Jim Taylor has held leadership positions in several technology corporations, all market share leaders: IBM (mainframe computers), DEC (midsized computers), CalComp (Graphics) and Computervision (CAD/CAM). He has also owned two companies (Taylor Consulting and Lawyer's Assurance). As co-founder of the LAGA franchise, he led the marketing effort, establishing 22 franchises throughout California serving over 2,000 small business owners with affordable legal services. Jim joined ActionCOACH in September, 2005 as General Manager of BSAI California, became the GM of ActionCOACH Canada, LTD and now Director of Training and Support since April, 2007. Jim has held numerous management positions in sales and customer support after concluding six years in the US Navy submarine service. He has taught many sales and customer service courses and his consulting clients included the Los Angeles Dodgers, American Red Cross and Sun Microsystems. Jim has been an active member for 13 years of the world's largest communication skills organization, Toastmasters International. He holds the highest designation of Distinguished Toastmaster. Jim is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Rutgers University and lives in San Diego with his wife Kim, who is the Global Compliance Manager for Callaway Golf.

Dr. William D. Harrison, a pioneer in Sports Science, is the Co-Founder of the Center for Top Performance. He was educated at the university of California at Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Optometry from the School of Optometry. Dr. Harrison has spent last 25 years Studying, analyzing and refining the basic qualities that create Gold Medal Winners, P.G.A. and L.P.G.A. Champions, World Series and Super Bowl Winners, Emmy and Oscar winning Writers, Producers, Actor and Actresses. His personal research has led to the principles and practical application of "The Course of Legends." As a Sports Performance Specialist since 1972, Dr. Harrison has consulted with numerous Olympic and professional sports teams, including such top Performers as George Brett, Greg Maddux, Billy Casper and Jim Colbert. He was involved in the "behind the scenes" changes and performance development of several organizations including the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Royals in the 1970's, the San Diego Padres in 1984, the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1989 and the Atlanta Braves in the 1990's. Currently, Dr. Harrison is a consultant with Callaway Golf, Inc., Scripps Clinic Shiley Sports and Health Center, Pros for America's Youth, the Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves and Kansas City Royalds. Dr. Harrison has been credited by 1995 and 1996 Senior PGA Tour champion Jim Colbert as being a key reason for his improved golf perfomance over the years. Dr. Harrison has also worked with golf greats Billy Casper, Carol Mann, John Schroeder, Dale Douglass, Butch Baird, and numerous top instructors including Jimmy Ballard, Dr. Craig Farnsworth *a member of Nick Faldo's team of experts), Ray Carrasco, Gary Wiren, Shirley Spork, Shirley Englehorn and Rick Rhoads. He has lectured widely with PGA Sections of teaching professionals, the PGA, LPGA and National Golf Foundation national meetings as well as written numerous articles for golf publications, Golf Magazine, Golf World, Aqua Field, etc. Dr. Harrison and his partner, Allan Jay Friedman, have recently completed a golf book, "Dr. Magic and AJ Meet The Legends of Golf."

Richard L. Rosenfield, a co-founder, was named Co-President in January 2004 and has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer since July 2003 and as Co-Chairman of the Board since our formation in October 1985. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Rosenfield had also served as Co-Chief Executive Officer. In January 2002, Mr. Rosenfield co-founded LA Food Show, Inc., a restaurant operating company and now one of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, and served as co-president of that company. Prior to founding California Pizza Kitchen, he practiced law as a principal of Flax and Rosenfield, Inc. after serving with the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Appellate Section in Washington, D.C. and as an Assistant United States Attorney, Special Prosecutions Section of the Criminal Division, in Los Angeles. Mr. Rosenfield also serves on the board of directors of Callaway Golf Company.

Ronald S. Beard has been a director of the Company since January 2004. Mr. Beard has also served as a Director of Callaway Golf Company since June 2001 acting as Chair of their Audit Committee and as lead independent director. Mr. Beard is currently a partner in the Zeughauser Group, consultants to the legal industry. Mr. Beard is a retired former partner of the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He joined the firm in 1964, served as Chairman of the firm from April 1991 until December 2001, and was also its Managing Partner from April 1991 until mid-1997. Mr. Beard served as Callaway Golf Company's general outside counsel from 1998 until he joined its Board of Directors. He received his law degree in 1964 from Yale Law School.

John C. Cushman, III. Mr. Cushman, 65, has served as a Director of the Company since April 2003. He has been Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. since it merged with Cushman Realty Corporation in 2001, which he co-founded in 1978. Mr. Cushman also serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer of Cushman Winery Corporation, which is the owner of Zaca Mesa Winery, and which he co-founded in 1972. He began his career with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., a commercial real estate firm, from 1963 to 1978. Currently, Mr. Cushman also serves on the boards of D.A. Cushman Realty Corporation and Inglewood Park Cemetery. Mr. Cushman is a graduate of Colgate University (1963) and he completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.

Mr. Lundgren, 57, was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in March 2009. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Stanley Works, a worldwide supplier of consumer products, industrial tools and security solutions for professional, industrial and consumer use. Prior to joining The Stanley Works in 2004, Mr. Lundgren served as President – European Consumer Products, of Georgia Pacific Corporation and also held various positions in finance, manufacturing, corporate development and strategic planning with Georgia Pacific and its predecessor companies, namely James River Corporation from 1995 - 1997 and Fort James Corporation from 1997 - 2000. Mr. Lundgren began his business career in brand management at the Gillette Corporation. Mr. Lundgren has been a director of The Stanley Works since 2004 and is a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). Mr. Lundgren is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from Stanford University.

Krista Dunton was born in Atherton California, where she began learning the game at age of 9 at the Stanford University Golf Course. A graduate from the University of Michigan, she played the LPGA Futures Tour for several years before deciding to pursue teaching full time. Krista began her teaching career as the Director of Instruction at Forsgate Country Club in New Jersey where she also coached the Princeton University Golf Team. She is a "Class A" member of the PGA and LPGA. During her ten years in New Jersey she was awarded the PGA Teacher of the Year for the New Jersey Section in 2001; and LPGA Northeast Section Teacher of the Year and the LPGA National Teacher of the Year in 2002. She was named one of the 12 most influential people in golf in New Jersey and was listed as a top instructor by Golf Magazine and Golf Digest. Since 1999, she has been on the Golf For Women Magazine Advisory Staff and recognized as one of their Top 50 Teachers. Krista is a Master Staff Member of Callaway Golf. In 2006, she was named the PGA Carolinas Section "Teacher of the Year". She has been listed by Golf Digest as a top teacher in South Carolina 2005, 2006 and 2007. Krista knows what to fix in your swing, and what to leave alone. A former student of Jim Hardy, she has the expertise to understand and solve any swing and help any player take their game to the next level.

William C. Baker has been a director of the Company since January, 2004. Mr. Baker also serves as a director of Public Storage, Inc. and California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. Previously, Mr. Baker served as a Director of Callaway Golf Company and of La Quinta Corporation (f/k/a The Meditrust Companies), President and Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., a subsidiary of Magna International, Inc., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Santa Anita Companies, Inc., Chairman of Santa Anita Realty Enterprises, Inc. and Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Santa Anita Operating Company. Mr. Baker also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Red Robin International, Inc. (a restaurant chain) from May 1993 to May 1995, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Carolina Restaurant Enterprises, Inc. from August 1992 to December 1995. He was the principal shareholder and Chief Executive Officer of Del Taco, Inc. from 1977 until it was sold in 1988. Mr. Baker received his law degree in 1957 from the University of Texas.
