Archbold van Beuren was appointed Senior Vice President, President-Global Sales, and Chief Customer Officer in November 2006. Archie oversees all of Campbell's sales teams, including those in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He reports to Douglas R. Conant, President and Chief Executive Officer. Irene Chang Britt was appointed President-North America Foodservice in December 2008 and leads the company’s traditional foodservice business as well as the retail perimeter business across the United States and Canada. She reports to Denise Morrison, Senior Vice President and President-North America Soup, Sauces and Beverages. Irene joined Campbell as Vice President and General Manager-Sauces and Beverages in December 2005. She was responsible for the U.S. Beverage portfolio, as well as the Prego and Pace sauce, Swanson poultry, Campbell’s beans, and Campbell's Supper Bakes businesses and strategic development of "simple meals" platforms. Sean Connolly was appointed President, Campbell USA in November 2008. Sean leads Campbell’s largest business, a $3.7 billion retail portfolio that includes Campbell’s soups, V8 beverages, and Pace and Prego sauces. David White was appointed Senior Vice President–Global Supply Chain in March 2004. He oversees the management of Campbell's Global Supply Chain, including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. David joined Campbell from Procter & Gamble, where he was Vice President, Product Supply for the company's Global Family Care business. He also is Chairman of the Campbell Soup Foundation. Jerry is a Corporate Officer and a member of Campbell's Corporate Leadership Team. He reports to Nancy Reardon, Senior Vice President-Chief Human Resources and Communications Officer. Jerry joined Campbell in 1995 as Group Director-Corporate Communications. He was named Vice President-Public Affairs in January 1997 and Senior Vice President in October 2001. Prior to Campbell, Jerry held positions with three national news organizations. From 1975 to 1987, he was a correspondent for Newsweek in New York, Washington, and Boston, and bureau chief in Toronto. From 1987 to 1994, he was a senior editor and senior writer at U.S. News and World Report in Washington. From 1994 to 1995, he served as an editor with Gannett, Inc. He graduated with honors from Fordham University and earned his master's degree with honors from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. Jerry is a member of the Executive Committee of the Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey, is a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Academy for Aquatic Sciences, and serves on the Community Advisory Board of WHYY, the public broadcasting company serving southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, and South Jersey.

RAYMOND A. MEILLIER is the retired Vice President of Financial Services of Campbell Soup Company. Prior to that assignment, he spent ten years as the Vice President of Finance for "Campbell North and South America", which is the company's largest division. In that capacity, he oversaw the pricing and financial activities of the U.S., Canadian, and South American brands and businesses. During Mr. Meillier's almost forty years at Campbell, he served the company in a wide variety of Plant and Headquarter positions. His career included assignments in Finance and Operations at plants in Maryland, Ohio, California, and at the Company's plant and headquarters in its birthplace, Camden, New Jersey. He has a wide range of in-depth experience in Finance Operations and Logistics, and in the relatively new manufacturer and trade joint effort known as "ECR" (Efficient Consumer Response).

Sara Mathew is President and Chief Operating Officer of D&B, a position she has held since March 2007. She is also a member of the company’s Board of Directors and its Global Leadership Team, and also oversees D&B’s US Customer Segments. Previously, Ms. Mathew served as Chief Financial Officer of D&B, a position she held since joining the company in 2001. Before joining D&B, Ms. Mathew spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble, where she served in a number of executive positions, including Vice President of Finance responsible for the ASEAN region of Australia, Asia, and India. Prior to that, she progressed through a series of finance and general leadership positions including brand management, investor relations, Comptroller for the Paper Products division, and Chief Financial Officer of the Global Baby Care business unit. Ms. Mathew serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Campbell Soup Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry, and mathematics from Women's Christian College in Madras, India and a master’s in business administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ms. Mathew is also a distinguished member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants in India.
