Richard C. Ill, President and CEO, Triumph Group, Inc. headquartered in Wayne, Pennsylvania is a graduate of Lafayette College, Drexel University, MBA, and the Stanford Executive Program. He served as a Captain in the U. S. Army, 1965-1968. Mr. Ill joined Alco Standard Corporation, 1968 – 1993 progressing in the following positions: Metalsource Corporation, Group Vice President, 1973-1983; Triumph Industries, President, 1976-1983; Metalsource Corporation, President 1983-1987; Triumph Group, President, 1988-1993; Alco Standard Corporation, Vice President, 1989-1993. In 1993 Mr. Ill led a successful management buyout of Triumph Group, Inc., where he now serves as President & CEO and a board director. Mr. Ill is a member of the Advisory Board, Outward Bound USA; the Board of Directors of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, as well as the Board of Directors of Airgas, Inc. and P. H. Glatfelter.

Mr. Kornblatt joined Triumph in June 2007 as Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Kornblatt served as Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Carpenter Technology Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty alloys and various engineered products. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at York International, prior to its acquisition by Johnson Controls in December 2005, and was the Director of Taxes-Europe for The Gillette Company in London, England for three years. Mr. Kornblatt is a graduate of Drexel University and currently serves on Drexel's Business School Advisory Council. Mr. Kornblatt is a member of the FM Global Advisory Board as well as the Board of Directors of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc.

M. David Kornblatt has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2007. From 2006 until joining us, Mr. Kornblatt served as Senior Vice President—Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Carpenter Technology Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of specialty alloys and various engineered products. From 2003 to 2005, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at York International, prior to its acquisition by Johnson Controls in December 2005. Before that, Mr. Kornblatt was the Director of Taxes-Europe for The Gillette Company in London, England for three years. Mr. Kornblatt is a director of Universal Stainless & Alloy Products, Inc.

Mr. Resnick became a Vice President in July, 2000. Prior to joining the Corporate Office, Mr. Resnick served as President of Triumph Controls, Inc. since 1996. Prior to joining Triumph Controls, Inc. Mr. Resnick worked for Teleflex Incorporated and served as Vice President and General Manager of Aerospace and Defense from 1992 to 1995, General Manager of Cargo Systems from 1991 to 1992, General Manager of Naval Technologies from 1985 to 1987, General Manager of Sermatech Technical Services from 1987 to 1988, Sales Manager of Naval Technologies from 1985 to 1987 and Controller for the Development & Training Center from 1984 to 1985. Other experience includes various positions with Johnson & Johnson from 1981 to 1984 and KPMG Peat Marwick from 1979 to 1981.

Mr. Wright became Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company in July, 2004. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Wright was a partner with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP specializing in corporate finance, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Prior to Ballard Spahr, Mr. Wright was Senior Corporate Counsel at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.

Mr. Kindig has been Controller of the Company since 1993. From 1985 to 1993, Mr. Kindig was employed by Lukens, Inc. in various positions, as Manufacturing Accounting Manager since 1989 and as a financial analyst from 1985 to 1989...

Ms. Spagnolo joined Triumph in February 1994 as Director of Taxes. In July 2003, she assumed the additional responsibility of Director, Investor Relations. In April 2006, Ms. Spagnolo was promoted to Vice President, responsible for the company's tax and investor relations functions. Prior to joining Triumph, she was Manager - Taxes of Alco Standard Corporation and previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Spagnolo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Villanova Law School. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

William O. Albertini has been a Director of Triumph since May 1999. Mr. Albertini was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Atlantic Corp. from 1991 through 1997. In 1997, Mr. Albertini became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bell Atlantic Global Wireless, a wireless communication company, and remained in that position until his retirement in 1999. Mr. Albertini serves on the Board of Directors of Airgas, Inc., BlackRock Inc. and Charming Shoppes, Inc.

Claude F. Kronk has been a director of Triumph since 1993. Mr. Kronk retired on January 1, 1998 from his position as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J&L Specialty Steel, Inc., a position which he held in excess of five years. J&L Specialty Steel, Inc. is primarily a manufacturer of flat rolled stainless steel in the United States. Mr. Kronk serves on the board of directors of Cold Metal Products, Co.

Joseph M. Silvestri, Managing Partner, has been with Court Square Capital and its predecessor, Citigroup Venture Capital, since 1990. Mr. Silvestri received his B.S. from Pennsylvania State University and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is currently a director of Auto Europe Group, MacDermid Inc., Newmarket Inc., SGS International and Triumph Group. He previously served on numerous boards including Worldspan Technologies, Euramax International, International Media Group, ISG Resources, Delco Remy and Polyfibron Technologies.

Richard C. Gozon has been a director of Triumph since 1993. Mr. Gozon retired on March 31, 2002 from his position as Executive Vice President of Weyerhaeuser Company, a position which he held in excess of five years. Weyerhaeuser Company is primarily an international forest products company. Mr. Gozon serves on the board of directors of U.G.I. Corporation, AmerisourceBergen Corporation and AmeriGas Partners, L.P.
