"Mr. Holmes has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1989. Mr. Holmes is also the president and majority owner of Consumers Fuel Company in Belfast, Maine, a position he has held for 22 years. "

Laurel J. Bouchard. Ms. Bouchard joined the Company in May 1999 as Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Administration in January 2001, and then to Chief Administrative Officer in January 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Bouchard worked 17 years for Merrill Trust Company/Fleet Bank, having served as Senior Vice President and District Manager at the time of her departure.

Mr. Spear became a Director of Camden National Bank in 2006. Previously he was a Director of UnitedKingfield beginning in 2000. Mr. Spear was also director of KSB Bancorp, Inc. ("KSB") and Kingfield Savings Bank from March 1993 until the Company acquired KSB in December 1999 and Kingfield Savings Bank's merger with United Bank in February 2000. Mr. Spear was the Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer of the University of Maine at Farmington.

Mr. Dufour is President and Chief Executive Officer of Camden National Corporation, effective January 1, 2009. He joined Camden National Corporation in April 2001 as senior vice president of finance and principal financial officer. In August 2002, he assumed the additional responsibilities of operations and technology. In January 2004, Mr. Dufour was named president and chief operating officer of Camden National Bank and chief banking officer of Camden National Corporation. He was named chief executive officer of Camden National Bank in January 2006. Mr. Dufour is currently the chief executive officer for Acadia Trust, N.A. Mr. Dufour serves as a director of Camden National Bank as well as Acadia Trust, N.A.

Ms. Campbell joined the Company in 1996 as vice president, manager of Residential Real Estate, was promoted to senior vice president, Compliance, Audit & CRA in 2002, and then to senior vice president, Risk Management in 2005. Ms. Campbell joined the executive team in 2008 and has responsibility for the Company’s risk management. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Campbell worked for Salem Five Mortgage Corporation and the Fleet Mortgage Group.

Mr. Greene joined Union Trust Company in 1982 as a Branch Manager Trainee and worked up through the operations and information technology departments of the organization, culminating in a position as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer. Following the Company’s acquisition of Union Trust in 2008, Mr. Greene joined the executive team and has responsibility for operational functions and oversight.

Timothy P. Nightingale. Age 51. Mr. Nightingale joined the Company in March 2000 as Regional Vice President of UnitedKingfield Bank. In 2001, Mr. Nightingale was named Senior Lending Officer at UnitedKingfield Bank and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2003. In September 2006, the Company merged UnitedKingfield Bank into Camden National Bank, at which time Mr. Nightingale was named Senior Vice President, Senior Lending Officer for Camden National Bank.

June B. Parent. Age 45. Ms. Parent rejoined the Company in July 1995 and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources in 1999. In December 2003, she made a career change to the retail banking division of the Bank and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Senior Retail Sales Manager.

Susan M. Westfall. Age 52. Ms. Westfall joined the Company in 1979 and has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of the Company since 2001. During 2008 Ms. Westfall served as Interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officer from July 3, 2008 to August 31, 2008.

Ms. Bresnahan joined the board of directors of Acadia Trust, N.A. in January 2009. She has been a director of the Company and Camden National Bank since 1990. She has been a full-time volunteer and civic leader since 1970.

Mr. O'Hara joined the Board of Camden National Bank in 2007. Mr. O'Hara is the Vice President of the O'Hara Corporation, a fourth generation family-owned business operating in Maine and Massachusetts for one hundred years and supporting maritime-industry and seafaring traditions. Previously, Mr. O'Hara was with Frost & Bryant in Camden and Goudy & Stevens Shipbuilding in East Boothbay. Mr. O'Hara is a member of the Penobscot Bay Area Chamber of Commerce and the North Pacific Fishing Vessel Owners Association. Mr. O'Hara serves as a board member of Coastal Affordable Housing.

James H. Page. Dr. Page joined the Company s Board of Directors in February 2008. Dr. Page is the Chief Executive Officer of the James W. Sewall Company in Old Town, Maine, which provides comprehensive consulting services in forestry, engineering, and geographic information management for municipal government, utilities, and the natural resource industry. Dr. Page joined the James W. Sewall Company in 1997 following a career in academia. Dr. Page is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maine at Orono. He is the founding director of the Gulf of Maine Oceanographic Observing System.

