Bert Winemiller assumed the role of Chairman and CEO on the strength of his successful track record of managing fast-growing technology companies. Bert has a strong statistical and mathematical background and developed macroeconomic models with Otto Eckstein at Data Resources. He has a clear vision of how PROS can expand the use of Pricing and Revenue Optimization Science to a broad range of applications in multiple industries. Bert received a B.S. and an M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Harvard Business School. He started his career at IBM as a systems engineer and software developer working primarily on large-scale technology conversions. Bert has held key positions at several information technology firms, working across disciplines in new product development, delivery strategies, strategic planning, product management and on-site integrated software systems. He has served as President of American Business Information Inc. and as Senior Vice President for Automatic Data Processing Inc. He is President of the Strategic Advisory Board of the University of Missouri and is an active private investor. As Chairman and CEO of PROS, Bert contributes the experience of his years of software and information industry leadership to helping customers achieve Pricing Excellence. Bert is passionate about establishing parallel visions, common goals and shared success with strategic partners.

Charlie Murphy joined PROS in 1998 as Senior Vice President and CFO and assumed the role of Executive Vice President and CFO in 2001. Charlie's responsibilities include Technical Services and Finance & Administration. Charlie is an experienced executive who combines his in-depth knowledge and experience with a strong commitment to achieve company objectives. Charlie has a strong background in finance and operations in the technology, manufacturing and consumer products arena. He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Boston. He joined Coleco Industries as Director of Finance and was promoted to Vice President & Treasurer. Coleco Industries, a consumer products company, grew from $100 million to $750 million in revenue during which time a number of public offerings and financings were completed. Since then, he has dealt with both public and private companies serving as CFO and worked on and with Boards of Directors. Previous technology companies were Expert Software, Inc. and Mergent International, Inc. Charlie received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Bentley College in Boston and was a CPA in Massachusetts with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand.

Andres Reiner is Senior Vice President of Product Development for PROS, a world leader in pricing and revenue optimization software solutions. As Senior Vice President of Product Development, Andres is responsible for product management, architecture, and development of PROS' next generation Pricing and Revenue Optimization software products. Andres led, and continues to contribute to, the development of the PROS Pricing Revenue Optimization (PRO) Platform, which is a set of Pricing, Forecasting, and Optimization engines that are configured to form the component-based architecture that is the foundation of all PROS products. Prior to joining PROS, Andres held various technical and management positions in technology companies including Platinum Technology, ADAC Healthcare Information Systems, and Kinesix. Andres joined PROS in 1999 from Platinum Technology.

Benson Yuen joined PROS in 1988. His analytical and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in the successful installation and implementation of PROS systems in diverse airline environments. In addition, his practical yield management experience has contributed substantially to the design of PROS systems. He was one of the principal designers of the PROS Origin-Destination Group Revenue Optimization System, as well as other PROS system modules.

Jeffrey E. Robinson joined us in 2000 and has served as our Senior Vice President, Pricing Solutions since 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Robinson was our Vice President, Pricing Solutions and from 2000 to 2003, he served as our Director, Business Development. Prior to joining us, Mr. Robinson held several positions with ADAC Healthcare Information Systems, a subsidiary of ADAC Laboratories. Mr. Robinson holds a BA degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Rice University. Jeffrey L. Wannamaker joined us in 1998 and has served as our Vice President, Technical Services since 2001. Mr. Wannamaker was our Director, Tech Services from 2000 to 2001 and from 1998 to 2000, he served as our Director, Software Development. Mr. Wannamaker was the Engineering Manager at Dynasty Technologies, a software company. Prior to joining us, Mr. Wannamaker holds a BSEE degree from the University of Houston.

Mr. Kiernan joined PROS in 1992 after the end of operations at Pan Am. Over his twenty-five years with Pan Am, Mr. Kiernan developed extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of revenue management. His various responsibilities over the years included interline payables and receivables and the development of related support systems, sales accounting, quality control, development of an automated fare quotation system, and management of the fare quote function. As Staff Vice President of Revenue Management, he was responsible for the airline's revenue enhancement effort and the integration of revenue management systems to support this effort. At PROS, Mr. Kiernan is in charge of all corporate efforts in the area of customer support across all industries, including project planning and management, consulting in various aspects of revenue management and systems implementation, including site reviews, analysis, training, system testing, and system validation. Mr. Kiernan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Manhattan College.

