Mr. Klosk joined Cambrex in October 1992 and currently serves in the role of President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Cambrex Corporation Board of Directors. Mr. Klosk joined the Company as Vice President, Administration and was appointed Executive Vice President, Administration in October 1996. He assumed the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Cambrex Pharma and Biopharmaceutical Business Unit in October 2003. In February 2007 he was appointed to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & President, Pharmaceutical Products and Services. From 1988 until he joined Cambrex, Mr. Klosk was Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary for The Genlyte Group, Inc.

Dr. Russolo is President, Cambrex Profarmaco and joined the Company in 1994 with the acquisition of Profarmaco Nobel S.r.l. in Milan Italy, where he served as Managing Director since 1982. Dr. Russolo joined Profarmaco in 1971. Upon the acquisition of Profarmaco Nobel S.r.l., Dr. Russolo continued serving in the role of Managing Director until 2000, when he was appointed to President, Cambrex Profarmaco Business Unit, the position he is currently assuming.

Mr. Sargen joined Cambrex in February 2003 and has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2007. Mr. Sargen previously held the position of Vice President, Finance. Previously, he was with Exp@nets, Inc. from 1999 to 2002, serving in the roles of Executive Vice President, Finance/Chief Financial Officer and Vice President/Corporate Controller. From 1996 to 1998, he was with Fisher Scientific International’s Chemical Manufacturing Division, serving in the roles of Vice President, Finance and Controller. Mr. Sargen has also held various positions in finance, accounting and audit with Merck & Company, Inc., Heat and Control, Inc., and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Thauer joined Cambrex in August 1989 and currently serves in the role of Senior Vice President, Law and Environment, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. He joined the Company as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and was appointed Vice President, Law and Environment in December 1992. He was appointed to his current position in January 2001. From 1987 until 1989, he was Counsel to the business and finance group of the firm of Crummy, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger and Vecchione. From 1971 to 1987, Mr. Thauer held various positions with Avon Products, Inc., including U.S. Legal Department Head and Corporate Assistant Secretary.

Mr. Farrell joined Cambrex in September 2005 and has served as Vice President and Corporate Controller since July 2007. Mr. Farrell previously held the position of Corporate Controller. Mr. Farrell was briefly employed during a part of 2008 by PDI, Inc. as Vice President and Corporate Controller/Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Farrell returned to Cambrex in late 2008. From 1994 until 2005, he was with Ingersoll-Rand Company, most recently as Director, Accounting Policy, Procedures and External Reporting. Mr. Farrell was with Ernst & Young from 1988 to 1994, most recently as Audit Manager.

Director since 1995 and Chairman of the Governance Committee and member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Chairman of Remington Arms Co. since December 1997 and from December 1997 until April 1999 was also Chief Executive Officer. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Hendrix was a Principal of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc., a private investment firm. Prior thereto, Mr. Hendrix was with Reliance Electric Company, a manufacturer and seller of industrial and telecommunications equipment and services, since 1973, where he held a series of executive level positions, most recently Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors since 1992. Mr. Hendrix is a member of the Boards of Directors of Keithley Instruments, Inc., and NACCO Industries, Inc. He is also Chairman of the Clemson University Board of Trustees.

Mr. Bethune has served as our Executive Chairman since August 2007. He has been a member of the board since 2005 and was appointed chairman on May 21, 2007. He is also a member of the Board of Cambrex Corporation. From 1999 until his retirement, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Atrix Laboratories, a drug delivery and product development company. Prior to Atrix Laboratories, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of IVAX Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. Before joining IVAX, Mr. Bethune began a start-up pharmaceutical company venture formed by Mayo Medical Ventures, a business unit of Mayo Clinics of Rochester. Mr. Bethune previously served as group vice president of American Cyanamid Company and a member of the Executive Committee where he had executive authority for human biologicals, consumer health products, pharmaceuticals and ophthalmics as well as global medical research. He was also President of the Lederle Laboratories Division of American Cyanamid Company. Mr. Bethune received a B.A. degree in accounting and economics from Lenior-Rhyne College, Hickory, North Carolina and Masters in Business Administration in the Executive Program from Columbia University Graduate School.

Mr. Beckett is chairman of the R.W. Beckett Corporation, a manufacturing business in Ohio, and a director of the Graphic Packaging Corporation, a NYSE-listed manufacturing company headquartered in Marietta, Ga. He is also a board member of The King's College in New York City and the author of two books. Mr. Beckett is married to Wendy Beckett.

Mr. Beshar joined NPS in November 2007. He is a former CFO of various public and private companies and has more than twenty five years of general and financial management experience. Most recently, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Cambrex Corporation, a global life sciences company, and senior vice president and chief financial officer at Dendrite International, a leading provider of services to the life sciences industry. Mr. Beshar began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a certified public accountant, obtained his undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Michigan State University and is a graduate of The Executive Program at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Peter Tombros has served as a Board Director since 1998 and in January 2008 was appointed Chairman. Previously, he served as Lead Director since May 2006. Since 2005, Mr. Tombros has served as Professor and executive in residence in the Eberly College of Science B.S./M.B.A. Program at Pennsylvania State University. Formerly, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of VivoQuest, a private biopharmaceutical company. From 1994 until June 2001, Mr. Tombros served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly held biopharmaceutical company. Prior to joining Enzon, Mr. Tombros spent 25 years with Pfizer Inc., a global healthcare company in a variety of senior management positions including Vice President of Marketing, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Roerig Pharmaceuticals Division, Executive Vice President of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Division, Director of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals Division, Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning, and Vice President, Corporate Officer, Pfizer Inc. Mr. Tombros is Chairman of PharmaNet Development Group, Inc. and is a Board Director at Cambrex and Protalex, all publicly held life science companies. Peter Tombros earned B.S. and M.S. degrees from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Graduate School of Business.
