Kishore Bopardikar is Founder and President of Calypso, since its inception. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Bopardikar worked at Infinity Financial Technology, where his roles included Chief Technology Officer and Director of Software Engineering and prior to that at Daisy Systems developing software tools for chip designers. Mr. Bopardikar has a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of South Florida, Tampa.

Anthony De Cicco leads Calypso's Professional Services organization and is responsible for consulting operations worldwide. Mr. De Cicco was previously at VERITAS Software, Inc. where he held positions of Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Systems Engineering. Under Mr. De Cicco's leadership, the global professional services organization grew from revenues of approximately $12M to $100M in four years, and the number of personnel in the organization grew from approximately 30 to over 300 worldwide. Prior to VERITAS Software Inc., Tony was Vice President for Informix Software, Inc. where he ran the Professional Services, Systems Engineering, and Tool Development organizations. Mr. Codd is Calypso's lead independent director. As the Board's financial expert, Mr. Codd chairs the Audit Committee. Mr. Codd previously served at PeopleSoft, Inc. as CFO, Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, and Secretary. During his 7-year tenure at PeopleSoft, he marshaled PeopleSoft's successful Initial Public Offering in 1992 and the company grew its annual revenues from $15 million to $1.5 billion. More recently, Mr. Codd was President, CEO and Secretary at spin-out software firm Momentum Business Applications, Inc. which was later repurchased by PeopleSoft. Mr. Codd previously held management roles at MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., Wyse Technology and Tandem Computers, Inc. and currently serves as an independent business consultant. Mr. Codd also serves on the Board of Directors of Agile Software, Interwoven, Adept Technology, and two privately-held technology companies.

Mas Nakachi has extensive experience in various segments of the financial services industry and has been involved with numerous technology iniatives as well. He is currently a Senior Analyst with Calypso Technology, Inc., a financial technology company developing state-of-the-art derivatives trading systems for global financial institutions, where he specializes in Credit Derivatives, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Structured Finance. Prior to his involvement with Calypso, he co-founded Bay Harbor Partners, a private equity advisory firm focused on the secondary market for venture capital and private equity interests and served in associate and product management roles at other private equity and technology companies, respectively. Mr. Nakachi started his career in research and Sales and Trading of fixed-income and fixed-income derivatives products. He earned a B.S. in Finance and Philosophy from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mr. Erhili is the Chief Technology Officer of Calypso. Prior to founding Calypso, Mr. Erhili was at Infinity Financial Technology, where he worked on the firm's core foundation products, as well as doing extensive customer consulting and at Ilog where he conceived and developed IlogViews, an interface builder that became the company's main product. Mr. Erhili graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, receiving an engineering degree with a specialty in computer science and dual master's degrees from the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussees and the Universite Paris VI in France.
