Frank Trumbower is retired chief executive officer of Cambridge Technology Partners, Inc., a venture capital firm with offices in New England, Metropolitan D.C. and Menlo Park, California. Cambridge specialized in early-stage investments in computer and communications technologies. A Marshall Scholar, Trumbower holds a bachelor's degree from the University of San Francisco and a master's degree and Ph.D. from the London School of Economics. He served as the chief economist of the Office of Economic Opportunity under President Lyndon B. Johnson and also served as chief economist of the African Development Corporation.

In her role as director of professional services, Susan Connolly leads the EnvoyWorldWide team responsible for design and implementation of customer applications. Susan has more than 16 years of experience in information technology, most recently as director, Net Solutions Group for Novell, Inc., where she was responsible for solutions strategy and implementation. As vice president at Cambridge Technology Partners, Susan held a variety of management positions with corporate, national, and regional responsibilities. Her experiences include designing and building custom applications, client relationship management, business operations management, and consulting practice leadership. Susan was instrumental in establishing new offices and integrating acquisitions in both previous organizations. Ms. Connolly graduated cum laude from Wellesley College with a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Frank Paolino has 15 years of software industry experience, delivering software solutions for customer management, enterprise information, and e-commerce for companies of all sizes, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. He is an experienced leader in software development, architecture design, database design, and technology evaluation. As an associate director for Cambridge Technology Partners, he designed and managed delivery of high-profile systems such as online shipping for United Parcel Service. As chief technology officer for Reactive Search, Paolino directed product development for the company's intelligent search engine.

Carmine Cirella has over 16 years of experience in managing the delivery of value to customers, gained in both industry roles such as at Dofasco Inc. (a large integrated steel manufacturer), and in the consulting field at Cambridge Technology Partners (an international system integration and consulting firm). A graduate in computer engineering, Carmine has managed solution implementations that have included condition-based maintenance, enterprise asset management, and predictive technologies as well as business process reengineering and change management. As a principal at Cambridge Technology Partners, Carmine helped to lead the company through a period of rapid growth, culminating in the company's acquisition by Novell. Carmine's mix of technical depth and professional consulting roles enables him to focus Ivara's solution delivery on customer value, while at the same time using customer input to steer the Ivara offerings to meet evolving market needs.

Hildagarde joined I.T. Alliance in August 2001. In her current remit she is responsible for the operation of the Shared Services Centre. The centre consists of centralised back office, which incorporates Finance, HR, resourcing and information management. Hildagarde is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and a Grad Dip (Hons) in Information Technology. Previously, Hildagarde worked in practice before joining Cambridge Technology Partners. Cambridge Technology Partners is the global eServices subsidiary of Novell, Inc. specialising in the implementation of e-based enterprise solutions such as ERP, CRM, B2B and e-procurement.

Joerg Senekowitsch is a principal architect with the IT-consultancy Cambridge Technology Partners. Cambridge Technology Partners (formed in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1991), a subsidiary of Novell Inc., is a world-leading IT consulting company specializing in the development and implementation of IT strategies for customer relationship management and business integration, and in the optimization of related marketing, sales and service processes. Joerg's main area of expertise is Java/J2EE. He has extensive experience in implementing BEA WebLogic and BEA WebLogic Integration as well as in developing Web Services and portal concepts. He joined Cambridge in 1998, after pursuing academic research at the Joint Institute for Laboratory Astrophysics (JILA) in Boulder, Colorado, the University of Texas at Austin, and Idaho State University. Joerg Senekowitsch holds a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry.

Mike Wright joined Knightsbridge in 2000. Responsible for all sales and business development efforts globally, Mike's leadership contributed to Knightsbridge's rapid revenue growth through the addition of new customers and expansion of Knightsbridge's presence with existing customers. Previously, Mike worked at DayNine, Inc., a business-to-business information technology consulting company, where he was chief operating officer, managing all operational aspects of the company's services. He designed and implemented processes for sales, sales management, forecasting, delivery, recruiting and hiring, performance management, career development, and operations. Prior to that, he was vice president of business development for Fry Multimedia, where he led all customer-facing activities including sales, marketing, account management, and product development, and was responsible for development and implementation of sales strategy. Prior experience includes 16 years with Cap Gemini and three years at Cambridge Technology Partners, where his most recent position was a market leader with responsibility for marketing, sales, delivery, and profit and loss for all services throughout the Central United States. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in General Business from Eastern Kentucky University.
