Mr. Dickinson joined CMD in April 2001 with over 37 years of experience in the computer and semiconductor industries. Immediately before joining CMD he was Vice President and General Manager of the Optical Storage Division of Cirrus Logic, Inc., as well as serving in several other senior executive roles including President of the Cirrus Logic subsidiary in Japan. Prior to Cirrus Logic, he held senior management positions at Western Digital Corporation following its acquisition of Verticom, Inc., where he served as President and CEO, Zilog, and Burroughs. Mr. Dickinson has been a member of the Transmeta Corporation Board of Directors since May 2005. Mr. Dickinson has an AB from UC Berkeley and an MS from the University of Washington, both in physics. He was also a Sloan Fellow at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Hauck joined CMD in February 2008 from Catalyst Semiconductor where he was vice president of worldwide sales, a position that he also held at Leadis Technology, Amphion Semiconductor, BOPS and Neomagic. His early sales management experience was at Cirrus Logic over a nine year period during which the company’s sales grew from less than $100 million to more than $1 billion. Mr. Hauck received a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from the Ohio Institute of Technology.

Mr. Lutz joined CMD in July 2005. Prior to CMD Mr. Lutz served as vice president, integrated circuit engineering for Cirrus Logic Inc. where he was responsible for all mixed signal product developments of the company, including audio DSP and ARM based SoC processors. He has lead large teams of engineers in developing many successful semiconductor products for applications ranging from consumer, to PC to industrial products. During his more than 20 years of industry experience he also spent several years with Micronas, LSI Logic and AT&T Bell Labs. Mr. Lutz holds a MSEE from University of Stuttgart, Germany.
