Mr. Wood was appointed in May 2003 as Roper's Vice President, Scientific and Industrial Imaging. Prior to joining Roper, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Infrastructure Sector at Ingersoll-Rand. Between 1999 and 2003 he served at Ingersoll-Rand in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business development roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Wood's experience also includes 11 years in Asia as Marketing Manager and General Manager for entrepreneurial and mid-size companies in the areas of technology distribution, IT services and software.

Mr. Crocker has served as a Vice President of Roper since 1996. He currently has operational responsibilities for Roper's industrial businesses. His earlier operational responsibilities included the Company's instrumentation businesses. He originally joined Roper in 1991, serving in a variety of business leadership roles, including President of our AMOT Controls business and Managing Director of its United Kingdom division. Mr. Crocker's earlier career included serving as Managing Director of Jiskoot Autocontrol, Ltd., in the U.K.
Mr. Winfrey joined Roper in 2002 to lead its Energy Systems and Controls business segment. Formerly, he was President of Ingersoll-Rand's (IR) Commercial and Retail Air Solutions business and, prior to that, Vice President and General Manager of IR's Reciprocating Compressor Division. From 1996 to 1999, he held several senior management positions with Owens Corning and from 1990 to 1994 Mr. Winfrey worked for BP Exploration in a variety of operating and corporate roles.

Donald G. Calder is President of G. L. Ohrstrom & Co., Inc. and has been associated with the firm since 1965. He has been actively involved in the origination of numerous Ohrstrom-sponsored acquisitions and has worked closely with the senior management teams of these investments. He is a graduate of Princeton University (AB) and The Harvard Business School (MBA). He served in the U.S. Navy and worked on Wall Street. Eriberto R. Scocimara joined the board of directors of American Reprographics Company in May 2006. Mr. Scocimara has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hungarian-American Enterprise Fund, a privately managed investment company created by the President and Congress of the United States and funded by the U.S. Government, since 1994. He also has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Scocimara & Company, Inc., a financial consulting firm, since he founded the company in 1984.

Georg Graf Schall-Riaucour has been a director since January 1995. He served as in-house Legal Counsel to Allianz Insurance AG, Munich, and since 1971 he has been senior partner of the Munich, Germany law firm of Beiten Burhardt. He was presiding judge of the Court of Ethics for attorneys in Bavaria. He has been general director of Wittelsbacher Ausgleichsfonds, a German Foundation, comprising the fortune of the former Royal Bavarian Family since May 1994, and retired from this office effective March 31, 2005. Up to this date, he was a director of several privately held German and U.S. companies. Mr. Schall-Riaucour will retire upon the expiration of his term at the Annual Meeting.
John F. Fort III has been a director since December 1995. From March 2003 to March 2004, he served as an advisor director of Tyco International Ltd. Prior thereto, he was a director and was formerly its chairman (from December 1982 through January 1993) and chief executive officer (from December 1982 through July 1992), prior to his retirement in January 1993.

Robert D. Johnson has been a director since May 2005. From August 2006 to July 2008, Mr. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. From January 2005 to January 2006, he served as Chairman of Honeywell International s aerospace business and from 1999 to 2005, he served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Johnson worked at AlliedSignal, rising to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of AlliedSignal Aerospace Marketing, Sales & Service. Prior to joining AlliedSignal, he was Vice President and General Manager of manufacturing and services for AAR Corporation, an aviation company. Mr. Johnson began his career at GE Aircraft Engines. Mr. Johnson is also a director of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. and Ariba, Inc. Robert E. Knowling, Jr. has been a director since August 2008. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Telwares, a provider of telecommunications expense management solutions, since June 2005 and also serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Knowling served as Chief Executive Officer of the NYC Leadership Academy from January 2003 to May 2005 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SimDesk Technologies, Inc., a software development company, from February 2001 to January 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Knowling served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Covad Communications Company, a broadband service provider, from July 1998 to November 2000.
