Charles (Chuck) Davidson has more than 35 years of energy industry experience. He assumed the role of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in April 2009, having first been President and CEO in October 2000. Chuck joined Noble Energy in 2000 after serving as chairman, president and CEO at Vastar Resources, Inc. A member of the original executive team that formed Vastar in 1994, he previously held a number of engineering, operations and executive positions at ARCO. Active in numerous industry and trade organizations, Chuck is currently serving as chairman of the Independent Petroleum Association of America’s Offshore Committee. He serves on the Board of the Gas Technology Institute, on the Advisory Board of the University of Texas in Dallas and with several Houston community organizations. He is the current chairman of the Board for the Sam Houston Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a Board member for the Society for the Performing Arts and the Offshore Energy Center. Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University and a master’s degree in management from the University of Texas in Dallas. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the National Petroleum Council.

Chris Tong has 30 years of energy experience. He joined Noble Energy as senior vice president and chief financial officer in January 2005. Previously, he had served as senior vice president and CFO for Magnum Hunter Resources, Inc. since August 1997. Prior to joining Magnum Hunter, he was senior vice president of finance of Tejas Acadian Holding Company and its subsidiaries including Tejas Gas Corp., Acadian Gas Corporation and Transok, Inc., all of which were wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tejas Gas Corporation. Chris assumed these positions in August 1996 after having served Tejas in a variety other treasury positions starting in August 1989. From 1980 to 1989, he served in various energy lending capacities with several commercial banking institutions. Prior to his banking career, he was a reservoir engineering assistant with Superior Oil Company for more than a year. Chris serves as the Audit Committee Chairman of Targa Resources, Inc., a provider of natural gas and NGL services. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in economics, he is involved with Noble Energy’s summer internship program and in the selection of scholarship recipients at ULL.

David (Dave) Stover has more 30 years of oil and gas industry experience. Before assuming his role as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company in April 2009, he served as Executive Vice President and COO since August 2006. Dave served as Noble Energy’s senior vice president of North America for two years and as the company’s vice president of business development from December 2002 to July 2004. Before joining Noble Energy, he was BP’s vice president and business unit leader for the Gulf of Mexico Shelf from September 2000 to August 2002. Employed by Vastar Resources from the time of its formation in 1994, Dave served as area manager for Gulf of Mexico Shelf from April 1999 to September 2000 and as area manager for Oklahoma / Arklatex prior to that time. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of engineering, operations and management positions at ARCO. Active in a number of industry and community organizations, Dave serves on the Board of Junior Achievement in Houston and is a member of the Offshore Energy Center’s Education Committee. He holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Elected a vice president in November 2007, Lee Robison is responsible for Noble Energy’s human resources. Previously, she served as the company‘s director of human resources since May 2002. Before joining Noble Energy, Lee was BP’s manager of human resources for the Gulf of Mexico Shelf from September 2000 through April 2002. Prior to her employment at BP, she was with Vastar, as HR director from January 1997 to September 2000 and as compensation consultant from1994 through 1996. From 1980 through 1993, she held various positions with ARCO. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

Henry S Pettingill serves as Manager of Exploration Excellence for Noble Energy, Inc., Houston, where he oversees the company's exploration portfolio. He is a petroleum geologist and exploration manager with 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Noble, Mr Pettingill held various management positions in Repsol YPF's Madrid headquarters, and was an explorationist with the Royal Dutch/Shell Group in Houston, New Orleans and the Hague. His assignments have focused on deepwater exploration and appraisal, turbidite reservoir studies, international new ventures, risk analysis and portfolio management. Mr Pettingill's professional affiliations include the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers, Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, Society of Exploration Geophysicists and Society of Petroleum Engineers, all of which have published his work on deepwater exploration, turbidites and prospect evaluation. Mr Pettingill holds a BA degree from the University of Rochester and an MSc degree from Virginia Tech (US).

Mr. Grubman has served as Executive Vice President of the National Football League (NFL) since 2004. Mr. Edelman founded Patina and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from its formation in 1996 until its May 2005 merger with the Company.
