Camden Property Trust

Richard Campo is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Camden Property Trust. Mr. Campo has served in this capacity since May 1993. As the Chairman and CEO of one of the nation’s largest multifamily Real Estate Investment Trusts, Mr. Campo holds strategic roles within the real estate industry. He serves on the Executive Board as Vice Chairman for the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), is an Executive Committee Member for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT). Mr. Campo began his real estate career after graduating from Oregon State University in 1976. After working for a private Houston real estate company, Mr. Campo co-founded Camden’s predecessor companies in 1982 and has spent almost 25 years building a company of great people that are renown for their management proficiency, their development and construction capabilities and their savvy in the areas of technology, training and marketing. He has led the development, management, acquisition and disposition of real estate properties valued in excess of $10 billion; and under his leadership, Camden has grown from a Texas-based real estate firm with assets valued at $200 million in 1993 to an industry leader with a national footprint and assets valued at more than $7 billion. As an active participant in the Houston community, Mr. Campo is involved in numerous local charitable organizations such as the Alexis de Tocqueville Society Steering Committee, a United Way organization. He was recently honored for his support of the Irvin Kaplan Children’s Scholarship Fund, which benefits children of all religious and ethnic backgrounds in need of financial assistance for infant care, day care, summer camp and special needs programs offered at the Jewish Community Center. Mr. Campo serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations that focus on the economic development, business outlook and future growth of Houston, including the Center of Houston’s Future, Central Houston, Inc., Buffalo Bayou Partnership and the Greater Houston Community Foundation. Mr. Campo is also the Chairman of the Houston Convention Center Hotel Corporation and the former Finance Committee Chair, Secretary and Treasurer for the Harris County Houston Sports Authority, which was responsible for the design, development, financing and construction of Houston's baseball stadium, Minute Maid Park, Reliant Center, which hosted the 2004 NFL Super Bowl XXXVIII, and the Toyota Center, home of the Houston Rockets. Mr. Campo is a frequent speaker on real estate and development related topics for both industry-related and non-industry conferences and associations and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

D. Keith Oden is President and Trust Manager of Camden Property Trust. Mr. Oden has served in this capacity since 1993 and was co-founder of Camden's predecessor companies in 1982. As a Principal Executive Officer and Director, Mr. Oden drives Camden's strategic initiatives, leads the property operations and corporate support services and promotes the company's culture. After completing his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Oden began his career as a Management Consultant with the then public accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins and Sells in 1979. He joined Century Development Corporation, one of the most active real estate development firms in the Southwest, in 1981 and later became Director of Financial Planning. For more than 20 years, Mr. Oden has been committed to developing one of the best multifamily companies in the industry. Under his purview, Camden successfully completed the mergers of three, well-established real estate companies, Paragon, Oasis Residential and Summit Properties in 1997, 1998 and 2005, respectively and valued at $3.7 billion. Mr. Oden was instrumental in the assimilation of all three companies into Camden’s culture. He also facilitated the side-by-side comparison of the companies’ practices and processes, leveraging a best practices approach to maintain Camden's leadership position within the industry. Under Mr. Oden’s leadership, a cross-functional team was formed to design, develop, and execute a web-based property management system across the portfolio. The result: OneSite was implemented throughout the Camden portfolio – more than 200 communities – in nine months. With the system in place, the pricing engine, YieldStar™, was implemented shortly thereafter. YieldStar™ dispassionately prices our apartment homes to maximize revenue, creating a considerable competitive advantage for the organization. Mr. Oden was the corporate sponsor and ultimate decision-maker in the creation and development of Camden's comprehensive brand strategy. Taking a fully-integrated marketing approach, Camden launched its brand through an award-winning website, corporate and community collateral materials, and a naming convention so that all of our communities are captured under the Camden flagship name. The results are an increase in market recognition and the ability to effectively weather the ups and downs of the real estate cycle. Mr. Oden is a member of the Executive Council of the Center for Real Estate Finance at the University of Texas and serves as advisor, financial supporter, guest lecturer and panelist for the faculty and students pursuing their MBA in real estate finance. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.

