Jack B. Moore is Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cameron. He joined Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in July 1999 as Vice President and General Manager, Western Hemisphere, and was named President of this group in July 2002. He became Cameron’s President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2007, and was named to his current position in April 2008. Mr. Moore has been a Director of Cameron since 2007.
Moore was previously with Baker Hughes Incorporated for twenty-three years. While there, he held numerous positions in Manufacturing Management, Market Research, Human Resources and Worldwide Operations. Moore holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves on the board of directors of the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, Spindletop, the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and Memorial Drive United Methodist Church.

Sheldon R. Erikson is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Cameron. He has been a Director since 1995, and has been Chairman since 1996. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 through January 2007, and was Chief Executive Officer from January 2007 through March 2008.
He was Chairman of the Board from 1988 to April 1995 and President and Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to April 1995 of The Western Company of North America (NYSE), a worldwide petroleum service company engaged in pressure pumping, well stimulating and cementing and offshore drilling. Previously, he was President of Joy Petroleum Equipment Group of Joy Manufacturing Company. Prior to joining Joy, he served as President of the Oilfield Services Group of NL Industries, Inc., as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Digicon, Inc., Group Vice President of the Plastic and Chemicals Group of Hoover Universal Corporation and General Manager of the Mining Products Department of General Electric Company.
Mr. Erikson has an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and studied engineering and economics at the University of Illinois. He is a director of Rockwood Holdings, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Petroleum Council, the American Petroleum Institute, and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, of which he is a past Chairman of the Board.

John Carne was named President of Cameron’s Drilling & Production Systems group in January, 2007. Carne has also served as a Senior Vice President of Cameron since February, 2006.
Carne joined Cameron’s Compression Systems business in 1971 and subsequently held positions as systems designer; manager, Technical Services; area manager, Aftermarket Services; regional manager, Far East; and director of operations, U.K. and Norway. In 1996 he became manager of the Subsea Systems division’s manufacturing facility in Leeds, England and was named operations director, Eastern Hemisphere for the Drilling & Production Systems group in 1999. John Bartos was named Vice President, Development and Technology for Cameron in May, 2007. He is responsible for identifying and implementing new technology that support Cameron’s engineering processes and product development initiatives.
Bartos has served as vice president, engineering and product development for Cameron’s Compression Systems division since 2003. He joined Cameron in 2000 as vice president, engineering for Compression Systems’ centrifugal compressor business and also held leadership roles in the division’s Lean Six Sigma program as well as in reciprocating engineering, information technology and technical training functions.

Richard was named Vice President, Reciprocating in May 2007. Prior to this assignment he served as Vice President, Operations for all of Compression Systems. Richard brings extensive knowledge of operational and business processes to the position. Over the past 25 years he has held numerous managerial positions within the Cameron organization.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration in Industrial Management) from Louisiana State University.

Roz joined Cameron in 2000 as Director of Human Resources for Cameron North & South America and Canada and in 2005 moved to the Corporate office as Director of Employee Relations and Organizational Development. Stephen P. Tomlinson was named Vice President, Operations Support in September 2007.
Prior to coming to Cameron, Tomlinson was with Vetco Gray for five years where he held the position of Vice President, Manufacturing – Western Region Operations from 2002 - 2007.
Previous to Vetco Gray he was with GE for 23 years, graduating from GE’s Manufacturing Management Program. He held various operations, manufacturing engineering, and quality management positions within GE Transportation, Ordnance Systems and Power Systems. Tomlinson also served as VP, Quality for General Signal / NY Air Brake from 1990 – 1991.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from SUNY Buffalo State College, an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a certified Master Black Belt.

Taylor had previously been with General Electric since 2000, serving most recently as Tax Director. Prior to joining GE, he was with Baker Hughes 1993 to 2000 and prior to that with Ernst & Young.

Scott Rowe is the President of the Process Valves and Aftermarket division. Scott joined Cameron in 2002 as Corporate Development Manager and has since held significant positions in both Drilling & Production Systems and Valves & Measurement including Vice President & General Manager of the Distributed Valves division.

He served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Belden Inc., a wire, cable and fiber optic products manufacturing company, from 1993 to July 2004. He served in positions of increasing responsibility with Cooper Industries, Inc., a diversified manufacturer, marketer and seller of electrical products, tools and hardware from 1970 to 1993, including Executive Vice President, Operations from 1982 to 1993.

David Ross III has been a Director of Cameron since June 1995. Mr. Ross is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University.
