James Wilson is responsible for the day to day management of both the Northern and Southern California offices and our Indoor Environmental Quality Division. He is a Certified Asbestos Consultant and holds a Bachelors Degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley. Mr. Wilson has over 30 years of experience in construction project design and management. Over the past 16 years, he has successfully managed hundreds of building surveys and large-scale asbestos abatement projects for organizations such as UC Davis, BART and Kaiser Hospitals.

Aristides Corbellini has served as a Director since October 2008. He is currently Director of Vale Steel Department. Before joining Vale, he was President of ThyssenKrupp CSA Siderurgica do Atlantico since its incorporation in September 2004. In 1998, Mr. Corbellini joined ThyssenKrupp Steel to establish Galvasud S.A., a joint venture between ThyssenKrupp Steel and Companhia Siderurgia Nacional where, in his position of CEO, he was responsible for the $250.0 million investment. Six years later, he established the consulting division, ThyssenKrupp Consultoria, generating ThyssenKrupp CSA Siderurgica do Atlantico, a ThyssenKrupp Steel and Vale joint venture. He graduated from Politecnico di Milano in Italy with a Doctorate Degree in Engineering and from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro PUC in Brazil with an Electrical Engineering degree.

Renato Almeida has served as a Director since July 2008. He joined Rio Doce Asia Corporation in Tokyo, Japan in 2006 and is currently the Senior Managing Director. Before his current position, Mr. Almeida was Commercial Director of Mineracoes Brasileiras Reunidas in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and General Manager of Marketing for Vale (Companhia Vale do Rio Doce) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil with a Mechanical Engineering degree and from Fundacao Dom Cabral in Brazil with a Master s Degree in Business Administration.
