Douglas D. Greaves, C.F.A became Vice President, Pension Fund and Chief Investment Officer on August 14, 2000. He brings to Canada Post broad experience in a number of senior investment positions, including Executive Director, Equity Investments for the Workers Compensation Board; Vice President, Equities and Investment Strategy of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement Board; and Vice-President, NALACO Investment Management Ltd. (North American Life Assurance Company). Mr. Greaves received his Honours BA in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1972 and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1978. He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and of the Pension Investment Association of Canada. He is married and has three daughters.

Jacques Cote is Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Cote joined CPC in 1993 as Corporate Manager, Operations Support and Finance. He then moved to Corporate Manager, Retail Finance and, in 1999, Vice-President, Operations Finance. In 2004, Jacques became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and in January 2005, Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining CPC, he held progressively responsible and diverse Financial positions at Northern Telecom including: Finance Manager, Transmission Network Division; Plant Controller, Meridian System; Plant Controller, Communication System Division; Director, Group Finance, Telecom Cable and Cable Group. Mr. Cote obtained his B. Comm. from Ottawa University in 1980 and his MBA from Laval University in 1982.

John D. Smith became Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer in February 2006. In this role he enables the development and deployment of technology solutions to support key business strategies, manages the relationships with all technology partners, leads the technology development of the electronic post and helps ensure Canada Post successfully leverages technology to solve customer problems. He brings thirty years of experience in technology management and e-business to Canada Post. Most recently he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Cara Operations, Canada's largest integrated food services company. Prior to that, Mr. Smith spent seven years as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Sears Canada. In this role he provided leadership that helped make sears.ca Canada's most successful retail web site. He also spent over 20 years with IBM Canada Ltd. holding several increasingly responsible management positions in finance, sales and product development. In these roles he worked with clients across North America, including several major retailers and financial institutions, implementing information technology applications and network based solutions. Mr. Smith graduated from The School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario in London. He is a former Trustee on the Etobicoke Board of Education and was a member of the Board of the William Osler Health Centre until his move to Ottawa. He and his wife Brenda have six children.

Cal Hart is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Transformation and Continuous Improvement. In this role, Cal will lead the major initiatives and changes at Canada Post that integrate People, Process and Technology. This includes all assets both the physical and the electronic infrastructure. Prior to this, Cal was responsible for Marketing and Product Management. Cal implemented the stage gate process for bringing new and enhanced services to our customers, and a disciplined approach to Pricing, Take to Market and Take to Company through a managed release process. Cal has 31 years experience in reengineering processes and delivering change gained in various positions at Canada Post.

Phil Ventura recently joined Canada Post as the Senior Vice-President, Strategy. In his new role, Mr. Ventura is accountable for leading the design and development of the vision, strategic framework, and planning activities that will drive the strategic agenda of Canada Post towards sustainable growth and profitability, including all related corporate development activities. Prior to assuming his role at Canada Post, Mr. Ventura held various positions at the Privy Council, most recently as Assistant Secretary responsible for Canada-US relations as well as Mexico. He also served as Assistant Deputy Minister, Operations in the Privy Council Office, where he led such initiatives as the Smart Borders Task Force and the Climate Change Action Plan. His career has also spanned a number of departments, including Environment, Health, Transport and Employment and Immigration. Mr. Ventura holds Master's degrees in Economics and Public Administration.

Robert Waite is Senior Vice President, Stakeholder Relations and Brand for Canada Post. His areas of responsibility include brand management and corporate advertising, internal and external communications, government issues and advocacy, stamp design, sponsorship, donations and community relations. Mr. Waite has more than 30 years experience running communications, marketing and government relations organizations in the public and private sectors. Employers included CIBC, CAE Inc., IBM Canada, Ford of Canada, the Export-Import Bank of the United States and as Press Secretary for two United States Senators, Bob Dole of Kansas and Edward W. Brooke of Massachusetts. Married to Karen Shigeishi-Waite, he has two children, Joseph Wataru, 16, and Emily Akada, 14.

