Judy is involved in all corporate matters, including strategic partnerships, intellectual property and international expansion. She brings her love of start-ups, her years of experience, her deal-making skills and her network of relationships with venture and other financial firms to Obopay as it goes from successful launch to growth and expansion in the U.S. and globally. In her 20 years as a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Judy was the business lawyer for many of Silicon Valley's premier high tech companies, including Juniper Networks, KLA-Tencor, Sun Microsystems and LSI Logic. She worked with many start-ups from incorporation through venture capital financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and joint venture relationships in the U.S. and abroad. In 2001, Judy co-founded Incubic Venture Fund where she was a Managing Director until November 2006 when she joined Obopay. Judy received a BA with honors from Smith College and her JD from UCLA School of Law where she was elected to Order of the Coif. In 2000, she was named a Top Deal Maker by the American Lawyers and, for five years, was included on the Forbes Midas List, a list of the leading members of the venture community.

Didier Delepine , 60, has been a Director since October 2006. Mr. Delepine served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Equant NV, a global networking and managed communications solution provider to multinational corporations from 1998 to 2003. From 1995 to 1998, he served as president and Chief Executive Officer of Equant s Network Services division. Mr. Delepine began his career at SITA, the global telecommunications and technology organization supporting the world s airlines. From 1987 to 1997, as Senior Vice President in charge of the global network, he led the network development, investments and operation. He also served as chairman and president of ITS Americas, a company specializing in LAN/WAN integration and facility management for U.S. corporations. Mr. Delepine is a member of the board of directors of Viatel Ltd., Orbcomm Inc. and is a member of the board of advisors of Ciena Corporation.. Mr. Delepine previously served on the boards of directors of Intelsat Ltd (2003 to 2005) and Eircom Ltd (2003 to 2006) until their privatizations.

Lawton W. Fitt has served as a Director of Ciena since November 2000. From October 2002 to March 2005, Ms. Fitt served as Director of the Royal Academy of Arts in London. From 1979 to October 2002, Ms. Fitt was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs & Co., where she was a partner from 1994 to October 2002, and a managing director from 1996 to October 2002. Ms. Fitt serves on the board of directors of Thomson Reuters, Frontier Communications Corporation and Overture Acquisition Corporation.

Gary B. Smith has served as a director of our company since May 2004 and as our lead director since May 2006. Mr. Smith is currently the president, chief executive officer and a director of Ciena Corporation. Mr. Smith began serving as chief executive officer of Ciena in May 2001, in addition to his existing responsibilities as president and director, positions he has held since October 2000. Prior to his current role, his positions with Ciena included chief operating officer and senior vice president, worldwide sales. Mr. Smith joined Ciena in November 1997 as vice president, international sales. From 1995 through 1997, Mr. Smith served as vice president of sales and marketing for INTELSAT. He also previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for Cray Communications, Inc. Mr. Smith received his master's in business administration from Ashridge Management College, United Kingdom. Mr. Smith currently serves on the board of directors for the American Electronics Association, and also serves as a commissioner for the Global Information Infrastructure Commission.

James P. Donley is currently Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Information Technology, at Ciena Corporation. Before assuming this role in December 2006, Mr. Donley was CIO of Acterna Corporation, which was subsequently acquired by JDSU. With more than 20 years of information technology experience, Mr. Donley has served as Director of IT for two of the largest manufacturing divisions of Ford Motor Company. He also was head of IT for Eastern European Operations based in the Czech Republic, and led a significant acquisition while based in France. Prior to that, he held various IT roles within Chrysler Corporation. Mr. Donley holds a M.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Wayne State University.

Mr. Lucadamo joined Ciena in June 2007 as the Chief Audit Executive for the corporation. In this role, he is responsible for global internal audit operations focused on managing risk, improving operating effectiveness, asset protection and assessing compliance across the enterprise. With nearly 30 years of high technology experience, Mr. Lucadamo has held positions across several diverse disciplines of business operations. Most recently he served as the Chief Audit Executive with LSI/Agere Systems, where he was responsible for the global Internal Audit and Corporate Security functions. He was also Agerea s Director of Strategic Business Systems and Processes, where he was responsible for global business processes reengineering and the integration of business support systems throughout the virtual supply chain. Prior to that, he held various roles within the Finance, IT, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operations organizations of the AT&T family of companies. Mr. Lucadamo has also held positions in the auditing division of KPMG, Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lucadamo holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg State University and an MBA from Lehigh University.

