Mr. Koffel has served as our Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and as one of our directors since 1989. He is 69 years old.

David Bernal is a Vice President and a State Licensed Professional Geologist at URS Corporation, an international environmental and engineering firm with a regional office in Goleta. David's primary responsibility at URS is environmental remediation and restoration. In 1998, David was on CPA's Board of Directors concerned in preserving the quality of life here in the central coast. David actively contributed to CPA's Water Resource Discussion Group as his professional experience is in hydrogeology. David moved to Santa Barbara in 1974 to attend UCSB and has worked locally as environmental geologist since 1987. In 1997, he participated in the Water Front Visioning Committee representing the interest of the Santa Barbara Sailing Club (i.e., maintaining the balance between local harbor usage and tourist development).

Henry is a CPA who owns an accounting and tax preparation firm, Gusman & Associates. He is also director of financial compliance for URS Corporation, the largest global engineering design firm. Henry has served three terms on the board, has chaired the Finance Committee and is currently treasurer of Girl Scouts of San Francisco Bay Area. He also serves on several boards of for-profit companies and is a member of 100 Black Men of the Bay Area, a civic organization dedicated to helping African American youth. Henry lives and works in Alameda County and is a Girl Scout Dad.

GREG BURGDORF has been Board Member of TMC since 2003. He is a Committee member and Chaplain of Boy Scout Troop 66. He is a former member of the East Hanover EAC and is active in the Canoe Club of Harrisburg. Greg is a professional geologist, and is a Senior Hydrogeologist / Project Manager with URS Corporation in Harrisburg. He is a graduate of Miami University and received his Masters Degree at Wright State University in Ohio. Greg's interests include bird-watching, canoeing, hiking, and church activities. He and his wife Paulina have three children and live in Hummelstown. Greg serves on the Preservation Committee.

Mr. John J. Martin, who was appointed to our board of directors on January 2, 2007, is a graduate of Yale University. Mr. Martin was also appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer on January 2, 2007 but resigned on March 15, 2007 upon the appointment of Mr. Cade as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Martin served as a director of Old HPI from its inception in September 2004 until its merger with the Company in March 2006. Mr. Martin has been employed as an Engineering Manager with URS Corporation, a world renowned engineering firm with 25,000 employees, since 1998. URS Corporation services several long-term contracts with the Federal Government and the U.S. Defense Department. Mr. Martin is a registered engineer located in the State of Washington and is the director of engineering of HPI.

Doug Mooney, the current president of the Philadelphia Archaeological Forum (PAF), has been employed in contract archaeology since 1987 when he graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in anthropology. He received a Master of Arts degree in archaeology from Penn State in 1994. Over the years Doug has worked for many of the major archaeology firms in this part of the country, including John Milner Associates, Inc., Lantz Research, Inc., 3-D Environmental Services, Inc., Greenhorne and O'Mara, Inc., Kittatinny Archaeological Research, Inc., KCI Technologies, Inc., and Kise Straw & Kolodner, Inc. He currently works for URS Corporation, where he is employed as a senior archaeologist. In recent years Doug served as the field director for some of the most important projects in Philadelphia. He directed a crew of 60 (at its height) during the excavation of the National Constitution Center (NCC) site on Block 3 of Independence Mall, and also directed the data recoveries on the James Oronoco Dexter site (also on Block 3), and at the President's House on Block 1 of the mall. Doug became particularly interested in Dexter, a leader in the city's late eighteenth-century African-American community, and conducted in depth research at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania and other archival repositories to learn more about the man and his role in the founding of the African Episcopal Church of Saint Thomas. Doug began his career in archaeology as a prehistorian, primarily working on Native American sites. Just before coming to Philadelphia to direct the work on the NCC site in 1999, Doug supervised Phase III investigations on the S.R. 11/15 improvement project in Perry and Juniata counties in Pennsylvania. The work involved concurrent investigations of five deeply buried stratified Native American sites along the Susquehanna River. The largest of the sites produced intact late Paleo-Indian and stratified Early Archaic site components dating back some 11,500 years B.P. Doug loves big projects and is neither intimidated by the archaeology nor the demands of managing a large crew. On the S.R. 11/15 project there were as many as 50 people in the field at once and they were at times recovering up to 10,000 artifacts a day. Doug has given numerous public presentations on the NCC and Dexter excavations, and for the last three years he has taken part in the annual Archaeology Month Open House, sponsored by PAF and Independence National Historical Park at the Independence Living History Center. He has also presented professional papers at the Middle Atlantic Archaeology Council (MAAC) and Council for Northeast Archaeology (CNEHA) meetings. He is a co-author, with Richard S. Newman and Roy E. Finkenbine, of the article "Philadelphia Emigrationist Petition, circa 1792: An Introduction", William and Mary Quarterly Vol. 64(1). Doug is married and has one daughter.

Monika received a M.S. in Civil / Environmental Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. She currently works as a Project Engineer in the Santa Ana office of URS Corporation. Monika has been involved in SWE since 2004 when a friend introduced her to SWE in Indianapolis, IN. She has been involved in SWE OC since 2006.

Tammy Dorje is our Co-Vice President-Social Events. Tammy is currently an environmental planner with URS Corporation in San Francisco. She specializes in preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents for various types of projects, including infrastructure, land development, surface and air transportation, and industrial development. Tammy graduated from University of California Santa Barbara with degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies. In her free time Tammy likes scuba diving, windsurfing, snowboarding, and she enjoys the outdoors of the beautiful Bay Area.

Ms. Bellion is a community volunteer with a professional background in environmental consulting for URS Corporation. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. In addition to her work for The Carol H. Brice Family Center, she is actively involved with the local Parent Teachers Association and a member of Calypso Farm and Ecology Center's Core Shareholders group.

Mr. Der Marderosian has served as one of our directors since 1994. Mr. Der Marderosian has been retired since 1999. Mr. Der Marderosian served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GTE Government Systems Corporation from 1995 to 1999 and as Executive Vice President, Technology and Systems, at GTE Corporation from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Der Marderosian also served as Senior Vice President of GTE Corporation from 1995 to 1997. He is 70 years old.

H. Jesse Arnelle was a senior partner in the law firm of Arnelle & Hastie, San Francisco, which later became Arnelle, Hastie, McGee, Willis & Greene, with which he had been associated from 1985 through his retirement in 1996. Following his retirement, he was Of Counsel to the North Carolina law firm of Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice until he retired in December 2005. Arnelle is a director of FPL Group, Inc., Armstrong Holdings, Inc. URS Corporation and Metropolitan Life Series Fund. Arnelle is the past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Pennsylvania State University and a director of the Eisenhower Fellows Program and the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame.

William P. Sullivan has served as one of our directors since August 2006. He has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Agilent Technologies, Inc., a provider of scientific and technical instruments, since March 2005. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Agilent, from March 2002 until March 2005, and as its Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Semiconductor Products Group from August 1999 until March 2002. Mr. Sullivan has served as a director of Agilent since March 2005 and as director of Avent, Inc. since July 2008. He is 59 years old.
