Cambridge Heart (www.cambridgeheart.com) is engaged in the development and commercialization of products for the non-invasive diagnosis of cardiac disease, particularly the identification of those at risk of sudden cardiac arrest. The Company's products incorporate its proprietary Microvolt T-Wave Alternans measurement technologies, coupled with its patented Spectral Analytic Method and ultra-sensitive disposable electrode sensors. Only Spectral Analytic Method MTWA tests are reimbursed by Medicare under its National Coverage Policy that covers patients with a wide variety of cardiac symptoms. Other major insurers in the USA also have coverage policies for the test. The T-Wave Alternans test is included in the Guideline for Management of Patients with Ventricular Arrhythmias and the Prevention of Sudden Cardiac Death jointly developed by the American College of Cardiology (ACC), The American Heart Association (AHA) and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). The Company, founded in 1990, is based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts and is traded on the OTCBB under the symbol CAMH.

Dr. Ali Haghighi-Mood is VP of Research & Development / Operations. He joined Cambridge Heart in January, 1997 as a research scientist coming from an academic background. From January 2000 to January 2002 he served as the Manager of R&D and the Director of Research from January 2002 to July 2003. During his tenure at Cambridge Heart, Dr. Haghighi-Mood has been a driving force behind the company's research and development efforts. He is the inventor of a number of US and European patents including the company's proprietary technology, the Analytic Spectral Method for the Measurement of T-Wave Alternans. Dr. Haghighi-Mood holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tehran and a Ph.D degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Sussex, UK.

Mr. Florence joined the Company in July 2006 as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Florence has extensive experience over the last 20 years in the cardiac medical device and diagnostic industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, sales and general management with industry leaders such as Abbott Laboratories, Bayer and the Moore Medical Subsidiary of McKesson. Most recently Mr. Florence was Vice President of Sales at CardioDynamics where he was responsible for growing the sales force from 3 to 5 regions totaling 60 direct sales representatives. Additionally, Mr. Florence had matrix management responsibility for the company's nurse clinical applications team, during which time the team grew from 15 to 25 members. Mr. Florence holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Northeastern University and an MBA from the Northeastern University Graduate School of Business in Boston.

Bob LaRoche is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the marketing and sales of medical devices. Prior to joining InfraReDx, he led market development and reimbursement strategic initiatives at Cambridge Heart Inc. that lead to early adoption product use , Medicare and private insurance reimbursement and ACC/AHA clinical guidelines recommendations for Microvolt Twave Alternans testing. Prior to that position, Mr. LaRoche was President of Octant Marketing, Inc. a medical products consulting company which assisted companies with clinical product evaluations, market research, sales distribution, product positioning, and strategic planning. He gained startup company experience while at Vision Sciences, Inc. where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Bob spent 10 years at C.R. Bard, starting as a sales representative with the interventional radiology division. He was Sales Representative of the Year at Bard Interventional Products and then started his ascent through the marketing ranks of the Gastroenterology and Cardiology Divisions. This led to the position of Director of Marketing at the USCI division of CR Bard with responsibility for the OTW balloon angioplasty and specialty guidewire products. He holds a BS degree in Marine Fisheries Biology from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Bob is a member of the Advisory Board for US Endoscopy (Mentor, OH), a privately held flexible endoscopy device company as well as a Board member with Endomedical Technologies (Eden Prairie, MN).