Denise has been working in the public relations field for over fifteen years in the Halifax area, and has held positions in the non-profit, government and private sectors. She is currently Manager of Employee Communications for Canada Post in Atlantic Canada. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, a Bachelor of Public Relations from MSVU, and is currently completing her Master of Public Relations Degree at MSVU. She achieved the APR designation in 2005 and currently serves as Regional Examiner for the CPRS accreditation program

Dionne O'Gorman began her career in 1998 with the Yield Management group as a Revenue Controller on International markets within the Marketing branch at Air Canada. As her responsibilities increased she moved into various pricing positions with an emphasis on the US Transborder markets. As a Manager in pricing she gained global knowledge of competitive pricing trends in domestic, transborder and international markets. Dionne was a pioneer in e-commerce pricing as one of the first people at Air Canada to start pricing using the web as a channel of distribution. She took part in developing the one-way prices, known today as Air Canada's "New Business Model". She is also Six Sigma Certified and has led projects in automating pricing monitoring using pricing tools, improving pricing processes, pricing harmonization and in the early development of the AirCanada.com website. Currently, she is a Manager of Pricing Strategy for the Canada Post Corporation where she is responsible for deciding pricing strategies for regulated and non-regulated communication, distribution and retail products. She is a forward thinking and balanced pricing professional who is a leader and innovator in pricing.

Daurene Lewis, from Bedford, Nova Scotia, brings to Canada Post Corporation???s Board of Directors an extensive array of experience in community economic development, volunteer community involvement, advocacy for groups and individuals, as well as international project development and implementation. Her work experience in the health care field and business preceded her current involvement in the field of education. She has been a member of numerous boards of directors over the years, including her current mandates with the Vanier Institute of the Family and the Governor General???s Order of Canada Advisory Council. She was named a Member of the Order of Canada in 2002 in recognition of her extensive contributions. She has been the recipient of many awards over the years.

Dr. Dwight Chapin, a chiropractor, acupuncturist and certified ART (Active Release Technique) Provider, is clinic director and owner of High Point Wellness Centre. He is also an emerging leader in corporate wellness, pioneering workplace wellness programs for Canada Post, Bell Mobility, The Globe and Mail and The Marketing Store. These cutting-edge programs include on-site health services, lectures and ergonomic assessments, all in an effort to ensure that employees can be healthy, productive and happy within their work environment. Dr. Chapin has also lectured extensively on lifestyle management for corporations, including General Mills, Campbell's, Good Life Fitness Clubs and AT Kearney. He also participated as a health expert in a provincial wellness program called "Act NOW! The best you can be!" Together with Canadian Olympians, he delivers inspirational presentations on the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices. In his own practice, Dr. Chapin works with his patients as a "health coach," equipping people with a better knowledge of nutrition, exercise, stress management, pain management and the art of maintaining general health. Consequently, his patients achieve levels of physical and mental fitness they did not believe were possible.

Randy was raised in a military family and subsequently has lived in many provinces throughout Canada as well as four years in France during his formative childhood years. His family settled in Chilliwack, BC where Randy finished his last years of high school, started his career and began his family. Randy has worked for Canada Post Corporation for 31 years in several departments. He is currently a Supervisor and works at the Abbotsford Postal Delivery Centre. Randy is married to Lorri Sawatsky and together they have six children. Randy has a long history of community involvement including coaching children's hockey and baseball teams, a youth leader in his church for five years, leadership of a divorce recovery support group for seven years and, he has assisted in a children's grief recovery program for two years. During a Mission's trip to Cambodia with his wife, Lorri, and being exposed to a degree of poverty and hunger unlike he'd ever experience before, Randy committed himself to do what he could to be more involved in helping raise awareness and provide relief to those suffering from hunger throughout the world. Hence, investing his time and energy to develop and promote Hunger Response International and the Rice Raiser Campaign is what Randy considers a privilege to do. Randy Sawatsky is the husband of Lorri Sawatsky and serves on the Board of Directors as an Administrative Advisor.
