Steve Adoniou is a Senior Consultant for InfoTrends' On Demand Printing and Publishing Consulting Service. Mr. Adoniou is responsible for managing custom consulting projects, providing forecast analysis, developing market sizing estimates, and creating editorial content for product and market analysis reports. He has 12 years of experience in printing and publishing and has been at InfoTrends for over 3 years. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Adoniou gained industry experience as a Production Manager for a digital graphic communications service provider in the Boston area. Under his guidance, the company underwent an extensive transformation from prepress services to digital color printing. In this position, Mr. Adoniou played a critical role in making major hardware and software investment decisions, workflow implementation, and developing new digital book production and variable data printing services. Mr. Adoniou then went on to become the iWay Product Manager at Cohesion. In this role he was pivotal in driving sales, marketing, implementation, and product development. Mr. Adoniou holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

He has over 25 years experience in the office imaging industry, including market research, product management, competitive analysis, and sales. Prior to joining InfoTrends, Mr. Bees was the Editor-in-Chief of Better Buys for Business, a leading publisher of information and analysis on the office imaging market for end users. During his career he has also held marketing and sales positions at Konica, IKON, and Savin. Mr. Bees is a graduate of Colby College, where he earned a BA in English.