Dennis Steen is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Camden Property Trust. He is responsible for Camden’s corporate finance, capital markets, investor relations, accounting, SEC reporting, tax compliance and risk management functions. Mr. Steen joined Camden in August 1999 as the Vice President and Controller and was promoted to his current role in September 2003. Prior to joining Camden, Mr. Steen had 15 years of experience in managing large corporate accounting departments for IKON Document Services, First Interstate Bancorp and Texas Commerce Bancshares. Prior to his corporate experience Dennis was employed by Ernst and Young as a Manager in the audit practice serving various clients in the financial services industry. Mr. Steen received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from The University of Houston in 1981. He is a member of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.

Malcolm Stewart is Executive Vice President, Real Estate Investments of Camden Property Trust. He is Chairman of Camden's Investment Committee and coordinates its real estate investment activities. Additionally, his operating division performs third party real estate services and construction throughout the United States. Mr. Stewart is a 1973 graduate of Texas A & M University. After graduation he served three years as a Regular Army Officer in various assignments. Prior to joining Camden's predecessor company in 1988, Mr. Stewart had responsibility for all design and construction activities at one of the largest and most active development companies in the Southwest, where he began his association with Messrs. Campo and Oden. Mr. Stewart has successfully developed real estate business units such as privatized public development of office buildings, hospitals, governmental facilities, and privatized student housing. While at Camden he has managed several real estate service support groups and has been responsible for the construction of over one billion dollars of real estate assets. Mr. Stewart is actively engaged in community services and is past Commissioner of Youth Baseball in his community; he is on the board of the Giff Nielsen/Roger Clemens Kids Way Charity, and was recently named Humanitarian of the Year for the Gulf Coast Sickle Cell Association. Additionally he is on the Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets Development Council, is a mentor for its program, and is a Director on the Board for the Sam Houston Area Council Boy Scouts of America. He sponsors numerous civic and community support programs such as The American Heart Association, American Cancer Society, Greater Houston Women's Foundation, Shell Houston Open, Ronald McDonald House, Youth FFA program and the Texas Southern University Technology School Board of Advisors.

James Hinton is Senior Vice President, Real Estate Investments of Camden Property Trust. His primary responsibilities include overseeing all facets of multifamily investments: developments, acquisitions, and dispositions. Since joining Camden in 1993, the Real Estate Investment (REI) team has developed 58 projects, totaling over 20,000 units with a value of over $2.2 billion. In 2003, Hinton assumed responsibility for acquisitions and dispositions. Since that time, Camden has acquired and disposed of over $416 million in assets. Mr. Hinton received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in real estate finance from the University of Texas in 1978. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and the State of California.

Steven Eddington is Senior Vice President of Operations for Camden. He is responsible for overseeing all facets of property operations which include six regions with approximately 65,000 apartment units and 1,600 employees. In February 2005, Mr. Eddington assisted in the successful merger with Summit Properties, Inc. That transaction created a combined company with total market capitalization of approximately $5.8 billion. Mr. Eddington joined the Company in 1998 and served in the capacity of Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Western Region. Under his leadership, the Western Region consistently outperformed the competition by creating operating efficiencies, maximizing asset value, focusing on execution, and delivering excellent customer service. Mr. Eddington also assisted with the successful merger of the Oasis and Camden companies, helping to align cultures and identify best practices. Mr. Eddington has expertise and experience which extends more than 20 years in the multifamily industry. During that time, he held executive positions with such notable companies as Clark Financial, Kemper/Cymrot, Balcor, and Insignia. Mr. Eddington has served on the Board of Directors for Apartment Associations in Utah, Texas, Georgia and Florida. Mr. Eddington is a graduate of the University of Utah, and has achieved the following industry designations: Certified Property Manager (C.P.M.); and Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (C.A.P.S.). He currently supports various national and local charities such as the Heart Foundation, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Boy Scouts of America, Toys for Tots, and Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Mr. Webster is Chairman of Global Energy Partners, an affiliate of CSFB Private Equity, since 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Webster was the President and Chief Executive Officer of R&B Falcon Corporation. From the time of its formation in 1991 until 1997, Mr. Webster was the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Falcon Drilling Company, Inc., a predecessor of R&B Falcon Corporation.
