Lanny Baker has served as one of our directors since November 2005. Since December 2008, Mr. Baker has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ZipRealty, Inc. Between June 2007 and December 2008, Mr. Baker was an independent investor. Mr. Baker was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Monster Worldwide, Inc. from March 2005 through June 2007. From 1993 to 2005, Mr. Baker held various positions at Salomon Brothers (subsequently Smith Barney) and was a Managing Director in the Equity Research Department just before joining Monster Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Baker holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a former Chairman of the Media and Entertainment Analysts of New York Investment Society. Mr. Baker received a B.A. from Yale College.

President Commercial for the 19 Entertainment Group. Ms. Scardino has more than 20 years experience as a Senior marketing executive of global media organizations. Ms. Scardino was formerly President and Chief Marketing Officer of The Knot, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company. She was the Executive Vice President of Reuters Group PLC from March 2005 through August 2007 and the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the Media division of Reuters from January 2006 through August 2007. Ms. Scardino also served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Marketing of Reuters Media from March 2005 through January 2006. Between February 2003 and March 2005, Ms. Scardino was a digital media entrepreneur. From March 2001 to February 2003, Ms. Scardino was Senior Vice President, International Marketing for the America Online division of AOL Time Warner Inc. Between 1998 and 2001 Ms. Scardino was Managing Director for the Disney Channel Italy, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. Prior to that, Ms. Scardino served in various positions for MTV Networks from 1987 to 1997, most recently as Vice President, International Marketing for MTV: Music Television. Ms. Scardino holds a B.S. in Communications from Emerson College.

Through innovative, resilient business practices, Liu lead The Knot, Inc. from Internet start-up to a multimillion dollar media leader in the wedding and lifestyle category with over 500 employees. Under Liu's leadership, The Knot, Inc.'s portfolio of brands and services grew beyond the wedding into the newlywed and parenting spaces. Liu also lead the company's acquisition of its closest competitor, WeddingChannel, Inc. uniting two leaders in the online bridal industry. Liu has lead his team to extend each of The Knot, Inc.'s brands to the offline world with a host of magazines, books, television broadcasts, as well as a massive merchandising arm including a full-service gift registry and an Internet wedding supplies store. Liu has also been the guiding force in the company's exploration of broadband technology, negotiating partnerships with Comcast on the video-on-demand front and launching one of the Web's first ever 24-7 streaming video TV channel, The Knot TV. Liu helped The Knot raise over $35 million in its IPO in early December 1999, and over $70 million in financing from leaders such as Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, QVC, Inc., The May Department Stores Company, T. Rowe Price, and Capital Research. In 2003, The Knot announced its first profitability milestone. And, in April 2005, the company was officially re-listed on the national NASDAQ market under the symbol "KNOT". In 2008, Liu was named Ernst & Young's Metro Area Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to founding The Knot, Liu built a nine-year career in digital production and management. In 1993, he founded RunTime Inc., a CD-ROM development firm producing award-winning titles for clients including the Smithsonian Institute, Intel and AT&T. Liu received his B.F.A. in film and television from New York University.

Eileen Naughton is president of TIME, the flagship magazine of Time Inc. and the world's largest news magazine, with a worldwide circulation of 5.4 million and an audience of 31 million readers. Ms. Naughton is responsible for TIME's global publishing operations, including brand management, business development, circulation and advertising sales for the magazine and its website, TIME.com. She also oversees LIFE's book and magazine businesses. LIFE will relaunch as a weekly magazine in October 2004 as a weekend magazine supplement in newspapers across the United States, with an initial circulation of 12 million readers. Prior to her tenure at TIME, Ms. Naughton served as vice president of investor relations for AOL Time Warner, from August 2000 to January 2002. Ms. Naughton served as president of Time Inc. Interactive from 1999-2000, and oversaw the operations and development of online strategies for Time Inc.'s core brands. Ms. Naughton began her career at Time Inc. in 1989, and was general manager of Fortune from 1993 to 1997. She served as vice president and director of finance at Time Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Ms. Naughton is also a member of the New School University's Board of Trustees. She serves on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America of New York, a national organization that provides programs for society's neediest. She is a board member of FRAXA, The Fragile X Research Foundation, which is dedicated to funding research aimed at finding a treatment or cure for Fragile X Syndrome. Ms. Naughton is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she received an M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School and an M.A. degree from the Lauder Institute of International Studies in 1987. She received a B.A. in international relations in 1979 from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Naughton lives in New York City with her husband Craig Chesley and their three children.
