spent several years with Micronas, LSI Logic and AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Lutz holds a MSEE from University of Stuttgart, Germany.

Mr. Baker joined CMD in August 2001. Immediately before joining CMD, Mr. Baker served as Vice President, Marketing of the Cirrus Logic Optical Storage Division. He also has held a number of other marketing management positions with Cirrus Logic. In addition, Mr. Baker served in marketing and sales management roles at Candescent Technologies, Western Digital and Procter and Gamble. Mr. Baker has an AB. from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from San Francisco State University.

Manuel (Manny) H. Mere has served in key management positions with California Micro Devices for more than ten years. Prior to his current position he served as vice president, supply chain management. Before joining California Micro Devices in 1995, Mere was vice president of manufacturing at Cypress Semiconductor for its Bangkok and San Jose, California plants. He has also served as vice president of operations for Xicor. Earlier in his career, he held engineering management positions at IBM and National Semiconductor. Mere holds a BSEE and a MSEE from the University of Miami, as well as a MS in Systems Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Mr. Wittrock joined the Board in June 2003. He is currently a tax and financial consultant to high-tech and healthcare companies. From 2000 to 2002, he was Vice President of Finance and Business Affairs at Rioport, Inc., an Internet applications service provider for digital music distribution, where he developed the company’s financial reporting and accounting policies. From 1988 to 2000, he was a tax partner in the high-technology and life sciences practices of KPMG, one of the world’s largest accounting and consulting professional services firms, where he held leadership positions including partner in charge of professional standards for the northern California tax practices.

Mr. Meyercord has been Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since October 1994. He is President of Meyercord & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in executive compensation since 1987. From 1999 to 2002 he was Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer of Rioport, Inc., an applications service provider for digital music distribution. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Diamond Multimedia Systems, Inc., a multimedia connectivity company, from 1997 to 1999; and Chief Executive Officer of Read-Rite Corporation, an electronic data storage company, from 1984 to 1987. He is a Director of Microchip Technology, Inc. since 1999, and of Endwave Corporation since 2004.
