Mr. Kubik was promoted to Chief Financial Officer on April 25, 2007 from Treasurer. He also represents Canadian Oil Sands on the Syncrude Audit Committee. Ryan joined Canadian Oil Sands in September 2002 as Treasurer following progressively senior finance positions with EnCana Corporation, PanCanadian Energy and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ryan holds Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations, and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Roberts joined Canadian Oil Sands in September 2005 as Chief Operations Officer. He also represents Canadian Oil Sands on the Syncrude Management Committee. Trevor has 30 years of experience in the energy sector. Prior to Canadian Oil Sands, he was Senior Vice President, Operations with Suncor Energy, responsible for all of its day-to-day operations of oil sands mining, extraction and upgrading as well as large capital expansion projects. Prior to that, Trevor held senior positions with Shell Canada Limited, including responsibilities for Shell's Scotford Refinery. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Ms. Fisekci joined Canadian Oil Sands in November 2002. Siren's 10 years of investor relations experience is concentrated in the energy sector. She previously held positions with EnCana Corporation, PanCanadian Energy and Rigel Energy. Siren holds a Bachelor of Communications Degree from the University of Calgary, a diploma in Public Relations from Mount Royal College and has taken several investment courses, including the Canadian Securities Course and the Richard Ivey Strategic Management of Investor Relations program.

Ms. Curran joined Canadian Oil Sands in September 2002. Trudy has practiced securities/corporate finance for twenty years and has been involved in numerous corporate reorganizations and acquisitions including Canadian Pacific Limited's spin-off in 2001 and the merger of PanCanadian Energy and AEC in 2002, which created EnCana Corporation. Prior to joining Canadian Oil Sands, she held senior positions with EnCana, Canadian Pacific Limited and Canadian Airlines. Trudy received her LLB (with distinction) in 1986 and B.A. (with distinction) in 1983 from the University of Saskatchewan and was a recipient of the Governor General's Bronze medal award.

Mrs. Evans has served in the oil industry for 25 years, initially in private practice with Bennett Jones LLP and subsequently with Encor Inc. (public oil and gas company) as Vice President, Law & Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary. Since her retirement in 1993, she has served as a Director of several public companies including Home Oil Company, Anderson Exploration Inc. and Athabasca Oil Sands Limited. Mrs. Evans was also a Commissioner of the Alberta Financial Review Commission, Chair of the Audit Committee for the Province of Alberta, Chair of the Alberta Judicial Compensation Commission and Director of the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation in Ottawa. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Enbridge Inc. (a public pipeline company).

Mr. Bourne has been the Chair of our Board from February 2006 to present. Mr. Bourne retired from TransAlta Corporation in December 2006. He was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TransAlta Corporation (electricity generation and marketing) from 1998 to 2005. He was also President of TransAlta Power LP from 1998 to 2006. John Zaozirny joined the Corporation's board of directors in 1988. Mr. Zaozirny is Counsel to McCarthy Tetrault and Vice Chairman of Canaccord Capital Corporation. He was Minister of Energy and Natural Resources for the Province of Alberta from 1982 to 1986. Mr. Zaozirny currently serves on the boards of numerous Canadian and international corporations. He is also a Governor of the Business Council of British Columbia. Mr. Zaozirny acts as Pengrowth's Lead Director.
