Newell Rubbermaid Inc.

Previously, in a 33-year career at Procter & Gamble, Ketchum built several of that company's largest global brands, including Pampers, Bounty and Charmin. He was president of Global Baby and Family Care from 1999 to 2004, president of North American Paper Products from 1997 to 1999 and vice president/general manager of U.S. Tissue and Towels from 1990 to 1997. His early career was spent in various operational roles in the company's paper division from 1971 to 1984 before he transitioned into brand management and marketing.

Buddy Blaha joined Newell Rubbermaid in October 2003, bringing with him a long history of global mergers and acquisitions experience. Under his leadership, the company has significantly transformed its portfolio while building an exceptional organizational capability to source, evaluate, execute and integrate potential transactions that augment the company's strategic objectives. Prior to assuming his current role, Buddy spent 16 years at Lehman Brothers in both New York and London and was most recently managing director, mergers & acquisitions. He holds a degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Magnus R. Nicolin has been President Newell Rubbermaid Europe, Middle East and Africa, since January 2007. Prior thereto, he was a consultant for the Sanford Brands Fine Writing business from May 2006 through August 2006 and served as President Sanford Brands Europe from September 2006 to December 2006. In 2002, he led in conjunction with J. W. Childs (a private equity firm) the leveraged buyout of Esselte Corporation from the London and Stockholm stock exchanges, taking the company private, then serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of this global leader in design, manufacturing and distribution of office products. Prior to 2002, he served in leadership positions with Pitney Bowes (a provider of mailstream software, hardware, services and solutions), Bayer Diagnostics (a leading provider of medical diagnostic equipment) and McKinsey & Co (a leading global strategic management consulting firm).

Paul Boitmann joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2001 as president of the The Home Depot Division, bringing more than 18 years of sales, marketing, worldwide recruiting and sales training experience to the company. In this role, Paul assembled and led a field sales and management team that averaged double-digit annual sales growth for four consecutive years. In January 2005, Paul was promoted to president, Sales Operations, North America, and in 2007, he was promoted to president, Sales Operations and Global Wal-Mart, expanding his sales leadership across all businesses and geographies. He is credited with implementing operations and sales processes disciplines, which have led to significant sales, profitability gains and sales synergies across the organization.

Ray Johnson joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2002 and has held various senior operations and management positions within the Rubbermaid / Irwin group and the global Office Products group. In 2005, Ray became president global manufacturing and supply chain where he oversees the continued global implementation of the company's productivity program, Newell Operational Excellence. He is also responsible for manufacturing, purchasing as well as distribution and transportation. Ray brings more than 25 years of operational experience including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management. Prior to joining Newell Rubbermaid, Johnson held executive and operational positions at Eaton Corporation, True Temper Sports, Bic Pen Corporation and Black & Decker. He holds a BA degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina.

Steve Marton joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2004 from Colgate Palmolive where he most recently was president and chief operating officer of Hill's Pet Nutrition, a more than $1 billion global pet nutrition business. In his 12 years at Colgate he held various executive positions, with significant international experience, in several divisions including Hill's Pet Nutrition and Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals. Through these positions Steve revitalized brands, launched new products, streamlined operations and developed new channels of distribution. Steve holds a BS degree from Florida International University and participated in The Director's Consortium at the Wharton School.

Tim Jahnke joined the Company in 1986 and for 13 years headed Human Resource functions at Newell Rubbermaid's former Counselor division, Kirsch, Burnes of Boston/Connoisseur and at Sanford's Worldwide Operations. In 1999, he was promoted to President-Anchor Hocking Specialty Glass. In February 2001, Tim was appointed Vice President-Human Resources for all of Newell Rubbermaid. With his breadth of company knowledge, strategic expertise, divisional experience and strong leadership skills, Tim was promoted in April 2004 to Group President-Home and Family Products Group. Tim received his degree in business administration in 1981 from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Pat Robinson joined Newell Rubbermaid in May 2001 as Vice President-Controller, bringing with him more than 20 years of financial experience. Prior to Newell Rubbermaid, Pat joined Black & Decker beginning in 1983 as a Budget Analyst-US Power Tools Division. He moved quickly through increasing levels of responsibility until his appointment as Vice President of Finance, Worldwide Power Tools for Black & Decker. In 2000, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of AirClic. Pat earned his MBA in finance from Loyola College in 1992.

