Mr. Ulloa, our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception in 1996, has over 25 years of experience in Spanish-language television and radio in the United States. From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Ulloa was involved in the development, management or ownership of our predecessor entities. From 1976 to 1989, he worked at KMEX-TV, Los Angeles, California, in a variety of management positions. Mr. Ulloa is a graduate of the University of Southern California and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Mr. Young has been our Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since May 2008. From 2004 to May 2008, Mr. Young had served as the President of our outdoor advertising division, and from 2000 to 2004, Mr. Young had served as our outdoor advertising division’s Chief Financial Officer. Before joining our company, Mr. Young had worked with the Bank of Montreal, where he was responsible for all of the bank’s corporate finance activity for the broadcasting and outdoor advertising industries. Mr. Young’s prior experience includes tenures at both the Bank of Tokyo in its corporate finance group and Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University in New York City.

Mr. Safir, an Executive Vice President of Entravision, is a second-generation broadcaster and son of Hispanic broadcast patriarch Nathan Safir. Mr. Safir began his broadcast career 35 years ago at the nation's first Spanish-language radio station, KCOR-AM in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Safir was serving as an owner/operator of Entravision's first major acquisition, KNVO-TV in McAllen, Texas, when he joined our company upon completion of that acquisition in January 1997. In addition to his Executive Vice President duties, Mr. Safir currently serves as General Manager of Entravision's South Texas operations.

Mr. Boelke has served as our General Counsel, Vice President of Legal Affairs and Secretary since March 2006, and had previously served as our Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs since joining Entravision in March of 2005. Jesse Casso, Jr. Mr. Casso has been the managing partner of Casmar Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm, since 2004. Previously, Mr. Casso was an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Torres is currently a consultant for and serves as President of the National Latino Media Council. In 1999, he was appointed by California Governor Gray Davis to serve on the California Transportation Commission, which is charged with overseeing the funding of California’s transportation projects. In March 1998, Mr. Torres announced his retirement after a distinguished 16-year career in the U.S. House of Representatives. Throughout his service as a Congressman, Mr. Torres has been an active and distinguished leader. From 1992 to 1998, he served as a Deputy Democratic Whip. He has served as a senior member of the House Banking Committee and chaired the House Banking Subcommittee on Consumer Affairs and Coinage. Mr. Torres is a nationally recognized environmental leader, former Ambassador to the United Nations Education, Scientific and Cultural Organization and served as Special Assistant to the President for Hispanic Affairs under President Jimmy Carter. Mr. Torres has been a director since November 2000.

Jeanette Tully, 60, currently serves as Trustee for the Aloha Station Trust LLC and as President and CEO of Radiovisa Corporation. Prior to the Aloha Station Trust LLC and Radiovisa, Ms. Tully was with Entravision Communications Corporation, where she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
