Jack B. Moore is Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cameron. He joined Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in July 1999 as Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere, and was named President of this group in July 2002. He became Cameron’s President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2007, and was named to his current position in April 2008. Mr. Moore has been a Director of Cameron since 2007. Moore was previously with Baker Hughes Incorporated for twenty-three years. While there, he held numerous positions in Manufacturing Management, Market Research, Human Resources and Worldwide Operations. Moore holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves on the board of directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, Spindletop, the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and Memorial Drive United Methodist Church.

Sheldon R. Erikson is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cameron. He has been a Director since 1995, and has been Chairman since 1996. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 through January 2007, and was Chief Executive Officer from January 2007 through March 2008. He was Chairman of the Board from 1988 to April 1995 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to April 1995 of The Western Company of North America (NYSE), a worldwide petroleum service company engaged in pressure pumping, well stimulating and cementing and offshore drilling. Previously, he was President of Joy Petroleum Equipment Group of Joy Manufacturing Company. Prior to joining Joy, he served as President of the Oilfield Services Group of NL Industries, Inc., as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Digicon, Inc., Group Vice President of the Plastic and Chemicals Group of Hoover Universal Corporation and General Manager of the Mining Products Department of General Electric Company. Mr. Erikson has an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and studied engineering and economics at the University of Illinois. He is a director of Rockwood Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Petroleum Council, the American Petroleum Institute, and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, of which he is a past Chairman of the Board.

Hal J. Goldie is President, Subsea Systems Division of Cameron, located in Houston, Texas. Goldie was named to his current position in October 2005. Previously, Goldie was Vice President, Offshore Systems for the Cameron division of Cooper Cameron Corporation. Prior to that Goldie has held various management positions in field operations, sales and marketing for Cameron, including district management positions in the U.K., Scandinavia, Middle East, area management North America and product marketing management for subsea systems in Houston. Goldie joined Cameron Iron Works in August 1969 as an Engineering Apprentice in Livingston, Scotland.

Harold Conway is President, Drilling Systems Division of Cameron located in Houston, Texas. Conway was named to his current position in October 2005. Previously, Conway was Vice President and General Manager, Eastern Hemisphere of Cameron division of the Cooper Cameron Corporation, located in London, UK. Conway has been with Cooper Cameron Corporation companies since 1974. Conway has held various management positions with Cooper Industries, Joy Manufacturing and ACF Industries Conway holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.

Les Hiller is President, Petreco Process Systems Division of Cameron Corporation. Hiller was named to his current position in September 2006. . Previously, Hiller was Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere of the division. Prior to that he served as Vice President Operations, Western Hemisphere of Petreco International, Inc., a joint venture between Sequel Holdings, Inc. and Baker Hughes, Inc. after having worked twenty-seven years at the Petreco division of Petrolite Corporation. Hiller was General Manager of that company when it was acquired by Baker Hughes in 1997. Hiller holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mark Cordell is the President of the Distributed Valves division. Mark is additionally responsible for all V&M operations in Canada. Mark joined Cameron in 2004 as Director of Sales of Distributed Products. Mark was named Vice President and General Manager of the Distributed Valves division and then President of the Distributed and Process Valves divisions and Aftermarket. Mark holds a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State and completed Harvard’s Advanced Management Program.

Charles M. Sledge is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron in July 2001 as Corporate Controller and was named to his current position in December 2008. Sledge had previously been with Stage Stores Inc. since 1996, serving most recently as Senior Vice President-Finance and Treasurer. Prior to joining Stage, he was with Price Waterhouse LLP from 1989 to 1996. Sledge holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a graduate of The Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Christopher A. Krummel is Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Cameron International Corporation, responsible for all accounting functions, including consolidated financial reporting and SEC filings. He joined Cameron in October 2007 and was named to his current position in April 2008. Previously, he was with Enventure Global Technology, serving most recently as chief financial officer. Prior to Enventure, he held financial leadership roles with Petroleum Geo-Services ASA and Price Waterhouse. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Creighton University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

John Carne was named President of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in January, 2007. Carne has also served as a Senior Vice President of Cameron since February, 2006. Carne joined Cameron’s Compression Systems business in 1971 and subsequently held positions as systems designer; manager, Technical Services; area manager, Aftermarket Services; regional manager, Far East; and director of operations, U.K. and Norway. In 1996 he became manager of the Subsea Systems division’s manufacturing facility in Leeds, England and was named operations director, Eastern Hemisphere for the Drilling & Production Systems group in 1999. In April, 2002, Carne became president of Cameron’s Valves & Measurement group and a vice president of the corporation.

