Anthony (Tony) DiBona is the executive vice president of Global Maintenance Support at PTC. In his current position, Mr. DiBona is responsible for PTC Global Maintenance Support. He has been with PTC since 1998 and in that time has served as vice president, global business partner group, and vice president for major account sales. Experience Prior to joining PTC, Mr. DiBona served at Data General Corporation where he managed the U.S. Sales organization. Before joining Data General in 1989, he spent eleven years with Unisys Corporation. Mr. DiBona is currently a trustee of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council. He also serves as chairman of the Graduate Advisory Council at Bentley College. Education Mr. DiBona holds a master's in business administration from Bentley College, where he also earned an undergraduate degree, bachelor of science, business management.

Brian Shepherd is the executive vice president of product development for PTC. In this role, Mr. Shepherd has responsibility for product management, product development, and vertical strategy across all product lines: Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Arbortext, Mathcad, CoCreate, InSight and ProductView. Experience Since joining PTC in 1996, Mr. Shepherd has held positions in product management for simulation products, the Pro/ENGINEER product line, and the overall PTC product portfolio. Prior to PTC, Mr. Shepherd served for ten years at Nortel Networks as a member of the scientific staff and a manager of product integrity. Mr. Shepherd is a frequent speaker at industry events worldwide such as National Manufacturing Week, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Research Development and Design Expo, the Product Development Summit, the Innovation Leadership Summit and the Global OEM Automotive Meeting. He has spoken on the importance and future of product development and product lifecycle management to thousands of product development professionals around the world. Education Mr. Shepherd attended University of Michigan, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He also participated in post-baccalaureate studies in management science at North Carolina State University. Mr. Shepherd is a registered Professional Engineer.

C. Richard (Dick) Harrison is the chairman of the board of directors and chief executive officer (CEO) of PTC. Mr. Harrison is responsible for driving all of PTC’s global strategic planning and business strategy. Experience Previous to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Harrison spent six years as PTC president and chief operating officer, responsible for all global sales, marketing, support and services. Mr. Harrison joined PTC in 1987 as vice president of sales distribution. Previously, he served six years at Prime Computer, a leading mini computer company, in sales and sales management positions. Before Prime Computer, Mr. Harrison spent two years at Burroughs. Mr. Harrison regularly presents the company’s corporate vision to customers, analysts and the financial community. He supports the Inner City 100 Awards Dinner, which benefits the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) www.icic.org. Education Mr. Harrison attended University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature.

Neil Moses is the executive vice president and CFO at PTC. In his current position, Mr. Moses is responsible for PTC's worldwide financial operations, corporate development, investor relations, corporate communications. Since Mr. Moses joined PTC in 2003, PTC has strengthened its operating model and balance sheet significantly, including a $130 million improvement in net income and a corresponding increase in cash and investments. Experience Prior to joining PTC, Mr. Moses served for three years as executive vice president and CFO of Axcelis Technologies, Inc., a leading worldwide manufacturer of equipment for the semiconductor industry. There, he established the infrastructure of the finance department and investor relations program for the newly public company, and created a financial model that enabled Axcelis to successfully navigate a cyclical downturn in the semiconductor industry. Before joining Axcelis, Mr. Moses held executive finance positions in the retail industry, serving as chief financial officer for Bradlees, Inc. from 1995 to 2000 and as senior vice president of finance and treasurer at Ames Department Stores, Inc. from 1990 to 1995. Education Mr. Moses attended Dartmouth College, where he earned a master's of business administration. He earned a bachelor of arts degree from Bowdoin College.

James (Jim) Heppelmann is the president and chief operating officer of PTC. Mr. Heppelmann is responsible for managing the operating business units of the company including R&D, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Maintenance. He also serves on PTC’s Board of Directors. Experience Mr. Heppelmann previously served as executive vice president, software products, and chief product officer at PTC with responsibility for overall product direction, including coordination of PTC product vision and strategy, product design and development, and product marketing and management. Mr. Heppelmann has worked in the information technology industry since 1985 and has extensive experience developing and deploying large-scale information systems within the manufacturing marketplace. Prior to joining PTC, Mr. Heppelmann was co-founder and chief technical officer of Windchill Technology, a Minnesota-based company acquired by PTC in 1998. Before co-founding Windchill Technology, Mr. Heppelmann served as chief technical officer at Metaphase. Mr. Heppelmann had worked at Control Data Corporation (now known as Syntegra) for seven years until the company formed Metaphase in 1992. Mr. Heppelmann speaks regularly at product development and manufacturing industry events on topics such as PLM, digital value chain integration, and gaining competitive advantage through product development process improvement and global product development. He has also been published and quoted in numerous business and trade publications, including The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, VARBusiness Magazine and MSI Magazine. Mr. Heppelmann serves as a member of the national FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) executive advisory board. Education Mr. Heppelmann attended University of Minnesota, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis on computer-aided design.

