Brian was appointed Genera Manager of FranklinCovey Japan in June 2008. He has worked for Japanese companies since 1994 and has lived in Japan for the past 10 years working in the fields of sales and marketing in communications and IT industries. Most recently, he worked as Regional Director of Human Resources and Sales Training for NCH, a specialty chemical company with 5,000 salespeople. Brian was in charge of sales and management development in 10 countries in Asia Pacific, affecting a sales force of 600. Brian developed the advanced sales training and development programs, recruited top managers, and assisted the CEO with developing business strategies for Japan and Korea. The programs he developed were used in Japan, China, and Korea, and are now being implemented worldwide. Through Brian's leadership, the Asia Pacific region of NCH grew sales by over 15%.
Prior to NCH, Brian was a consultant at Mercuri International where he specialized in sales training and sales management programs. His role involved designing customized sales programs for clients, maintaining client relationships, and working with salespeople in the field.

Kevin Vaughan-Smith has a high-level understanding of strategic business issues, gained through a successful career in sales, marketing and business development, primarily in the IT industry. Sean Covey is Senior VP of Innovations and Product Development at FranklinCovey and has led the development of most of FranklinCovey's current organizational offerings, including: Focus; The 7 Habits curriculum; xQ; The 4 Disciplines of Execution; and Leadership. Sean is also the author of several books, including The 6 Most Important Decisions You'll Ever Make, The 7 Habits of Happy Kids, and the international bestseller The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, which has been translated into 20 languages and has sold over 4 million copies.
Sean graduated with honors from BYU with a Bachelor's degree in English and later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. As the starting quarterback for BYU, he led his team to two bowl games, was named honorable mention All WAC, and was twice selected the ESPN Most Valuable Player of the Game.
Sean's favorite activities include going to movies, working out, riding his dirt bike, and writing poor poetry. Sean and his wife Rebecca live with their children in Alpine, Utah.

David M.R. Covey is Senior Vice President of US Sales, an $82 million dollar business. In this capacity, David is responsible for the success of five regional sales offices and 100 sales people located throughout the United States. He has been in this role since September 2004. In the last four years, David has grown revenue from $45 million to $82 million and profits from $13.5 million to $25 million.
David was the President and General Manager of International, a $60 million dollar business, for three years—September 01-August 04. In this role, David led six direct Offices (company-owned operations) in Japan, Australia, UK, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil and 40 licensees (franchise-owned operations) who conduct business in 119 countries and 50 offices worldwide. During his tenure in this role, David expanded the company operations throughout central and Eastern Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and India.
Previously David was Area Vice President (AVP) for Asia-Pacific and General Manager of licensees worldwide for three-and-a-half years. In this role, David oversaw the turn-around of the Japan office as the President of FranklinCovey Japan while leading the expansion of the business into Latin America and Asia.
Prior to this, David was the Managing Director for FranklinCovey Australia, a company-owned operation located in Brisbane, Australia. David lived and worked extensively throughout Australia for 30 months. During his tenure as MD, David more than doubled the overall business, added sales offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and personally managed many of the largest client accounts. Prior to this, David began his career with FranklinCovey as a Client Partner for two-and-a-half years.
David earned his MBA from Harvard University. Prior to receiving his MBA, David worked for two years for Procter & Gamble in Phoenix, Arizona as a Sales Representative.

Colleen Dom started with FranklinCovey in November, 1985. She was originally an assistant to Hyrum Smith and other key Company executives. In assisting Hyrum, she also served as the first “Client Service Coordinator” in the Company, providing service to Hyrum's clients and supporting the seminars he conducted. Since that time, Colleen has been involved in client support and operations in one way or another.
Colleen oversees Domestic (U.S.) Operations which includes Client Support, Feedback Operations, and Supply Chain. The Client Support Team is responsible for coordinating the logistics for the products and services the sales force sells. Feedback Operations is responsible for managing our 360 degree assessment and Net Promoter Score (NPS) processes. Supply Chain is responsible for ensuring product availability and quality while keeping our inventory costs low.

In 2006, Jennifer co-presented with Jack Welch, the former CEO of GE, at four conferences attended by 4,000+ people.

Todd Davis has over 25 years of experience in training, training development, executive recruiting, sales, and marketing. He has been with FranklinCovey for the past 12 years and is currently the Vice President of People Services.
Prior to this role, Todd was a Director for FranklinCovey's Innovation Group where he led the development of core offerings including The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People – Signature Program and The 4 Disciplines of Execution. He also worked for several years as FranklinCovey's Director of Recruitment—attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for the organization.
Prior to FranklinCovey, Todd worked in the medical industry for 9 years where he recruited physicians and medical executives along with marketing physician services to hospitals and clinics throughout the country.
Todd is extremely passionate about teaching and living the principles and concepts contained in FranklinCovey content. He believes strongly that to become a true leader you must first “be the change”. He diligently strives to be a model of what he teaches.