Surain Adyanthaya is responsible for the Product Management and Marketing of PROS Revenue Management Airline software products. He has worked closely with various customers in multiple industries in the development of revenue management solutions that address their business needs. Since joining PROS in April 1993, Mr. Adyanthaya has served in numerous positions in product development and strategic business planning; including serving as Senior Vice President Strategic Business Development, where he was responsible for pursuing business opportunities in new industries and fostering strategic alliances. He has also served as Senior Vice President Software Development, responsible for the development of all software products at PROS. He has presented revenue management concepts and strategies at global industry conferences, and has had revenue management articles published in widely distributed trade journals. Mr. Adyanthaya received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (highest honors) from the University of Houston and a Masters of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Oscar Moreno has been part of the PROS team since 1999. He currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Development and is responsible for development, quality assurance, and support for the PROS Pricing Solution Suite. In addition to leading the product development group, Oscar works closely with Product Management and sales to influence the product's evolution and direction in order to address market requirements. Prior to joining PROS, Oscar was a Software Development Manager for Avantel, a telecommunications company owned by MCI and Banamex. In 1995, Oscar received a Computer Systems Engineer Degree from The Monterrey Institute of Technology with the highest academic recognition for that class.

Mariette M. Woestemeyer co-founded PROS Holdings Inc. in 1985 with her husband, Mr. Woestemeyer, and has served as a director since our founding. Mrs. Woestemeyer was the Chief Financial Officer of Metro Networks, a broadcasting company, from 1983 to 1985 and held various financial roles with Continental Airlines and its predecessor, Texas International Airlines, prior to 1983. Mrs. Woestemeyer holds a BBA degree and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Ron Woestemeyer was a co-founder of PROS in 1985. PROS was established as a software company to address customers' problems revolving around revenue management, and price optimization. He found that airlines lacked adequate tools to effectively manage and control prices much less optimize passenger revenues in an increasingly deregulated airline industry. To fill that void in the marketplace, Mr. Woestemeyer guided the development of the PROS Pricing and Revenue Optimization system, the first true passenger revenue optimization system ever developed for licensing to airlines. Ron is an experienced executive who has focused on quantitative and analytical tools to help companies solve the most challenging pricing problems. At present, Mr. Woestemeyer continues his intimate involvement in planning new products, developing new concepts for PROS systems, and providing overall direction and strategy. Before founding PROS, Mr. Woestemeyer spent 14 years at Continental Airlines and Texas International Airlines in various management and executive positions, with responsibility over sales and marketing. Mr. Woestemeyer graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

John M. Riddell joined us in 1998 as a Senior Scientist and has served as our Senior Vice President, Pricing Solutions since 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Riddell was our Vice President, Pricing and from 2000 to 2001, he served as our Director, New Market Development. Prior to 1998, Mr. Riddell was Director of Research and Development at OPUS 2 Revenue Technologies, a yield management software company. Mr. Riddell holds an MS degree in operations research from the US Naval Postgraduate School and a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Mississippi.

Greg B. Petersen has served as a director of the Company since July 2007. Mr. Petersen is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lombardi Software, Inc., a Business Process Management software provider. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Petersen was President of Texas Capital Advisors LLC. Previously, Mr. Petersen was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2007 and, from 2001 to 2005, the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Activant Solutions, a provider of business management solutions to retail and wholesale distribution businesses. From 2000 until 2001, Mr. Petersen served as Vice President of Finance of Trilogy Software, a provider of enterprise software and business services, and as its Treasurer from 1999 until 2000. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Petersen was Senior Vice President of Planning and Business Development of RailTex, a short-line and regional rail service provider. From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Petersen held various finance and strategy positions at American Airlines, most recently as managing director of corporate development. Mr. Petersen holds a BA in economics from Boston College and a MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Timothy Williams has served as Blackbaud’s chief financial officer since January 2001. Williams is responsible for Blackbaud’s financial reporting and controls, as well as human resources, and legal and administrative services. From January 1994 to January 2001 he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Mynd, Inc. (now Computer Sciences Corporation), a provider of software and services to the insurance industry. Prior to that, he worked at Holiday Inn Worldwide, most recently as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Williams holds a BA from the University of Northern Iowa.

Bill Russell spent more than 20 years at HP where he served in a number of senior-level roles including vice president and general manager of the multi-billion dollar Enterprise Systems Group. He has been a board director of a number of public and private enterprise software companies since he left HP in May 2003, and is currently serving as a Director at KXEN, Global 360 and PROS (NYSE: PRO). Previous directorships include his service as the Non-executive Chairman of the Board at webMethods, where he oversaw the company's successful acquisition by Software AG in June 2007. Bill also previously served as a Director at Cognos Inc., until Cognos was acquired by IBM in January 2008. He was also the Non-executive Chairman of the Board at Network Physics and Sylantro Systems Corporation, both of which were also recently acquired. Bill holds a bachelor's of science degree in Computer Science from Edinburgh University and has completed several executive development programs from institutions including Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