Jim Roberts joined the company in April 2001 as Group President-Levolor Hardware Group. Jim was instrumental in the development of Newell Rubbermaid's Operational Excellence program, which drives productivity and operational best practices throughout all our businesses. He served in a variety of positions with Black & Decker, including President-Worldwide Accessories and Vice President/General Manager-Professional Power Tools Europe. He also served as President-Worldwide Hand Tools and Hardware at The Stanley Works. Jim received his BA from the University of Delaware in 1981.

Jim Sweet joined Newell Rubbermaid in January 2004 as Group Vice President-Human Resources for the Sharpie/Calphalon Group, bringing more than 20 years of human resource experience with diverse global companies. He was President and co-founder of Capital H, Inc., a human resource services company with operations in three states. Prior to that he held top-level human resource posts with the Kohler Co., Keystone International and the Brady Corporation. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Service, and also taught at the Wisconsin School of Electronics. Jim holds a BA degree in marketing and management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ted Woehrle joined Newell Rubbermaid in 2007 to lead transformational change in consumer understanding, marketing and branding at Newell Rubbermaid. Previously, he held several pivotal marketing and general management leadership positions in a 24-year career at Procter & Gamble. Most recently, he was vice president of marketing for North America, where he led the communication planning, media buying and direct marketing efforts for P&G's $32 billion portfolio of North American brands, including Tide, Crest, Pantene, Pampers and Gillette. In 2005, Ted was a key leader on the P&G team and named "Marketer of the Year" by Advertising Age magazine and "Media Client of the Year" by Media magazine. In a previous assignment, Ted led the development and expansion of P&G's innovative word-of-mouth marketing group, Tremor. His early career with P&G included several brand manager, marketing director and general manager assignments in the Food & Beverage and Family Care business groups. Woehrle also served the marketing community outside the company on the board of directors of the Ad Council and as a committee chair for the Association of National Advertisers.

Dale L. Matschullat has been Vice President General Counsel since January 2001 and Corporate Secretary since August 2003. Prior thereto, he was Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel from January 2000 until January 2001. From 1989 until January 2000, he was Vice President General Counsel.

Buddy Blaha joined Newell Rubbermaid in October 2003 from a 16-year career in divestitures and acquisitions with Lehman Brothers. He leads the company's efforts in all phases of acquisitions and divestitures with emphasis on completing business portfolio transactions that support the company's strategic objectives. Buddy most recently was Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, for Lehman's London headquarters offices, and prior to that was based in the New York office. He holds a degree in commerce from the University of Virginia.

Cynthia A. Montgomery, age 54, has been a Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard University Graduate School of Business since 1989. Prior thereto, Dr. Montgomery was a Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University from 1985 to 1989.

Elizabeth Cuthbert-Millett is a private investor and an owner and operator of Plum Creek Ranch, located in Newcastle, Wyo.

Ronald Wilder concentrates his practice in the representation of management in labor and discrimination law matters with particular emphasis on the defense of management as to litigation before various administrative agencies, arbitration tribunals and courts. In that connection, he represents employers such as McDonalds Corporation, Newell Rubbermaid Inc., and Lowes Companies, Inc. as lead counsel and has been successful in uncovering employee frauds and misconduct as defenses to various suits brought against employers by former employees. Since 1962 he has had extensive experience in plant closing litigation, the defense and enforcement of employee covenants dealing with non-competition and non-disclosure of confidential information, negotiating and drafting collective bargaining agreements, as well as the processing of grievances and arbitration matters for companies in the soft drink, meat packing, steel fabricating, scrap metal, transportation, restaurant and food processing industries. He also has participated in and delivered papers to numerous seminars and bar association committee meetings.

Domenico De Sole has been the chairman of Tom Ford International since 2005. Previously, he was president and CEO of Gucci Group NV, and chairman of the group's management board, a post he held from 1995 to 2004. From 1984 to 1994, Mr. De Sole served as CEO of Gucci America. Prior thereto, Mr. De Sole was a partner with Patton Boggs & Blow (a law firm) from 1970 to 1984. Mr. De Sole also serves on the board of directors of Telecom Italia S.p.A., GAP, Inc., Ermenegildo Zegna, and is a member of the advisory board of Harvard Law School.

Dr. Cowen is President and Seymour S. Goodman Professor of Management and Professor of Economics, Tulane University, a position he has held since 1998. Prior to that Dr. Cowen served as Dean and Albert J. Weatherhead, III Professor of Management, Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Cowen serves as a director of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (specialty store retailer), Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (conglomerate corporation engaged in real estate development, sales, investment and construction) and Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (consumer home products). Dr. Cowen is also a Commissioner of the New Orleans Business Council, New Orleans Regional Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Greater New Orleans and Committee for a Better New Orleans.
