Andrew H. Young has been a director of the company since its formation. Mr. Young has been co-chairman and a senior partner of Good Works International, Inc. since January 1997. He was vice chairman of Law Companies Group, Inc. from 1993 through January 1997, and a director of that company from August 1995 through January 1997.