Mr. Markos, Jr. became a Director of Camden National Bank in 2008. Formerly, he was a Director of Union Bankshares Company from 1998 until its merger with Camden National Bank in January 2008. Mr. Markos is currently general manager of Maine Shellfish Company and serves as president of the Maine Seafood Alliance, a shellfish industry organization. Previously, Mr. Markos was in private law practice and served as the Assistant District Attorney for Hancock County.

Mr. Holmes has been a director of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank since 1989. Mr. Holmes is the president and majority owner of Consumers Fuel Company in Belfast, Maine, a position he has held for 22 years.

Dr. Hedlund became a Director of Camden National Bank in 2006. Previously she was a Director of UnitedKingfield Bank beginning in 2000. Dr. Hedlund has served as President of Eastern Maine Community College for the past ten years. Dr. Hedlund has been with the college for 16 years, and prior to becoming President she held roles including Vice President and Assistant Academic Dean. Prior to coming to Eastern Maine Community College, Dr. Hedlund served in various positions at the University of Maine, the University of Maine at Fort Kent and Husson College.

Ms. Stanley joined the Company’s board of directors in January 2008 following Camden National Corporation’s merger with Union Bankshares Company and was named vice chairman of Camden National Corporation in January 2009. Ms. Stanley was a director of Union Bankshares Company. Previously, Ms. Stanley served with Priority Management, an international training and development firm as a member of the senior management team with their international headquarters. Prior to that, she served as vice president of personal banking for overseas executives with Citibank N.A. Ms. Stanley began her career in sales with the Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Blyberg joined the Camden National Bank Board of Directors following the Camden National Bank and Union Bankshares Company merger in January 2008. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman of Camden National Bank. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Union Bankshares Company. He has served in a number of positions in the government, the military and in the banking industry. Mr. Blyberg was a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where he served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Blyberg currently serves on the ABA Community Bankers Council.

Bob is President and Chief Executive Officer for the holding company, Camden National Corporation. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acadia Trust, N.A., he also serves on the Board of Directors of Camden National Corporation and Camden National Bank. Bob began his career in banking with Fleet Bank, formerly known as Industrial National Bank, in Providence, Rhode Island. In 1996, he ended his 25-year career with the Fleet organization, serving last as Regional President with responsibility for Fleet's northern and eastern markets in Maine.

Mr. Campbell joined the Company’s board of directors in November 1999. He has been a director of Acadia Trust, N.A. since its acquisition in July 2001 and was named chairman of the Acadia Trust, N.A. board in January 2009. He has been a partner in the investment management firm of Beck, Mack & Oliver in New York, New York, since 1991.

"Ms. Weymouth joined the board of Camden National Bank in 1999. Ms. Weymouth is a principal of Megunticoook Management & Realty in Camden, Maine. A real estate broker since 1974, Ms. Weymouth's certifications include the National Center for Housing Management, Certified Manager of Community Association, Institute of Real Estate Management, and Accredited Resident Managers. Ms. Weymouth also holds the only Professional Community Association Manager designation for the State of Maine. Ms. Weymouth is a member of the Maine Real Estate Manager Association. "

Theodore C. Johanson. Previously a Director of KSB Bancorp, Inc. ( KSB ), Mr. Johanson became a Director of the Company concurrent with its acquisition of KSB in December 1999. Mr. Johanson was a Director of KSB and Kingfield Savings Bank from October 1996 until the Company acquired KSB in December 1999 and Kingfield Savings Bank s merger with United Bank in February 2000, at which time Mr. Johanson became a Director of UnitedKingfield Bank. In September 2006, the Company merged UnitedKingfield Bank into Camden National Bank, at which time Mr. Johanson became a Director of Camden National Bank. Mr. Johanson is currently the Managing Director of Harbor Wharf, LLC. Formerly, Mr. Johanson was the President of Falcon Shoe Company in Lewiston, Maine from 1963 until 2000.

Win is the president and founder of Flagstaff Ventures LLC, a provider of consulting services to the forest products industry and an importer of manufactured wood products. Prior to Flagstaff, he founded, operated and sold the Timber Resource Group LLC, a forest resource management and procurement firm. Win served as the VP of Operations for United Timber Corp., a lumber manufacturing firm, before founding TRG. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of UnitedKingfield Bank and is on the board of directors of Camden National Corp. Win earned a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Wharton MBA program at the University of Pennsylvania.