This April marks Marianne's 20th year with FranklinCovey. She first joined the company as the Vice President of Sales for the Western Region through Franklin Quest's acquisition of Time Systems.
When FranklinCovey decided to open regional offices throughout the U.S. eight years ago, Marianne resumed a management and leadership role as the Western Region was formed. She now works with eight client partners, serving more than 1100 companies throughout the Western United States, along with consultants, inside sales associates and the Western Region office staff. Prior to becoming the General Manager of the Region Marianne took a sabbatical from her role as a sales leader in order to be face to face with FranklinCovey's clients in the classroom. Having a passion for enabling greatness in people and organizations everywhere she served as a consultant for three years and views the experience as one of the highlight of her career.
Prior to her tenure with the company Marianne was a residential and commercial Realtor in Arizona, receiving the award of Central Arizona Realtor of the Year in 1988. For 10 years Marianne served on the Board of Education in Payson, Arizona. She also served on educational boards and committees at the State and Federal level. During her tenure on the Board of Education she had the unique honor of testifying before the House of Representatives and the Senate sub-committees on behalf of children's issues. She was also one of four delegates to the American Council of Young Political Leaders conferences to a Nato Study Tour in Norway.
Marianne's educational background is from Biola University, La Mirada, California - in Organizational Leadership.
Marianne lives in San Clemente, California and enjoys the ocean, gardening, reading , and playing with any of her 10 grandchildren. Her recent trip to Rwanda has furthered Marianne's passion to work with and support the women and children of Rwanda and Kenya.

Paul Walker is an eight year veteran of FranklinCovey Co. Today, he serves as one of five general managers in FranklinCovey U.S. operations. He oversees the Central Region, an 11 state area that also includes Ontario, CN, in the capacity of General Manager. As such, he and his team are responsible for the sales, marketing, business development client, relations and financial revenue in the region.
Paul began his career with FranklinCovey in 2000 in the role of business developer, and was responsible for creating business with existing clients and new client opportunities in Kansas, Iowa and Nebraska. He exceeded his sales goal by 16% and increased territory lead flow by 20% in his first year.
Paul was then hired and served in the position of client partner in Chicago for five years. He consistently exceeded his sales goals each year, growing the business by 216% during this stretch. In 2006, because of his success in building the business, he was promoted to be the area director for the Chicagoland area of the Central Region. He successfully led a five-member team to achieve a 44% increase in revenue over the prior year while managing some of the company's largest corporate clients.
Prior to working for FranklinCovey, Paul was a senior sales partner for Alexander's Digital Printing, where he was responsible for the sales and management of the company's two largest accounts. Previous to that position, Paul was a middle-market pilot coordinator with New York Life, where he worked closely with field-based agents between New York and Utah, coordinating the sales effort, managing program lead-flow and outbound prospecting activities.
Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He and his wife, Melissa, have four children and currently reside in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Debra has built lasting relationships with national, regional and local media for nearly 20 years, obtaining interviews and placements with such media outlets as USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fortune, The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show, Larry King Live, People magazine and Time magazine.
Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Debra was a Resident Branch Manager for Kelly Temporary Services in Utah, managing the sales, business development, operations, human resources, marketing and public relations. She managed client relationships with more than 400 companies, and the hiring and placement of more than 600 temporaries.
She attended both the University of Utah and Brigham Young University, where she pursued a degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations.
Debra has served on various boards of directors including, The Human Resources Association of Central Utah, The Provo/Orem Chamber of Commerce, The March of Dimes, Operation Smile, The Gathering Place, Women in Business, First Hope and The Gal to Gal Foundation.
Debra resides in Utah and enjoys water-skiing, reading, tennis, traveling, current events, community service and spending quality time with family.

Travis Peters is currently the IT Director at FranklinCovey. He oversees all of FranklinCovey's deployment and support of enterprise applications, infrastructure, telecom and IT outsourcing relationships.
Before coming to FranklinCovey in January of 1998, Travis attended Brigham Young University where he received a degree in Business Administration and Information Systems. He also was a Spanish Teacher, Teacher Supervisor and Training Coordinator for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at The Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah for three years. He began his career at FranklinCovey as a Technical Writer and Trainer. Before taking his current role as IT Director, he was as a Software Engineer and the International IT Manager.
Travis and his wife, Kimberlee, have five wonderful girls and currently reside in South Jordan Utah. His passions include spending time with his family and friends, and participating, attending and observing almost all sports.

Mr. Wheelwright recently retired from his position as the Edsel Bryant Ford Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Professor Wheelwright first taught at Harvard from 1971-79 and was the Thomas Henry Carroll-Ford Foundation Visiting Professor from 1985-86. He rejoined the Harvard faculty in 1988. In his years away from Harvard, he was the Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers Professor of Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Professor Wheelwright has a B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. In addition to his Harvard and Stanford positions, Professor Wheelwright served on the faculty of INSEAD (European Institute of Management) in Fontainebleau, France. He was Vice President of Sales in a family-owned printing company and has consulted in the areas of business/operations strategy and improving product development capabilities. Professor Wheelwright currently serves as Chairman of the Board of HBS Publishing, and as a Board member at O.C. Tanner Company (service awards) Quantum Corporation (data storage), at Zions Bank (banking), and at CheckSum (circuit board testing equipment).