David M. Rothenstein currently serves as Cienaa s Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all of Cienaa s worldwide legal affairs. Mr. Rothenstein joined Ciena in 2001, becoming Assistant General Counsel in April 2002 and Vice President and Associate General Counsel in July 2004. Prior to joining Ciena, Mr. Rothenstein practiced law as a principal at the law firm of Paley, Rothman, Goldstein, Rosenberg & Cooper, Chtd., in Bethesda, Maryland, where he concentrated his practice in the areas of corporate law, employment law, technology law, and business litigation. Mr. Rothenstein holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University and a J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School.

James Frodsham currently serves as Cienaa s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Frodsham joined Ciena in May 2004 with nearly 20 years experience in the networking equipment space. Prior to Ciena, he most recently served as Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ottawa-based Innovance Networks, with responsibility for a variety of strategic planning and operations activities. Prior to Innovance, Mr. Frodsham spent more than 10 years in senior level positions with Nortel Networks, where he led several efforts in product development and marketing strategy as well as operations. Mr. Frodsham received a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Randall Harris is currently Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at Ciena Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for developing and implementing a human capital strategy that will meet Cienaa s current and future people requirements on a global basis. Prior to assuming this position in October 2007, Mr. Harris was Chief Human Resources Officer at Oa Charleya s, Inc. With over 30 years of strategic human resources and business planning/management experience across multiple Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Harris previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Nextel Communications, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sodexho Marriott Services, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Dun & Bradstreet. He also held human resources leadership positions at First Data Corporation, Avanti Communications Corporation and Sprint Corporation. Mr. Harris currently serves on the Board of Directors for ACS Dataline. He holds a B.S. degree from the United States Naval Academy and a M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from The American University.

Ms. Diane Pewitt currently serves as Vice President of Operations. In this role, she is primarily responsible for Cienaa s order fulfillment function, which includes order administration, global supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and repair. Prior to joining Ciena, Ms. Pewitt was Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Services and Operations at Extreme Networks. In that capacity, she made significant contributions to performance improvements across the company, including customer service, service offerings, operations as well as quality and repair, all of which resulted in positive impact on gross margin.

Francois Locoh-Donou, based in London, has served as Ciena's Vice President and General Manager, EMEA, since 2005. Prior to this, he served as Ciena's Vice President, International Sales with responsibility for expanding Ciena's operations in Asia and Latin America. In 2002, Mr. Locoh-Donou assumed the role of Vice President, Marketing, and led efforts to re-establish the Company's long-term vision, portfolio direction and corporate brand position. Mr. Locoh-Donou also held various technical and sales management positions at Ciena since joining in 1997. Prior to Ciena, Mr. Locoh-Donou worked as a research and development engineer with Photonetics, a French opto-electronics company. Mr. Locoh-Donou holds an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a "Mastere" in Optical Telecommunications from the National Institute of Telecommunications of Paris (ENST), and a "Diplome d'Ingenieur" in Physics Engineering from the National Institute of Physics in Marseille (ENSPM), France.

Judith M. O Brien has served as a Director of Ciena since July 2000. Since November 2006, Ms. O Brien has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Obopay, Inc., a provider of mobile payment services. From February 2001 until October 2006, Ms. O Brien served as a Managing Director at Incubic Venture Fund, a venture capital firm. From February 1984 until February 2001, Ms. O Brien was a partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.

Retired Chairman of the Board, Rockwell Automation, Inc. Don H. Davis, Jr., 66, retired as Chairman of the Board of Rockwell Automation, Inc., a leading global provider of industrial automation power, control and information products and services, in February 2005, a position he had held since 1998. From 1997 to 2004 he served as Rockwell's Chief Executive Officer. He is a director of Rockwell Automation, Inc. and Journal Communications, Inc. Mr. Davis has served as adirector of ITW since 2000.

Mr. Cash has served as a director of Silicon Laboratories since June 1997. He has served as general partner of InterWest Partners, a venture capital firm, since 1986. Mr. Cash currently serves on the Board of Directors of the following public companies: i2 Technologies, a provider of intelligent e-business and marketplace solutions; Ciena Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of dense wavelength division multiplexing systems for fiber optic networks; Argonaut Group Inc., a specialty insurance company; First Acceptance Corp, a provider of low-cost auto insurance; and Staktek, Inc., a semiconductor assembly company. Mr. Cash holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A. from Western Michigan University.

Chris is a founding partner of Lightspeed Venture Partners, focusing primarily on communications and storage investments. Selected investments include Brocade, Ciena, iPhotonics, LightLogic, and Premisys. He has 11 years of venture capital experience and four years of operating experience. Prior to joining Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners in 1991, Chris worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in corporate finance and capital markets roles. Chris began his career as a software engineer at IBM. He holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