William Lemmer is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Cameron. He joined Cameron in July 1999. Lemmer was previously with Oryx Energy Company, where he had served as vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary since 1994, and as chief counsel in Oryx's corporate office from 1988 to 1994. He also held various senior management positions in the upstream and downstream businesses of Sunoco, Inc. from 1979 to 1988; was a staff attorney with the Overseas Private Investment Company from 1976 to 1979; and was an associate with Bigham, Englar, Jones and Houston in New York from 1971 to 1976. Lemmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University Honors College and a J. D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Adam joined Compression Systems in December, 2007 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Adam spent 22 years with Ingersoll-Rand and Dresser-Rand Company in a number of different roles. His most recent assignment was as Director, Human Resources for Dresser-Rand’s North American Operations and Asia Pacific Operations. Adam holds a BSc Honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom.

Britt O. Schmidt is President for the Flow Control division of Cameron. He was named to his current position in May 2008. Prior to his current appointment, Schmidt was Vice President & General Manager of the Flow Control division. Schmidt began his career with Cameron in 1997 in the Corporate office as Project Marketing Manager. Since then, he has held positions as Product Manager, Plant Manager, General Manager, and Director of Operations within the Drilling and Production Systems group of Cameron in both Houston and Germany. Schmidt holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Dave Mefford is Vice President of Engineering for the Valves & Measurement group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in August 1998. Previously, Mefford was Marketing Manager, Surface Systems division of Drilling & Production Systems. Mefford has been with the Cameron companies since 1970, and has also held various management positions with Cooper Industries and Cameron Iron Works. Mefford holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Edward E. Will is Vice President, Marketing for the Drilling and Production Systems division of Cameron and was named to his current position in April 2001. Will was previously Vice President, Surface and Subsea Business and also served as Vice President, Business Development. Will came from Weatherford Enterra where he directed corporate acquisition and business development activities. He previously served as President of the international division of the Western Company of North America and Vice President for several divisions of NL Industries/Baroid Corporation, including its former Shaffer pressure controls equipment division and ACME rental equipment division. Will holds an M.B.A. from The Harvard Business School.

Jeff Altamari is Vice President of Finance for the Valves & Measurement Group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in March 2008. Altamari has been with Cameron since 1999, where he served as Vice President, Finance for the Compression Group for over eight years. Prior to this, Altamari was Worldwide Controller for Ingersoll Rand’s and Atlas Copco’s Centrifugal Compressor Divisions. He was also CFO of Energy Answers Corporation and an auditor for KPMG. Altamari earned a BS degree from Cornell University and an MS in Accounting from the State University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Bartos was named Vice President, Development and Technology for Cameron in May, 2007. He is responsible for identifying and implementing new technology that support Cameron’s engineering processes and product development initiatives. Bartos has served as vice president, engineering and product development for Cameron’s Compression Systems division since 2003. He joined Cameron in 2000 as vice president, engineering for Compression Systems’ centrifugal compressor business and also held leadership roles in the division’s Lean Six Sigma program as well as in reciprocating engineering, information technology and technical training functions. Before joining Cameron, Bartos held similar positions with Ingersoll-Rand and with A-C Compressor. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ.

Joseph H Mongrain is Vice President, Human Resources, for Cameron and is responsible for the Company's worldwide human resources programs. He joined Cameron in June 2006. Mongrain was previously with Schlumberger, where he began his career as a Field Engineer in the Gulf of Mexico. He then moved to the Middle East where he held management positions in multiple locations and functions. He moved into a human resources management role in 1995, serving most recently as Director, Human Resources for one of the firm's global divisions in Houston, and prior to that, as Director, Human Resources for Schlumberger's North and South America region. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Kevin Ernest is Vice President, Marketing of the Valves & Measurement Group, located in Houston. Kevin joined Cameron in October 2008 and prior to this held various executive management positions with Emerson Process Management. Kevin holds a BBA in Marketing as well as a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Kevin Fleming is Vice President of Human Resources for the Drilling and Production Systems group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in March 2008. Previously, he held the positions of Vice President, Human Resources of Valves & Measurement group, Director of International Human Resources for Cameron and Vice President, Human Resources for Cameron’s Subsea Systems division based in London. Prior to joining Cameron, Kevin had over fifteen years experience working in the Consumer Goods Industry, working in various human resource roles in manufacturing in the UK and International markets.

