Jeff Cavins is a technology veteran with over 19 years of senior-level experience in emerging growth technology, software, Internet, and digital media companies. Prior to CallWave, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of Loudeye Corporation (NASDAQ: LOUD), a global leader in digital media distribution technology, which was subsequently acquired by Nokia. During his tenure, he expanded the company globally, developed strategic partnerships with such companies as Microsoft, Nokia, and Virgin, and grew shareholder value by over 1700 percent. As Senior Vice President for Exodus Communications, a leading managed hosting and interactive web services company, he was responsible for almost a billion dollars in revenue, 1100 employees and strategic partnerships with such industry leaders as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. Prior to that, Mr. Cavins served as President and CEO of CSI Digital, an advanced technology software and systems company developing visual interactive technologies for the TV and Film Industries. CSI Digital was recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2007, as the 100th fastest growing private company in America and in the same year, it won first place in the first ever Deloitte and Touche Fast-50 Program. Prior to CSI, he spent nearly a decade in the Broadcast Division of Sony Corporation. Mr. Cavins is a member of the Board of Directors for CallWave. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Human BioMolecular Research Institute in San Diego and is a former Venture Advisor at Azure Capital in San Francisco.

Mark Stubbs joins CallWave with a strong finance and operations background. Prior to CallWave, Stubbs served as the Chief Financial Officer for SoundID, a privately-held consumer and medical products technology company. Stubbs was responsible for overall financial management, global operations and supported strategic business development initiatives. Prior to joining Sound ID, Mr. Stubbs was with Somera Communication, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMRA), a leading global provider of telecommunications network asset management solutions. Stubbs held a number of management positions including Director of Global Finance Operations, Vice President of Supply Chain Management and Vice President and Managing Director of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, & Asia Pacific) region where he demonstrated success in business development, compliance requirements, effective cost and cash management strategies, and global operations. Prior to that, Stubbs held various financial management positions at Kinko's Inc., a leading provider of business document solutions and services. Mr. Stubbs holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Master's Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. John M. Greathouse has served as our executive vice president of sales and business development since August 2004. From August 1999 to August 2004, Mr. Greathouse served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of strategic development for Citrix Online, an online access, support and collaboration software and services company. From January 1994 to August 1999, Mr. Greathouse served as the chief financial officer and vice president of business development at Computer Motion, Inc., a medical robotics company. Mr. Greathouse received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and a masters of business administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

David A. Giannini has served as our vice president of engineering since December 2000. From April 2000 to December 2000, Mr. Giannini also held the position of engineering director. From June 1986 to April 2000, Mr. Giannini served as technical manager for Digital Sound Company, a digital signal processing technology company. Mr. Giannini received a bachelor of science degree and a masters of science degree, both in computer science, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

David S. Trandal is a co-founder and has served as our vice president of operations, secretary and a director since our inception. Mr. Trandal has also served as president of Liberty Telecom, LLC, our wholly-owned subsidiary, since March 1999. Mr. Trandal received a bachelor of science degree in engineering from the University of Arizona and a masters of science degree in engineering from Stanford University.

Peter V. Sperling has been with Apollo Group since 1983. Mr. Sperling was appointed Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in December 2007. Mr. Sperling has been a Senior Vice President since June 1998. Mr. Sperling was Secretary from June 2006 to December 2007 and Treasurer from December 2006 to December 2007. Mr. Sperling was the Vice President of Administration from 1992 to June 1998 and the Secretary and Treasurer of Apollo Group, Inc. from 1988 to February 2003. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Sperling was the Director of Operations at Apollo Education Corporation. From 1983 to 1987, Mr. Sperling was Director of Management Information Services of Apollo Group, Inc. Mr. Sperling received his M.B.A. from University of Phoenix and his B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Sperling is the son of John G. Sperling.

Raj Raithatha was elected as a director on October 2, 2006. Mr. Raithatha previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Versatel International NV, a provider of fixed and mobile telephony products. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer of Vesatel, Mr. Raithatha served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Versatel, Mr. Raithatha served as the European Chief Financial Officer for ACC Corporation, a provider of long distance switched and private line telecommunications services. Mr. Raithatha holds a degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Cardiff, Wales, and is a Qualified Chartered Accountant.
