Paul Higday is Chief Architect and Director of External Systems for Owens and Minor, a leading distributor of health care products. He earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and a bachelor's degree in management from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. Originally from Leawood, Kansas (no, he hasn't met Dorothy!), Paul now lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Laura and their spoiled cat. In his free time, he enjoys playing softball, reading, skiing, and traveling abroad.

Mr. Broaddus retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in 2004, where he had served as President from 1993 to 2004. In this role he served as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee of the Federal Reserve System. Prior to his term as president, he held a variety of positions in his 34-year career with the Bank, including Director of Research. Mr. Broaddus received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Washington and Lee University in 1961, and Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Economics from Indiana University in 1970 and 1972, respectively. He also earned a graduate degree from the Center for Advanced European Studies at the University of Strasbourg, France, in 1962 while on a Fulbright Fellowship. He served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to 1964. He received honorary doctor of laws degrees from Washington and Lee in 1993 and Hampden-Sydney College in 2004. In addition to Faison, Mr. Broaddus is currently a director of Albemarle Corporation, Markel Corporation, Owens and Minor, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Group. He is also a member of the board of visitors of Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Active in civic work in Richmond, Mr. Broaddus is a member of the boards of directors or trustees of the E. Angus Powell Endowment for American Enterprise, the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation, Richmond Renaissance, St. Christopher's School, the Tredegar National Civil War Center Foundation, the Virginia Council on Economic Education and the Virginia Historical Society. He is a former chairman of the board of United Way of Greater Richmond.
Mr. Farinholt has had an extensive career in the private and public sectors of finance and investment. He is a founder of Tall Oaks Capital, LP, a seed and early stage investment fund for life science, information technology and healthcare related companies. He served as the Company's interim CEO until Mr. Ignotz was employed. Between 1992 and 2000, he was Special Assistant to the President at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining VCU, Mr. Farinholt had thirty years of experience in investment banking for small and medium-sized businesses as an executive officer at The Chase Bank in New York, in addition to Wheat First Union and Galleher & Company in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Farinholt's public directorships are: PharmaNetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHAR), a theranostics company; and Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI), the nation's leading distributor of name-brand medical/surgical supplies. He holds a B.S. degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