Mahesh joined Compression Systems in December, 2007 as Vice President, Centrifugal compressors. Prior to joining the Company, Mahesh spent 25 years with Ingersoll-Rand Company in a number of different roles. His most recent assignment was as General Manager ,Process air solutions. Mahesh holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi University in India, a Masters of Business Administration from Murray state University in the USA and a General Management Program certification from Duke University in the USA.

Mike joined Compression Systems in April 2007 as Vice President, Engineering and Product Development. Prior to joining Compression Systems, Mike spent 21 years with Dresser-Rand Company in a variety of engineering, development and business related roles. His most recent assignment was as Director, Revamps & Upgrades for their centrifugal, steam turbine, process reciprocating and gas engine product lines. Mike graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Pete Eichler is Vice President of Operations of Cameron’s Valve and Measurement Group. He was named to his current position in June 2007. Previously, Eichler was Vice President Operations, Western Hemisphere, for the Engineered Valves division. Eichler joined Cameron as a result of the acquisition of Precision Castparts Corporation’s valve units in 2004. In addition to being a Vice President at PCC Flow Technologies, Eichler has held various management positions with Taylor Instruments, GCA Corp., Chloride Plc., and Metallgesellschaft AG. Eichler holds a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA degree from the University of Rochester.

R. Scott Amann is Vice President, Investor Relations, for Cameron, responsible for the Company's investor relations and media relations activities. He joined Cameron in April 1995. Amann was previously with Transco Energy Company, where he served most recently as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, responsible for Transco's Corporate Finance, Financial Planning and Treasury departments. In 1989, he was named Transco's Vice President, Financial Relations, where his responsibilities included investor relations, media relations, internal communications and investor services. Amann joined Transco's Investor Relations department in 1983, having previously held several positions at Tenneco Inc. Amann is a cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting, and holds an M.B.A. degree in finance, also from Texas A&M. His professional affiliations have included the National Investor Relations Institute, the Interstate Natural Gas Association and the American Gas Association.

Rick Steans is Vice President, Finance for the Drilling and Production Systems group, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in April 2008. Steans has been with Cameron since 1990. Most recently, he was Vice President of Finance for the Valves and Measurement group. Prior to joining Cameron, he held various positions in accounting and finance with Cooper Industries, LTV Corporation and Ford Motor Company. Steans holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business, both from the University of Florida.

Richard was named Vice President, Reciprocating in May 2007. Prior to this assignment he served as Vice President, Operations for all of Compression Systems. Richard brings extensive knowledge of operational and business processes to the position. Over the past 25 years he has held numerous managerial positions within the Cameron organization. Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration in Industrial Management) from Louisiana State University.

Ron was named Vice President, Aftermarket Sales in 2002. Ron has been with the Company for 36 years. Prior to his current assignment, he spent 24 years in Colorado and held numerous management positions in the aftermarket organization. Ron has extensive experience in all phases of sales and service.

Roslyn (Roz) Larkey, is Vice President of Human Resources for the Valves & Measurement group. Roz joined Cameron in 2000 as Director of Human Resources for Cameron North & South America and Canada and in 2005 moved to the Corporate office as Director of Employee Relations and Organizational Development. In 2006 Roz assumed global responsibility for Surface Systems Human Resources. Before joining Cameron Roz held key HR roles at The Coastal Corporation and at Metamor Worldwide. Roz holds a BA degree from Rice University.

Stephen P. Tomlinson was named Vice President, Operations Support in September 2007. Prior to coming to Cameron, Tomlinson was with Vetco Gray for five years where he held the position of Vice President, Manufacturing – Western Region Operations from 2002 - 2007. Previous to Vetco Gray he was with GE for 23 years, graduating from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program. He held various operations, manufacturing engineering, and quality management positions within GE Transportation, Ordnance Systems and Power Systems. Tomlinson also served as VP, Quality for General Signal / NY Air Brake from 1990 – 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from SUNY Buffalo State College, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a certified Master Black Belt.

Stuart Taylor is Vice President Tax for Cameron International Corporation. He joined Cameron in December 2008. Taylor had previously been with General Electric since 2000, serving most recently as Tax Director. Prior to joining GE, he was with Baker Hughes 1993 to 2000 and prior to that with Ernst & Young. Taylor holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science; a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin; and, is a Certified Public Accountant.

