Steven E. Nielsen has been the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since March 1999. Prior to
that, Mr. Nielsen was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 1996 to March 1999, and
Vice President from February 1996 to August 1996. Mr. Nielsen has been a Director of SBA Communications
Corporation since November 2001.
H. Andrew DeFerrari has been the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April
2008. Prior to that, Mr. DeFerrari was the Company’s Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since November
2005 and was the Company’s Financial Controller from July 2004 through November 2005. Mr. DeFerrari was
previously a senior audit manager with Ernst & Young LLP from May 2002 through July 2004. From September
1992 through May 2002, Mr. DeFerrari was employed by Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as a senior audit
manager.
Timothy R. Estes has been the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since
September 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Estes was the President of Ansco & Associates, Inc., one of the Company’s
subsidiaries, from 1997 until 2001 and as Vice President from 1994 until 1997.

Guy Fugal, Chairman Guy Fugal is one of the State of Utah's most trusted and admired businessman. As Chairman of SafePlace Storage he provides strategic direction and solid financial backing. He is a seasoned corporate officer with a broad base of knowledge and experience in construction, corporate and association management, and dedicated public service. Guy Fugal is President and Chief Operating Officer of Niels Fugal Sons Company, with offices in Pleasant Grove, St. George, and Salt Lake City, Utah, Flagstaff and Prescott, Arizona, and Grand Junction, Colorado. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Dycom Industries, Inc. West Palm Beach, Flordia one of America's largest telecommunications contractors and parent corporation to Niels Fugal Sons Company. Guy Fugal is past President of the Power & Communications Contractors of America Association (PCCA), Secretary-Treasurer of the Associated General Contractors of Utah, and President of Fugal Aviation, a private, corporate charter-jet company. Guy Fugal is actively involved in civic and community affairs as a member and past President of the Board of Education, Alpine School District, Utah's fastest growing and 3rd largest school district with more than 55,000 students with an annul budget that exceeds $390 million. Guy Fugal is a successful business entrepreneur. His wisdom and strength of character combined with his business successes make him an honored citizen of the State of Utah.

Mr. Schell is a private investor in emerging companies and real estate projects. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Dycom Industries (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), a NYSE listed company, and several non-profit organizations. In 2002, Mr. Schell retired from a 29 year career in investment banking during which he served as Chairman of Global Technology Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch & Co. (Palo Alto, CA), as co-head of Investment Banking and Executive Committee member and Partner of Montgomery Securities (San Francisco, CA), and Vice President and Director of Kidder Peabody & Co. (New York, NY). Mr. Schell divided his time between client assignments for growth companies in the technology, healthcare and consumer sectors and managing the strategy and growth of his investment banking firms. He grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from the Tatnall School (1964), Amherst College (1968), and Harvard Business School (1973), and maintains close affiliations with each school.

Mr. Baxter has been an advisor of Churchill Ventures Ltd since July 2006. From October 2001 to January 2005 Mr. Baxter was President of Time Warner Cable, a division of Time Warner Inc. Mr. Baxter was President and Chief Executive Officer of Audible, Inc. from February 2000 to July 2001 and an operating partner of Evercore Partners, from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Baxter was a director of Dycom Industries, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2001.
