It supplies time sensitive information for approximately 3.5 million securities traded worldwide. It also offers financial market information and utilizes decision support tools to assist in the analysis of securities traded on various markets. This $542 million company was formed in 1968 and employs about 2,100 people. In March 2006 the company acquired the assets of Quote.com (formerly known as the Lycos Finance division) and certain other related assets from Lycos, Inc for $30 million in cash. In December 2005 the company acquired a 95.1% stake in IS.Teledata for A46.1 million in cash.

Laurie Adami, President of Interactive Data Fixed Income Analytics, has been with the business since 1984. Raymond L. D'Arcy became president and chief executive officer of Interactive Data Corporation in March 2009. Mr. D'Arcy has served in a variety of executive roles during his three decades with Interactive Data Corporation. Prior to being appointed president and chief executive officer, Mr. D'Arcy was president of Interactive Data's sales and marketing organization. In this role, Mr. D'Arcy has led the unification of Interactive Data's two largest institutional sales, account management and client service organizations, and played an instrumental role in refining and building the Interactive Data brand across the Company's Institutional Services segment. During his tenure with Interactive Data, Mr. D'Arcy has been successful in driving new sales, championing the introduction of innovative new offerings, and building enduring relationships with many of the world's foremost financial institutions. Throughout his career at Interactive Data, Ray D'Arcy has held a number of senior-level sales, marketing, product management and finance positions. After spending his first four years as manager of financial and management reporting, Mr. D'Arcy transitioned into the product management organization, building the Company's presence within the US mutual fund industry. He then advanced into regional and national senior sales executive roles within the organization, becoming vice president of global sales and marketing in 1999. Mr. D'Arcy became president of the Data Delivery Business in 2002, where he helped integrate the Company's largest institutional sales and product development teams, sponsored the introduction of innovative high-value services and helped create the Major Accounts Group to centralize client-facing activities for some of the Company's largest and most strategic customers. He became president of Interactive Data's sales and marketing organization in 2006, leading key initiatives that have advanced new institutional sales, further fortified existing customer relationships and elevated the Company's stature in the financial information industry. Mr. D'Arcy earned his undergraduate degree in accounting from Boston College, where he was also the captain of the ice hockey team. He later obtained an MBA in finance from Babson College.

Andrew J. Hajducky III joined Interactive Data as executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer in June 2006. Prior to CMGI, Mr. Hajducky was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP, where he established and grew the firm's mergers and acquisitions practice in New England. His work experience also includes serving as chief financial officer of Mountain International Company/Accu-Tel, Inc. after starting his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. As chief operating officer of Interactive Data, John King is responsible for leading operations, content gathering and creation, and development activities across Interactive Data’s businesses. Mr. King was appointed to this position in September 2005. Mr. King also serves as chief operating officer of Interactive Data Pricing and Reference Data, the Company’s largest business. Stephan Wolf is Interactive Data’s chief technology officer. In this role, Mr. Wolf is responsible for formulating and directing the Company’s global information technology strategy to support the Company’s data collection, delivery and product development organizations. He was named to this position in July 2008. Prior to becoming Interactive Data’s chief technology officer, Mr. Wolf served as chairman of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions, which is part of Interactive Data's Real-Time Services business. Andrea H. Loew is executive vice president and general counsel of Interactive Data Corporation. Since joining the Company in 1996, Loew has been responsible for overseeing legal services for the company's global organization, currently consisting of four core businesses and 2,300 employees worldwide. As managing director, International, Interactive Data, Roger Sargeant is responsible for leading the Company's institutional business outside North America. One of his priorities is to align Interactive Data's resources in Asia Pacific more closely with those in Europe and the Middle East. Mr Sargeant brings extensive international experience in the financial industry to this role. Roger Sargeant was previously managing director of Interactive Data (Europe) from September 2005. Rona Fairhead was appointed chairman of the Interactive Data Board of Directors in September 2007 and has served on the Board since February 2007. She currently serves as a member of the Board's Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Fairhead is chief executive officer of the Financial Times Group where she is responsible for overseeing the Financial Times, Pearson's international business newspapers and financial magazines, as well as its interests in Interactive Data, FTSE, owned jointly with the London Stock Exchange, and The Economist Group. Ms. Fairhead joined Pearson in October 2001 as deputy finance director, became chief financial officer in June 2002 and was appointed chief executive of the Financial Times Group in June 2006. She serves on the Pearson board and is also a member of the Pearson management committee. She was appointed a non-executive director of HSBC Holdings plc in 2004. Before joining Pearson, Ms. Fairhead was executive vice president, strategy and group financial control and a member of the Executive Board at ICI plc, the international specialty chemicals and paints company. Prior to her six years at ICI, she was a senior executive in the aerospace industry, working for Bombardier/Shorts Aerospace and British Aerospace. In her early career she worked for Bain & Co and Morgan Stanley. Ms. Fairhead has a law degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Carl Spielvogel is chairman and chief executive officer of Carl Spielvogel Associates, Inc., an international investment and management company. Ambassador Spielvogel has been a member of our board of directors since February 1996, with a brief hiatus from August 2000 to April 2001, during which he served as the United States Ambassador to the Slovak Republic. Ambassador Spielvogel was chairman and chief executive officer of the United Auto Group, Inc., a publicly owned automobile dealership group, from February 1994 until April 1997. Donald P. Greenberg has served as a member of our board of directors since 1996. Dr. Greenberg currently serves as a member of the Board's Audit, Compensation and Independent Committees. Dr. Greenberg has been a professor at Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, for the past 43 years. He is the Jacob Gould Sherman professor of computer graphics and the director of the computer graphics program at Cornell University. In 1987, Dr. Greenberg received the ACM SIGGRAPH Steven A. Coons award for outstanding creative contributions to computer graphics and in 1991 was named a member of the National Academy of Engineering. He was the founding director of the National Science Foundation's Science and Technology Center for Computer Graphics and Scientific Visualization. Robert C. Lamb, Jr. was appointed to Interactive Data's Board of Directors in September 2006. He currently serves as chairman of the Board's Independent, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Lamb is the co-founder, president and chief executive officer of Tercet Capital LLC, which provides innovative and focused financial solutions for individuals, organizations, and institutions based on a time-tested, patent pending investment methodology. Before co-founding Tercet, Mr. Lamb served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of FleetBoston Financial, which was the seventh largest financial holding company in the United States prior to being acquired by Bank of America in 2004. William T. Ethridge has served as a member of our board of directors since October 2001. Mr. Ethridge is chief executive officer of Pearson Education, North America, a position he has held since March 2008.
