Jack Prim began his career in the financial industry in 1977 as a sales representative. In 1985, after eight years
of learning the business, honing his skills and earning an master’s degree in business administration, Prim was
hired by Broadway & Seymour, Inc. (BSI). He worked his way up through the company, and in 1994 he was named vice
president of Client Services. When Jack Henry & Associates acquired BSI’s Community Banking Division, Prim’s
decisive management style and continued successes made him the natural choice for general manager of OutLink
Services, a newly created division. Five years later he was named general manager of E-Services, a new business unit
formed to combine electronic processing and outsourcing services to Jack Henry’s customers. Prim was appointed chief
operating officer in 2001, where he focused the company’s operations on customer satisfaction and a consistent
growth pattern. Prim was named president in 2003 and CEO in 2004. He tries to run one marathon a year (preferably
Boston) and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
A Monett, Missouri, native, Tony Wormington was always interested in computer technology, so when the time came to
look for a job, there was no need to look very far from home. Jack Henry & Associates was a perfect fit. Wormington
began his career with the company in 1980. He was initially hired as an installer, a position he flourished in until
1984 when he was promoted to manager of Installation Services. In 1986 Wormington switched gears and joined the
company’s Research and Development team. After seven successful years in the department, he was named manager of
Research and Development, a position he held for another seven years. Wormington was named vice president in 1998.
From 2000 to 2002, he served as general manager of Technology Services, where he focused on the technology direction
for the company’s core and complementary solutions. Wormington took over as chief operations officer in 2003 and was
named president a year later. He continues to live in and love Monett, and his weekends are usually spent playing
golf, motorcycling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
A 1987 graduate of Missouri Southern State College, Kevin Williams earned a bachelor’s degree in business
administration-accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Williams
was introduced to Jack Henry & Associate in 1989 when the accounting firm he worked for took on the company as a
client. During the seven years Williams performed audit work for Jack Henry & Associates, he got to know and respect
the company and its managers for their work ethic and business practices. He left public accounting in 1998 to join
Jack Henry & Associates as corporate controller. Williams' diverse background, interpersonal skills, and
professional drive made him the natural selection in 2001 as chief financial officer and treasurer. He lives with
his wife and daughter in Monett, Missouri; and considers being a great dad one of his most important
accomplishments.
A third-generation banker with more than 21 years of experience in the industry, Craig R. Curry, chairman and CEO of
Central Bank of Lebanon, Missouri, joined the Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. Board of Directors in 2004. Curry’s
strong background, impressive resume, and extensive expertise within the American and Missouri Bankers Associations
is a testament to his commitment to the industry.
His leadership with the Missouri Bankers Association consists of service on the association’s Government Relations
Committee (chairman – 1999-2000), the Funding Alternative Task Force and the Executive Committee. Curry served as
chairman of the Missouri Bankers Association from 2002-2003.
Curry’s service with the American Bankers Association includes membership in the American Bankers Association’s
Community Bankers Council, Community Bank Tax Task Force, Education Council and Governmental Relations Board.
He resides in Lebanon with his wife and two children.