Wayne Wootton is the Vice President-Supply Chain for Compression Systems effective May 31, 2005. Prior to joining Compression Systems, Wayne was with Cameron Iron Works and Cooper Cameron for over 27 years, with his last position with Cameron being International Purchasing Manager. Wayne then joined ABB Vetco Gray for over 6 years where his most recent position was Vice President, Corporate Supply Management. Wayne attended Sam Houston State in Huntsville, TX where he majored in Business Management. While at ABB Vetco Gray, Wayne received his Six Sigma-Black Belt certification.

Mike Schaffner is the Director of Information Technology for Cameron’s Valves & Measurement Group. Mike joined Cameron in April, 2007. Previously Mike worked for oilfield equipment suppliers Lone Star Steel and Dresser-Rand with leadership roles in engineering, accounting/finance, manufacturing operations and IT. Mike has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, a Master of Science in Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Scott Rowe is the President of the Process Valves and Aftermarket division. Scott joined Cameron in 2002 as Corporate Development Manager and has since held significant positions in both Drilling & Production Systems and Valves & Measurement including Vice President & General Manager of the Distributed Valves division. Before joining Cameron Scott served in the US Army and worked for Varco as a project manager. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy (West Point) and an MBA from Harvard University.

Willy Findlay is President of the Engineered Valves division, located in Houston, Texas. He was named to his current position in December 2005. Findlay’s previous position was Vice President and General Manager, Engineered Valves. He has been with the Cameron companies since 1989. Prior to this, he held various management positions with Vetco Gray. Findlay holds a technical qualification from Napier College, University of Edinburgh.

Bruce Wilkinson has been a Director of Cameron since May 2002. Mr. Wilkinson has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since August 2000, and President and Chief Operating Officer from May 2000 to July 2000, of McDermott International, Inc., an energy services company. He was a Principal of Pinnacle Equity Partners, L.L.C., a private equity group, from May 1999 to April 2000; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chemical Logistics Corporation, a company formed to consolidate chemical distribution companies, from April 1998 to April 1999; President and Chief Executive Officer of Tyler Corporation (a diversified manufacturing and service company) from April 1997 to October 1997; Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Proler International, Inc. (a ferrous metals recycling company) from July 1996 to December 1996; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CRSS, Inc. (a global engineering and construction services company) from October 1989 to March 1996.

C. Baker Cunningham has been a Director of Cameron since 1996. Mr. Cunningham served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and director, of Belden CDT Inc., a manufacturer of high-speed electronic cables focusing on products for the specialty electronic and data networking markets, including connectivity, from July 2004 to October 2005. He served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Belden Inc., a wire, cable and fiber optic products manufacturing company, from 1993 to July 2004. He served in positions of increasing responsibility with Cooper Industries, Inc., a diversified manufacturer, marketer and seller of electrical products, tools and hardware from 1970 to 1993, including Executive Vice President, Operations from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Cunningham has a B. S. degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University, an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia institute of Technology and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

David Ross III has been a Director of Cameron since June 1995. Mr. Ross is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University. From 1987 until 1993 he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Sterling Consulting Group, a firm which provides analytical research, planning and evaluation services to companies in the oil and gas industry. Between 1984 and 1987 he was a principal in the Sterling Group, a firm engaged in leveraged buyouts, primarily in the chemical industry, and Camp, Ross, Santoski & Hanzlik, Inc., which provided planning and consulting services to the oil and gas industry. He has a B.A. degree in Mathematics from Yale and a M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Foshee has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of El Paso since September 2003. Prior to joining El Paso, Mr. Foshee served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Halliburton Company having joined that company in 2001 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to assuming his position at Halliburton, Mr. Foshee served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Nuevo Energy Company and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Torch Energy Advisors, Inc. Mr. Foshee presently serves as a director of Cameron International Corporation and is a trustee of AIG Credit Facility Trust. Mr. Foshee serves as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Houston Branch. Mr. Foshee also serves on the Board of Trustees of Rice University and serves as a member of the Council of Overseers for the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership Board and Executive Committee and other civic and community organizations. Mr. Foshee also serves on the board of directors of EI Paso Pipeline GP Company, L.L.C.

Michael E. Patrick has been a Director of Cameron since 1996. Mr. Patrick has been Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Meadows Foundation, Inc., a philanthropic association, since 1995. He is a director of BJ Services Company, Apptricity Corporation and the RGK Foundation. Mr. Patrick has a B.A. degree in English Literature from Harvard University and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