Steve Horan is a corporate vice president and Chief Information Officer at PTC. He is responsible for PTC's information technology infrastructure including business systems, data and voice communications, end-user services and data center operations. Experience Since joining PTC in 1995, Mr. Horan has been responsible for PTC's information technology infrastructure, supporting the growth of PTC to one of the top 10 enterprise software companies world-wide. He has directed the implementation of global business systems, the evolution of PTC's global technology infrastructure, the off-shoring and outsourcing of technology operations functions, and the advancement of PTC's global end user computing environment. In addition to his role as CIO, Mr. Horan is responsible for directing PTC's business development initiatives in India and Russia. Mr. Horan is also a member and former leader of PTC's Operations Council, a committee of senior PTC leaders focused on driving PTC's corporate strategic programs. Prior to his current role, Mr. Horan was vice president of information technology at PTC. Mr. Horan has spent 24 years in the computer industry. Prior to joining PTC, he was a partner at Coopers and Lybrand, presently PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Horan is also a member of the Board of Overseers at the Museum of Science in Boston. Education Mr. Horan attended Denison University and received a bachelor's degree in computer science and economics.

Paul Cunningham is executive vice president of worldwide sales and distribution at PTC. Since assuming his position in October 2002, Mr. Cunningham has architected PTC's multi Channel distribution strategy and led the transformation of its sales force from desktop vendor to enterprise solutions provider. Experience After joining the company in 1988 as a sales representative, Mr. Cunningham was promoted regularly throughout the 1990's into areas of increasing sales management responsibility, both domestically and internationally, as PTC achieved a decade of significant growth. Mr. Cunningham has spent over two decades helping market leading companies around the world pursue product development goals. Mr. Cunningham began his career in the software industry in 1987 with computer aided software engineering company Cortex Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Cunningham was a two-time Sales Leadership Club and Pacemaker Award winner for mailing equipment maker Pitney Bowes. Mr. Cunningham has been a board member for the U.S. National Association of Manufacturers since 2002, and has been actively involved in lobbying the U.S. Congress for favorable legislation supporting U.S. manufacturers. Education Mr. Cunningham attended Babson College where he earned a bachelor of science in business administration majoring in Finance.

Aaron von Staats is corporate vice president, general counsel for PTC. In this position, Mr. von Staats is responsible for worldwide legal matters, including corporate governance, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, technology licensing, litigation, employment, real estate and corporate maintenance. Experience Since joining PTC in 1997, Mr. von Staats has held various legal positions, including Vice President -- North American Counsel, Regional Corporate Counsel - North America and Senior Staff Attorney. Prior to joining PTC Mr. von Staats practiced for five years as an associate with the Boston law firm Palmer & Dodge LLP. He began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul J. Liacos, chief justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Mr. von Staats is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the New England Corporate Counsel Association, the Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Education Mr. von Staats attended Boston College Law School, where he earned his juris doctor. He received a bachelor of arts in psychology from the University of Massachusetts.

Rob Gremley is executive vice president, Marketing at PTC. In this role, Mr. Gremley is responsible for executing PTC's global brand strategy, marketing campaigns and worldwide marketing operations. Experience Prior to his role in global marketing, Mr. Gremley was senior vice president of MCAD sales programs, responsible for developing and implementing sales programs focused on driving Pro/ENGINEER sales in the mid-market. Additionally, Mr. Gremley has served as vice president of global services, responsible for PTC's global services line of business, including consulting and education services. He has worked for PTC for 18 years. Prior to PTC, Mr. Gremley was a design engineer at Kollsman Manufacturing Company. Education Mr. Gremley earned both a master of science and a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1988 and 1986, respectively.

Michael Hayek has been working for PTC for over six years working with the Windchill technology. For the last three years Michael has taken a role in Product Management. Michael has focused on making sure that customers are successful with their Windchill-based implementations (ProjectLink, PDMLink, and now Pro/I 8.0.)

Tom works on product marketing for PTC's Windchill and ProductView solution families. Prior to joining PTC in 1992, Tom worked as a Process Engineer for Teradyne in Boston. Free time is spent in search of the perfect beer and in thinking of creative ways to annoy Red Sox and Patriots fans.

Noel G. Posternak Chairman of the Board of Directors, PTC Senior Partner, Posternak, Blankstein & Lund, LLP PTC Director since 1989 Mr. Posternak has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTC since June 2000. He serves as Chairman of the Board’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and he is also a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a Senior Partner in the law firm of Posternak, Blankstein & Lund, L.L.P. since 1980, practicing in the area of business law and mergers and acquisitions.

Oscar B. Marx, III Chief Executive Officer and President, TMW Enterprises, Inc. PTC Director since 1995 Mr. Marx is the Chairman of the Board’s Audit Committee. Mr. Marx has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Amerigon Incorporated, a high technology automotive component supplier, since November 2001. He was Chief Executive Officer and President of TMW Enterprises, a private automotive investment firm, from July 1995 to February 2002, and since that date he has been Vice President, Automotive Sector and Director. He is also a Director of SMTEK International, Inc. and Tesma International, Inc.

Robert N. Goldman Chief Executive Officer and President, eXcelon Corporation PTC Director since 1991 Mr. Goldman is the Chairman of the Board’s Compensation Committee. He is also a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Goldman has been the Chairman of the Board of eXcelon Corporation, a software developer, since September 2001. He was the Chief Executive Officer and President of eXcelon Corporation from November 1995 to September 2001.
